Claims (17)
- Pièce destinée à être fixée à un élément rigide au moins en partie creux (4) en s'engageant dans une ouverture (11) d'une paroi sensiblement plane (4a) de cet élément (4) pour permettre d'assembler rigidement cet élément creux (4) à un autre élément rigide au moins en partie creux (4), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une première partie mâle cylindrique (6; 8) solidaire d'un collet (7), pourvue de deux ergots externes diamétralement opposés (9a; 10a) solidaires de celle-ci et pouvant s'engager dans l'ouverture de forme conjuguée (11) de l'élément creux (4) de façon que les deux ergots (9a; 10a) puissent s'engager à force respectivement dans deux évidements (13) réalisés dans la face interne de la paroi plane (4a) de l'élément creux (4) en appliquant sur le collet (7) de la pièce (5) un couple déterminé, et en ce qu'elle comprend une seconde partie mâle cylindrique (8; 6) solidaire du collet (7), opposée et coaxiale à la première partie mâle (6; 8) et pourvue, solidaires de celle-ci, de deux ergots externes diamétralement opposés (10; 9a), la seconde partie mâle (8; 6) pouvant s'engager dans une ouverture de forme conjuguée (11) d'une paroi sensiblement plane (4a) de l'autre élément creux (4) de façon que les deux ergots (10; 9a) de la seconde partie mâle (8; 6) puissent s'engager à force respectivement dans deux évidements (13) réalisés dans la face interne de la paroi plane (4a) de l'autre élément creux (4) en même temps que les deux ergots (9a; 10a) de la première partie mâle (6; 8) s'engagent à force dans les évidements respectifs (13) en appliquant sur le collet (7) le couple déterminé de façon à assembler rigidement les deux éléments creux (4) l'un à l'autre, les évidements (13) étant configurés et coopérant avec les ergots respectifs (9a; 10a) de manière que les deux parois planes (4a) des deux éléments creux (4) soient maintenues en appui forcé respectivement sur les deux faces opposées du collet (7).
- Pièce selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les ergots (9a; 10a) respectivement des deux parties mâles cylindriques (6; 8) sont situés dans le même plan médian longitudinal de ces parties mâles (6; 8) et du collet (7) et sont symétriques par rapport au collet (7).
- Pièce selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les ergots (9a; 10a) pénètrent dans leurs évidements respectifs (13) par déformation élastique locale de la partie de paroi (4a) de l'élément creux correspondant (4) de manière à exercer sur les ergots (9a; 10a) un effort tendant à plaquer chaque face du collet (7) à la paroi plane correspondante (4a) d'un élément creux (4).
- Pièce selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que chaque évidement (13) est réalisé entre deux bossages (14) de la face interne de la paroi plane (4a) de l'élément creux correspondant (4) de manière qu'en appliquant le couple précité au collet (7), chaque ergot (9a; 10a) passe en force sur l'un des bossages (14) pour retomber dans l'évidement correspondant (13) et être immobilisé dans celui-ci entre les deux bossages (14).
- Pièce selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'une des première et seconde parties mâles (6; 8) est pleine de manière à obturer complètement l'ouverture (11) de l'élément creux (4) auquel est fixée la pièce (5).
- Pièce selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les deux parties mâles (6; 8) sont pleines pour empêcher toute communication de fluide entre les deux éléments creux (4) assemblés ensemble.
- Pièce selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les deux parties mâles (6; 8) sont percées axialement de manière à mettre en communication de fluide les deux éléments creux (4) assemblés ensemble.
- Pièce selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins un joint torique (15) logé dans une gorge annulaire (16) réalisée dans l'une des faces du collet (7) de manière à assurer une étanchéité au fluide entre le collet (7) et l'ouverture correspondante (11) de l'élément creux (4) dans laquelle est bloquée la partie mâle correspondante (6; 8) de la pièce (5).
- Pièce selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un second joint torique (15) logé dans une autre gorge annulaire (16) réalisée dans l'autre face opposée du collet (7) de manière à assurer une étanchéité au fluide de l'autre ouverture (11) de l'autre élément creux (4) dans laquelle est bloquée l'autre partie mâle (8; 6) de la pièce (5) assemblant les deux éléments creux (4).
- Pièce selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le collet (7) comprend deux méplats opposés (7a) permettant à une clé de manoeuvre d'appliquer à la pièce (5) le couple de blocage de chaque partie mâle (6; 8) dans l'ouverture correspondante (11) de l'élément creux (4).
- Pièce selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est utilisée pour être fixée dans une ouverture (11) d'un collecteur (4) sous forme de tube constituant un élément creux précité d'un corps de chauffe (1; 2), tel qu'un panneau de radiateur à éléments chauffants ou pour assembler rigidement ce collecteur (4) à un autre collecteur (4) sous forme de tube constituant l'autre élément creux d'un autre corps de chauffe (2; 1), tel qu'un autre panneau de radiateur à éléments chauffants.
