Description

The invention relates to a discharge device according to the preamble of claim 1 for emptying of liquid containers, in particular drums or 1000 L containers, with an outlet opening at the bottom.

Eine derartige Auslaufvorrichtung ist aus der DE-B-1 182 625 bekannt.Such a discharge device is known from DE-B-1 182 625.

When emptying liquid containers with the bottom lying outlet opening by means of a pump in one of the There is a suction line connected to the outlet opening Risk of the pump also sucking in air with the liquid. This is especially the case when the liquid level the top edge or the highest of the outlet opening reached. In the case of air intake, the The emptying process is not only disturbed, but also Such an air intake often leads to one Pump standstill or at least is such a pump standstill required; if a dosing system is connected the dosage affects. From an early Pump standstill in turn results in a considerable Liquid residue in the relevant liquid container remains, and at least that volume of liquid goes lost, which is between the highest level and the lowest level of the outlet opening. - Here's where Invention.

The invention has for its object a discharge device the embodiment described above create with which the emptying of liquid containers, esp. barrels or 1000 L containers, with bottom lying outlet opening is optimized.

To solve this task is an outlet device according to the invention proposed according to claim 1. These measures the Invention have the consequence that proper emptying of the liquid container in question is guaranteed until the liquid level is the bottom of the inside of the barrel cantilevered cap and consequently the highest level of Has reached the liquid inlet opening. Because until then an air intake through the downstream pump locked out. Consequently, when using the leakage aid according to the invention very much more liquid volume aspirate than before. This extra volume of liquid is by the highest level of the outlet opening and the lower level in the highest of the liquid inlet opening of the cap. As a result, the in residual amount of liquid remaining in the barrel considerably reduced. This is particularly important if it is the liquid is a valuable and expensive one Product deals. It can be the invention Manufacture leakage aid inexpensively and simply assemble. in the During installation, the leakage aid can, for example, be placed in the Welded outlet opening of the barrel or container concerned be and via a socket connection to the suction-side pump line can be connected. So far a snap or screw connection is also conceivable. In this There is also the possibility that the Leakage aid already during the barrel production in the Outlet opening is integrated. - Here are the main ones see advantages achieved by the invention.

Preferred developments of the invention are in the dependent Reproduced claims.
