Definitions
- the invention relates to a transport and storage system for Rectangular spinning cans - short cans - with can storage and Can conveyors between the first machines, in particular lines, fill the spinning cans - namely empty cans - and second Machines, especially OE spinning machines or flyers or Jet spinning machines, the spinning cans - namely full cans - to empty.
- a large spinning mill e.g. a variety of stretching machines with downstream OE spinning machines or a variety flyers and jet spinning machines following the routes includes, one strives, at least essentially automatic spinning machines continuously, Have production day and night. That presupposes that the spinning machines constantly with enough raw material, i.e. full Spinning cans (full cans). Because the level of automation in the upstream systems, from opening a fiber bale delivered as raw material can run out So far not as automated as the actual one Spinning, if you make an effort, the raw material during the day or during to prepare for the work week in such a large amount save that the actual spinning overnight and weekend can work through without a break.
- the invention has for its object an automatic Supply between the first and second machines or systems without or with as little as possible due to the transport and Storage system caused loss of path and efficiency create.
- a preferred solution according to the invention is in the claim 1 described.
- the solution according to the invention therefore relates to a transport and Storage system for spinning cans in total.
- the system solution includes the area of a spinning mill between the can exit of the Stretching and the can entrance of the (actual) spinning mill.
- the spinning machine closes, if necessary via an intermediate memory, immediately at tailoring.
- the ring spinning mill between the drawing and spinning in general at least set a flyer level.
- the invention provides a transport and storage system for Spinning machines created, the goal of which is a supply between machines that fill spinning cans and machines that Empty spinning cans with the least possible loss of path and efficiency to reach.
- Between the two machines are preferred three types of storage, namely one that can be filled with full cans Memory following the first machine, a main memory to compensate for production fluctuations between the first and second machine and a removal memory for the second machine intended.
- Empty cans must always be in the first store must be present, full cans must always be in the third store be present so that there are no machine downtimes Can lack.
- the system solution according to the invention ensures that in the first can store or track store always 1 to n Empty cans are available, so that the upstream machine (Line) do not come to a standstill due to missing empty cans can.
- the subsequent second can store or warehouse store catches production fluctuations between the first machine and second machine.
- third can storage or machine storage should always full cans, preferably at least as many as take up the can change carriage (third can conveyor) can be present, so that the can change car the downstream Supply the machine with full cans without waiting can.
- the first and second can conveyors in particular also the third can conveyor, technically the same to train.
- the first or second being canceled or canceled Can conveyor can, if appropriate lanes prepared are, the remaining can conveyor the link between the first and the second - if necessary also between second and third - can store.
- the third can conveyor is only conditional on the tasks of the first and second can conveyor applicable.
- the cans on the spinning machine and changed one after the other in the machine memory.
- it is therefore desirable to switch the third can conveyor so that he can dispense at least two cans at a time or can record.
- the third can store or machine store and the second can conveyor or warehouse transfer carriage entirely to be dropped.
- the can change car will pick up (third can conveyor) Full cans directly from the Storage (second can storage) and brings empty cans back there.
- a fourth can memory or additional memory directly on the respective second machine, e.g. at the longitudinal end between the lane of the third Can conveyor (can change car) and the machine.
- the additional places in the additional memory can be in similar groups as in the third can store or the additional pitches can be addressed to the respective Row of cans running straight in the machine (on the machine head) connect. In this way, on every machine the cans to be processed there are made available immediately be, so that a can exchange relatively quickly and in in a short sequence.
- An advantage in the Handling the system according to the invention also consists in that the can division from the first to the last can store the system is to be maintained, so that if necessary several cans, preferably four, in everywhere or are to be transported throughout the same group.
- the cans are in rows of each several groups of jugs in a row from the direction the previous plant in the direction of the following Plant each time a group of cans is removed at the head end and continue with the addition of a group of cans at the rear end transported.
- the respective conveyor system can e.g. six Pick up groups of four cans in a row. It can To a certain extent, the cans on the conveying path by inclination the way, e.g. by 10 to 50 cm, raise or lower. This makes it surprisingly possible to level out the can position of the previous machine Can position the subsequent machine without additional To achieve lifting equipment. If the cans in a stretching machine are positioned somewhat higher than in a spinning machine (or vice versa) can translate the pitchers with the help of the transport and storage system according to the invention practical done imperceptibly.
