Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen ein Gehäuse mit darin befindlichen Leitungkanälen
aufweisenden Anschlußadapter für ein System bei dem eine oder mehrere
Kreiselpumpen mit Komponenten wie Ein -oder Mehrwegeventilen und/oder
Verteilerstücken über kompatible Systemanschüsse hydraulisch verschaltbar sind,
wobei die Öffnungen der kompatiblen Systemanschüsse in Ebenen liegen, die parallel
zur Drehebene eines Laufrades einer Kreiselpumpe sind.
Es sind Anschlußadapter bekannt, mit denen Kreiselpumpen der oben beschriebenen
Art beispielsweise an Heizkesseln angebracht werden. Dabei ist es gleichfalls möglich,
zwischen der Pumpe und dem Heizkessel einen weiteren Verteiler oder ein Ventil
anzuordnen. Solche Systeme, bei denen einzelne Komponenten "in-line" hydraulisch
gekoppelt zusammengefügt werden haben den Nachteil, daß sie nicht in
herkömmlichen Heizkreislaufen an beliebiger Stelle integrierbar sind. Für einen solchen
Anschluß sind zwar hydraulische Verteilerstationen bekannt, an denen eine Pumpe der
genannten Art montierbar ist. Diese Verteilerstationen sind jedoch aus einer großen
Zahl einzelner Komponenten zusammengefügt und damit aufwendig zu handhaben

Besonders vorteilhaft an dem erfindungsgemäßen Anschlußadapter ist, daß er es auf
einfachste Weise ermöglicht, Kreiselpumpen mit stirnseitigen Anschlüssen, als Teil
eines modularen Systems insbesondere horizontal angeordneter hydraulischer
Komponenten, in einen herkömmlichen Heizungskreislauf mit vertikal oder horizontal
verlaufenden Rohren zu integrieren. Dabei kann der Kreiselpumpe je nach Auslegung
der Systemanschlüsse des Anschlußadapters ein zusätzliches Ventil, z.B. ein
Mehrwegeventil, oder ein Verteilerstück vorgeschaltet werden. Da der Anschlußadapter
sämtliche Funktionen in einem einzigen Bauteil vereint, ist seine Handhabung
besonders komfortabel und einfach. Der erfindungsgemäße Anschlußadapter bietet
eine kostengünstige Lösung für den komfortablen Anschluß hydraulischer
Komponenten an ein Heizungssystem.
In einer besonders günstigen Ausführungsform kann das Gehäuse des
Anschlußadapters und die darin befindlichen Leitungskanälen einstückig aus Metall
oder Kunststoff, z.B. aus Polyamid, insbesondere als Spritzguß Teil gefertigt sein.
Dadurch ist der Anschlußadapter besonders preiswert in der Herstellung. Auch bei
dieser Fertigungstechnik läßt sich die Führung der Leitungskanäle beliebig konzipieren,
so daß durch den Anschlußadapter eine Vielzahl von Einsatzmöglichkeiten geboten

