Claims (8)
- Flachspanngerät zum gleichzeitigen Einspannen von mehreren Werkstücken zwischen zwei durch eine die Einspannkraft erzeugende Spindel (6) verbundenen Endbacken (1,3) und einer dazwischenliegenden Mittelbacke (2), wobei die Spindel in Längsrichtung gegenüber der Mittelbacke verschiebbar ist und eine der Backen durch Federkraft in Richtung der Mittelbacke gedrängt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spindel (6) in Längsrichtung gegenüber einer ersten Endbacke (1) unbeweglich und über ein Gewinde (5) mit der zweiten Endbacke (3) verbunden ist, und dass eine den Schaft der Spindel umgebende Schraubenfeder (12) angeordnet ist, um die Spindel bezüglich der Mittelbacke in eine Richtung zu drängen, welche die zweite Backe näher an die Mittelbacke bringt, wobei die Kraftübertragung von der Schraubenfeder (12) zur Mittelbacke (2) über eine zur Spindel koaxiale und in Axialrichtung gegenüber dieser verschiebbaren Muffe (8) geschieht.
- Flachspanngerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axial gerichtete Kraftübertragung von der Muffe (8) zur Mittelbacke (2) über zwei mechanisch gleich arbeitende, symmetrisch zur Spindel angeordneten Mechanismen stattfindet.
- Flachspanngerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axial gerichtete Kraftübertragung von der Muffe zur Mittelbacke über mindestens eine federbelastete Raste (11, 14, 16, 17) geschieht.
- Flachspanngerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Raste einen radial ausserhalb der Muffe angeordneten, in Axialrichtung verschiebbaren Schieber (13) umfasst, der eine in eine Umfangsnut (9) der Muffe (8) eingreifende Nase sowie eine erste Spitzverzahnung (11) aufweist, wobei letztere mit einer in Axialrichtung gegenüber der Mittelbacke unbeweglichen zweiten Spitzverzahnung zusammenwirkt, um die federbelastete Raste zu bilden.
- Flachspanngerät nach Anspruch 3 oder Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Raste auskuppelbar ist.
- Flachspanngerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Spitzverzahnung von einem Kolben (14) getragen wird, der verschiebbar in einer Bohrung eines gegenüber der Mittelbacke unbeweglichen Körpers angeordnet ist und durch eine Feder (16) in Richtung der ersten Spitzverzahnung gedrängt wird, und dass der Kolben einen Querdurchgang aufweist, in dem ein Exzenter (15) so angeordnet ist, dass seine Drehung den Kolben entgegen der Federkraft einen Hub erteilt, der genügt, um den gegenseitigen Eingriff der Spitzverzahnungen zu lösen.
- Flachspanngerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittelbacke (2) eine gegenüber dem Grundkörper (4) des Gerätes unbeweglich montierte, abnehmbare (20) Backe ist.
- Flachspanngerät nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubenfeder dimensioniert ist, um auf die Endbacken einen maximalen Axialdruck auszuüben, der nicht unter 500 N liegt.