- the system according to the invention is a fully automatic connection between the first and the second Machinery. Because of the system described, the system is characterized by high flexibility. Allows flexible assignment of the first and second machines and it is in connection with the allocation of storage space according to the need or consumption of cans at any time customizable. This is advantageous because depending on the material, which is produced can fluctuate greatly.
- the system according to the invention allows the time related To keep the can supply for each material approximately the same and to optimize the use of personnel and machines.
- first and second machines in groups according to the respective Number of transfer carriages divided.
- the groups can order to get the same can benefits in each group, also be different sizes.
- the invention System can be customized in every respect. Becomes for example on one or more second machines extremely high can requirement required, this or this Each machine uses an additional can changing carriage will. This can improve performance on this machine strong, e.g. by almost 100%. At Use of the invention is the benefit loss in comparison to a common manual or previously known automatic System with average can requirement, for one Tenth.
- Another indicator of the high flexibility and adaptability of the system according to the invention is that with only four basic components, namely the transfer carriage, specifically Warehouse transfer car, the warehouse, the machine store and the can change car, every conceivable configuration can be operated.
- the can conveyors can be driven in the usual way will. If the can change car - as preferred - is battery powered is the capacity of the battery and its Charging cycle so coordinated and the arrangement can be designed that this is on the machine memory during that Surgery or stay.
- Each of the above four basic components can be self-sufficient Controller and thus, e.g. for commissioning and maintenance, removed from the entire control system as well as be easily switched on again.
- the individual component can be created using this Control commands can be entered manually.
- the first machines with the track storage each had their own Own control or control centrally separately be summarized. The same applies to the second machines etc.
- a central control for the invention Entire system can be provided.
- the central control needed from the first machines for example, the message on which Machine four cans are filled.
- From controlling the second machine is reported to the overall control system, for example, on which machine which can is empty or in the foreseeable future Time becomes empty.
- the cans 1 are transported in the transport direction 2.
- the transport begins at the exit 3 of the respective stretching machine 4.
- the individual jug 1 is filled with a stretched fuse.
- Track memory 6 should have at least one empty space for this purpose or have some empty spaces 7, but also some Empty cans 8 included, so that after removal of the respective Full can 9 immediately an empty can 8 to the can filling position 5 is to be brought up.
- Track memory 6 the empty cans 8 and the full cans 9 each Positioned or collected in groups next to each other will.
- a first can conveyor or line transfer carriage 10 For transporting empty cans 8 to track storage 6 and to remove the full cans 9 collected there serves according to the invention a first can conveyor or line transfer carriage 10. This should have a storage capacity for jugs for the simultaneous recording of one group of empty cans at a time or have full cans.
- a can group 11 can preferably comprise four cans. But it also comes other numbers, e.g. three to six cans, with advantage in question. The number of cans per can group 11 is determined by economic Determined, it depends on the capacity of the Complete system from.
- the track transfer carriage 10 is used to from the track storage 6 a can group 11 of To remove full cans 9 and 12 to a vacancy Row 13 of a second can store or storage store 14 and vice versa an empty can group 11 from the storage Bring 14 to track memory 6.
- each can conveyor system 16 are those from the track storage 6 coming can groups 11 with the help of the line transfer car 10 placed on the back end 17, then by a conveyor system in the transport direction 2 to the head end 18, preferably to to a defined position where the following means can attack safely, transported and there for acceptance held ready by another can conveyor. Because every Can conveyor system 16 a significant length in the direction of transport 2, e.g. six groups of jugs follow in the respective row 13 in a row, the conveyor system in the transport direction 2 the cans for height adjustment of the successive machines to a certain extent or reduce.
- the cans are again preferred from the storage 14 in the same can groups 11 with the help of a second can conveyor or warehouse transfer carriage 19 transported further, the storage transfer carriage 19 groups of full cans 9 decreases from the individual rows 13 of the storage memory 14 and Empty cans, also in groups 11, sold there.
- the transport the rows of empty cans take place in the memory 14 in the opposite direction 2 'of the general direction of transport 2 of the rows of full cans.
- cans from the machine memory 21 are fetched - full cans also useful in can groups 11, in a third can store or machine store 21 translated. While in the warehouse 14 or its rows 13, preferably from row to row, Jugs provided with roving of different quality can be used for different machines or spindles Machines 15, provided, are to be in the machine memory 21 the rovings are provided immediately to be processed on the associated machine.

Abstract