auf und ist damit für den Anschluß einer Pumpe mit vorgeschaltetem Dreiwege-Ventil,
vorgeschalteter Doppelpumpe oder Dreiwege-Richteinrichtung geeignet. Dabei sind
zwei Anschlußstutzen, die jeweils die zwei Ein- bzw. die zwei Auslässe bilden
achsparallel so angeordnet sind, daß ihre Öffnungen in einer ersten Ebene liegen. Die
Öffnung des verbleibenden dritten Anschlußstutzens, der entsprechend den Aus- bzw.
Einlaß bildet, liegt in einer zweiten Ebene, die parallel zur ersten Ebene ist. Wenn in
einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der dritte Anschlußstutzen in derselben Achse wie
einer der beiden anderen Anschlußstutzen liegt, läßt sich der Anschlußadapter auf
einfache Weise in eine Rohrleitung eines bestehenden Heizungssystems einbauen.
In einer anderen Ausführungsform weist der Anschlußadapter vier Anschlußstutzen auf
und ist damit für den Anschluß einer Pumpe mit vorgeschaltetem Vierwege-Ventil oder
für den Anschluß einer Doppelpumpe oder Dreiwege-Richteinrichtung geeignet. In
dieser Ausführungsform liegen jeweils zwei Anschlußstutzen achsparallel mit ihre
Öffnungen in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegen, wobei die beiden Ebenen parallel sind.
Für eine einfache Integration in ein Rohrsystem ist es dabei besonders vorteilhaft,
wenn jeweils einer der Anschlußstutzen in der ersten Ebene in axialer Verlängerung
des Anschlußtutzens der zweiten Ebene liegt.
Als Anschlußadapter für ein Drei- oder Vierwege-Ventil läßt sich der Anschlußadapters
besonders vorteilhaft in einem Heizungssystem einsetzen, bei dem die Heizwasserund
die Warmwasseraufbereitung von einer gemeinsamen Pumpeneinheit versorgt
werden.
Vorteilhafterweise sind die Anschlußstutzen mit Flanschen oder Gewinden der
landläufig verwendeten Norm versehen. Damit wird der Anschluß an ein
Rohrleitungssystem besonders einfach. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die
Anschlußstutzen aus Metall zu fertigen und mit den Rohrenden zu verlöten oder zu
verschweißen.
Da bei bestehenden Heizungssystemen oft bestimmte Baumaße zum Einbau von
Komponenten vorgegeben sind, ist es vorteilhaft, den Abstand der Ebenen in denen die
Anschlußstutzen liegen auf diese Maße festzulegen. Ein Standardmaß für den Abstand
ist dabei insbesondere 180 mm aber auch 130 mm. Bei Verwendung dieser Maße sind

hydraulische System der Pumpe vollständig von dem Heizkreislauf getrennt werden, so
daß ein komfortabler Austausch der Komponenten und eine günstige
Wartungsmögichkeit gegeben ist. Um dennoch den Strom durch den Anschlußadapter
zu gewährleisten ist es vorteilhaft, die Leitungkanäle durch eine mittels Ventil
verschließbare Bypaßleitung zu verbinden. Die Ventile können dabei manuell oder
elektrisch schaltbar sein.
In einer anderen Ausführungsform sind in den Anschlußadapter Überströmventile
integriert. Damit ist eine Sicherheitsfunktion realisiert, die ein Ausströmen von
Pumpmedium bei gefährlichen Überdruck gewährleistet. Es ist ebenso möglich, die
schaltbaren Ventile durch Überströmventile in Form von Rückschlagventilen zu
ersetzten. Zum Ausgleich unerwünschter Druckspitzen im System kann zudem ein
Druckaufnehmer wie beispielsweise eine flexible Membran in den Anschlußadapter

Systemdruck und/oder Temperatur einzubauen. Die gemessenen Werte lassen sich
über elektrische Leitungen an externe Anzeigegeräte übertragen oder auf Displays, die
am Gehäuse oder der Pumpe angebracht sind, anzeigen. In dieser besonderen
Ausführungsform kommt dem Anschlußadapter eine zentrale Rolle in einem jeden
Heizungssystem zu.
Ausführungsbeispiele des erfindungsgemäßen Anschlußadapters sind in den