- Radiateur de chauffage comprenant deux corps de chauffe (1; 2) assemblés ensemble de façon parallèle par au moins deux collecteurs (4) solidaires respectivement des deux corps de chauffe (1; 2), chacun en forme de panneau à éléments chauffants, et dans lesquels peut circuler un fluide caloporteur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une pièce (5), telle que définie dans l'une des revendications 1 à 11, pour assembler rigidement entre eux les deux collecteurs (4), l'une des parties mâles (6; 8) de la pièce (5) étant bloquée dans l'ouverture correspondante (11) de l'un des collecteurs (4) par ses deux ergots (9a; 10a) engagés à force respectivement dans les deux évidements (13) de la face interne de la partie de paroi plane (4a) du collecteur (4) et l'autre partie mâle (8; 6) de la pièce (5) étant bloquée dans l'ouverture correspondante (13) de l'autre collecteur (4) par ses deux ergots (10a; 9a) engagés à force respectivement dans les deux évidements (13) de la face interne de la partie de paroi plane (4a) de l'autre collecteur (4) de façon que les deux parties de parois planes (4a) des deux collecteurs (4) soient en appui forcé respectivement sur les deux faces opposées du collet (7) de la pièce (5) par les forces de rappel élastiques, de sens opposés, exercées sur les ergots respectifs (9a; 10a) par les parties de parois planes (4a) des deux collecteurs (4).
- Radiateur selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que qu'il comprend quatre collecteurs en tubes creux (4), dont deux sont solidaires d'un corps de chauffe (1) et les deux autres solidaires de l'autre corps de chauffe (2) et quatre pièces identiques (5) dont deux permettent d'assembler rigidement l'un à l'autre deux collecteurs (4) respectivement des deux corps de chauffe (1; 2) et les deux autres permettent d'assembler rigidement l'un à l'autre les deux autres collecteurs (4) respectivement des deux corps de chauffe (1; 2).
- Radiateur selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que chaque pièce de fixation (5) est percée axialement pour permettre la circulation du fluide caloporteur d'un collecteur (4) à un autre collecteur (4) fixés ensemble.
- Radiateur selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que chaque collecteur (4) est en forme de tube creux à section carrée.
- Procédé de réalisation d'un radiateur de chauffage comprenant deux corps de chauffe (1; 2) pouvant être traversés par un fluide caloporteur et quatre collecteurs (4) en forme de tubes creux à section carrée, dont deux sont solidaires d'un corps de chauffe (1; 2) et les deux autres solidaires de l'autre corps de chauffe, les collecteurs étant deux à deux assemblés ensemble afin que les deux corps de chauffe (1; 2) soit fixés parallèlement l'un à l'autre, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à poser sensiblement horizontalement sur une surface de support l'un des deux corps de chauffe (1; 2) de façon que les deux collecteurs (4) de celui-ci aient leurs parois planes (4a), opposées à celles solidaires du corps de chauffe (1; 2), dirigées vers le haut; à engager dans chacune des deux ouvertures opposées (11) de chaque collecteur (4) réalisées à travers la paroi plane dirigée vers le haut (4a) de celui-ci, une partie mâle (6; 8) d'une pièce (5), telle que définie dans l'une des revendications 1 à 11, avec le collet (7) de la pièce (5) en appui sur une partie de cette paroi plane (4a) et l'autre partie mâle (8; 6) de la pièce (5) faisant saillie du collecteur (4) sensiblement perpendiculairement à la paroi plane (4a); à poser l'autre corps de chauffe (2; 1) sur le premier corps de chauffe (1; 2) de façon que chacune des autres parties mâles en saillie (8; 6) des pièces (5) s'engage dans chacune des deux ouvertures opposées correspondantes (11) de chaque collecteur (4) de l'autre corps de chauffe (2; 1) réalisées à travers les parois planes (4a) de ces deux collecteurs (4) faisant face respectivement aux parois planes (4a) des deux collecteurs (4) du premier corps de chauffe (1; 2) et venant en appui par gravité sur chaque collet (7) d'une pièce (5); et à appliquer sur chaque collet (7) un couple provoquant l'engagement à force des deux paires d'ergots (9a; 10a) d'une pièce (5) respectivement dans deux paires d'évidements diamétralement opposés (13) réalisées respectivement dans les deux faces internes correspondantes des deux parois planes (4a) se faisant face de deux collecteurs (4) de manière à plaquer à force ces deux parties de parois planes se faisant face respectivement sur les deux faces opposées du collet (7) et fixer ainsi rigidement deux à deux les collecteurs (4) des deux corps de chauffe (1; 2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à interposer un joint torique (15) entre chaque partie de paroi plane (4a) d'un collecteur (4) et la face adjacente du collet (7) d'une pièce (5) pour assurer une étanchéité au fluide pouvant circuler d'un collecteur (4) à l'autre collecteur (4) fixés ensemble par chaque pièce de fixation (5) percée axialement.
