Claims (13)

  1. Ordnungselement, wie zum Beispiel ein Hängeordner oder eine Mappe zum Einordnen von Dokumenten, und ein Kennzeichnungsstreifen mit mindestens einer Reihe (1, 2, 3) von Kennzeichnungsstellen (4 bis 10), die mit einer permanenten und unveränderlichen Kennzeichnung für alle Elemente eines Ordnungssystems versehen sind, wobei mindestens eine der Stellen mindestens einer Reihe außerdem eine farbige Kennzeichnung (11, 12) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wahl der Kennzeichnungsfarben und der gekennzeichneten Stelle innerhalb jeder Reihe für das jeweilige Ordnungselement spezifisch und unabhängig vom Standort des Ordnungselementes ist.
  2. Ordnungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Ordnungselement an einer der Stellen der genannten Reihe eine Kennzeichnung aufweist, die durch einen zweiteiligen oder dreiteiligen farbigen Bereich (11,12) gebildet wird.
  3. Ordnungselement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kennzeichnungsstreifen eine übergeordnete Reihe (2) von Stellen aufweist, die mit einem ersten alphanumerischen Kennzeichnungstyp klassifiziert werden und mindestens eine untergeordnete Reihe (1, 3) mit Stellen, die mit weiteren alphanumerischen Kennzeichnungstypen klassifiziert werden.
  4. Ordnungselement nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kennzeichnungsstellen (4 bis 10) eine rechteckige Form aufweisen und in ihrer Mitte eine alphanumerische Angabe (4 bis 10) enthalten, wobei die farbige Kennzeichnung die Fläche einer der genannten Rechtecke mit Ausnahme des Teils ausfüllt, das die alphanumerische Angabe enthält.
  5. Ordnungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kennzeichnungsstellen eine rechteckige Form aufweisen und in ihrer Mitte eine alphanumerische Angabe enthalten, wobei die farbige Kennzeichnung durch zwei Bereiche gebildet wird, welche die Fläche einer der genannten rechteckigen Formen mit Ausnahme des Bereichs, der die alphanumerische Angabe enthält, jeweils zur Hälfte ausfüllen.
  6. Ordnungselement nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch eine Tasche mit seitlicher Öffnung gebildet wird, wobei eine der Flächen der genannten Tasche eine Verlängerung zur Aufnahme des Kennzeichnungsstreifens aufweist.
  7. Ordnungselement nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch eine Tasche gebildet wird, deren Fläche an einer Seite eine Verlängerung aufweist, die eine Verdickung (21) für die Aufnahme des Kennzeichnungsstreifens bildet.
  8. Ordnungselement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Verdickung (21) durch Zusammenfalten eines Streifens an einem Ende der Tasche gebildet wird, so dass ein Bestandteil mit einem mehreckigen, vorzugsweise dreieckigen, Querschnitt entsteht.
  9. Ordnungselement nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Verdickung (21) aufweist, die dadurch geformt wird, dass ein Streifen an einem Ende der Tasche entsprechend vorgefalzten, parallelen Linien zusammengefaltet wird und ein Kennzeichnungsstreifen auf den genannten gefalteten Bestandteil geklebt wird.
  10. Ordnungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Verdickung (21) aufweist, die dadurch geformt wird, dass ein Streifen an einem Ende der Tasche entsprechend vorgefalzten, parallelen Linien zusammengefaltet wird und ein transparentes Klebeband auf den genannten gefalteten Bestandteil geklebt wird.
  11. Ordnungselement nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kennzeichnungsstreifen außerdem zwei Zonen (40, 41) aufweist, wobei die erste Zone vom Anfang der übergeordneten Reihe der Kennzeichnungsstellen bis zur Mitte der Kennzeichnungsstellen (7) reicht und den ersten Bereich der zweigeteilten farbigen Kennzeichnung enthält, und die zweite Zone von der Mitte der Kennzeichnungsstellen an bis zum Ende der übergeordneten Reihe der Kennzeichnungsstellen reicht und den zweiten Bereich der zweiteiligen farbigen Kennzeichnung enthält, und wobei diese beiden Zonen (40, 41) optisch jeweils dem ersten und dem zweiten Bereich der zweigeteilten farbigen Kennzeichnung zugeordnet sind, wobei sich die Stelle, an der die farbige Kennzeichnung zweigeteilt ist, durch das Längenverhältnis der ersten (40) und der zweiten (41) Zone ergibt.
  12. Gerät zur Herstellung von Ordnungselementen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Entstapler für die Aufnahme eines Stapels aus vorgefalzten Seitenteilen umfasst, einen Farbdrucker zum Auftragen einer farbigen Kennzeichnung auf einen Kennzeichnungsstreifen, wobei die Kennzeichnung sichtbar ist oder außerhalb des sichtbaren Spektrums in einem Wellenband erkannt werden kann, Mittel zum Falten eines Streifens am Ende eines Seitenteils und Mittel zur Bildung des Kennzeichnungsstreifens auf dem zusammengefalteten Seitenteil.
  13. Gerät zur Herstellung von Ordnungselementen nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es außerdem Mittel zum Drucken von Angaben auf einer der Seitenteilflächen in Übereinstimmung mit der farbigen Kennzeichnung des Kennzeichnungsstreifens umfasst.