In Figur 1 ist ein Anschlußadapter 1 mit einem Gehäuse 2 aus Kunststoff gezeigt. Die
im Gehäuse befindlichen Leitungkanäle sind nicht dargestellt. Nach Figur 1 ist der
Anschlußadapter 1 mit seiner Stirnseite 3 (Figur 2), die kompatible Systemanschlüsse
aufweist, an einem Dreiwege-Ventil 4 angebracht. Das Dreiwege-Ventil 4 weist in
dieser Ausführungsform einen Verteilerkasten 5 und eine Schalteinheit 6 auf. Das
Dreiwege-Ventil 4 ist seinerseits mit einer herkömmlichen Zentrifugalpumpe 7 mit
hydraulischer Einheit 8 und Elektromotor 9 hydraulisch verschaltet. Die
Systemanschlüsse deren Öffnungen in Ebenen liegen, die parallel zur Drehebene des
in der hydraulischen Einheit 8 angeordneten Laufrades liegen, sind jeweils kompatibel.
Das in Figur 1 gezeigte System kann in ein Heizungsystem mit vertikal verlaufenden
(nicht dargestellten) Rohrleitungen eingebaut werden. Dazu weist der Anschlußadapter
1 Anschlußstutzen 10, 11 und 12 auf, deren Öffnungen in Ebenen senkrecht zu den
Systemanschlüssen liegen. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel bilden die achsparallelen
Anschlußstutzen 10 und 11 Einlässe (Pfeile A und B) und der Anschlußstutzen 12
einen Auslaß (Pfeile C). Die Öffnungen der Anschlußstutzen 10 und 11 liegen in einer
ersten Ebene, die einen Abstand D zur Ebene des achsparallelen Anschlußstutzens 12
hat. Der Abstand D beträgt in diesem besonderen Fall 180 mm.
In Figur 2 ist eine Ausführungsform eines Anschlußadapters 1 nach Figur 1 gezeigt, bei
dem der Anschlußstutzen 10 auf der Achse des Anschlußstutzens 12 liegt, während

Claims (15)
- Connection adapter (1), that has a housing (2) with the ducts located in it, for a system in which at least one rotary pump (7) with components such as one-way and multi-path valves (4) and/or distributor parts, can be hydraulically connected by means of system-connections, whereby the openings of the compatible system connections lie in planes that are parallel to the plane of rotation of a rotor of a rotary pump (7) and whereby the compatible system connections correspond with front end axial connections on the at least one rotary pump (7), and with pipe connections (10, 11, 12), the openings of which lie in a plane vertical to the plane of the system connections and enable connection to conventional pipes, particularly those of heating equipment.
- Connection adapter in accordance with claim 1, characterized by three pipe connections (10, 11, 12) that are axis-parallel such that their openings lie in a first plane, and whereby a third pipe connection (12) is axis-parallel with its opening lying in a second plane that is parallel to the first plane.
- Connection adapter in accordance with claim 2, characterized in that one of the pipe connections (10) lies in the first plane on the axis of the third pipe connection (12).
- Connection adapter in accordance with claim 1, characterized by four pipe connections, whereby two pipe connections are disposed axis-parallel such that their openings lie in a first plane, and whereby two pipe connections are arranged axis-parallel such that their openings lie in a second plane that is parallel to the first plane.
- Connection adapter in accordance with claim 4, characterized in that in each case one of the pipe connections lies in a first plane in axial alignment with one of the pipe connections in the second plane.
- Connection adapter in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the parallel planes of the pipe connections are at a separation of 180 mm from each other.
- Connection adapter in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the housing (2) and the duct channels in it are produced as a single piece from metal or synthetic material, particularly polyamide.
- Connection adapter in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a stop valve disposed in the housing can close one of the pipe connections (10, 11, 12).
- Connection adapter in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least two ducts are connected by means of a bypass conduit that can be closed by a valve.
- Connection adapter in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an overflow valve is disposed in one duct.
- Connection adapter in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a device, particularly a membrane for balancing pressure peaks, is disposed in one duct.
- Connection adapter in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterized in that sensors are attached to the housing for measuring the system parameters heat quantity, flow volume and system pressure and/or temperature.
- Connection adapter in accordance with one of the preceding claims, characterized in that sensors are applied, in the housing, for measuring the system parameters, heat quantity, flow volume, system pressure and/or temperature.
- Connection adapter in accordance with claim 13, characterized in that the system parameters can be displayed on the housing.
- Use of the connection adapter in accordance with one of the preceding claims in a hydraulic assembly for a combined heating water and wastewater unit.
