Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen sogenannten Heizkreisverteiler zum Anschluß an Flüssigkeitserhitzer, insbesondere Heizkessel, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse mit erhitzer- und heizkreisseitigen Vor- und Rücklaufanschlüssen, die im Gehäuse durch Kanäle miteinander in Verbindung stehen, die ihrerseits durch Anschlußbereiche für eine Heizkreispumpe und ein Beimischventil geführt sind.The invention relates to a so-called heating circuit distributor for Connection to a liquid heater, especially a boiler from a housing with heating and heating circuit side Flow and return connections in the housing through channels with each other are connected, which in turn through connection areas for a heating circuit pump and an admixing valve are.
Derartige Heizkreisverteiler sind hinlänglich bekannt und in
Benutzung, so daß es dazu an sich keines besonderen druckschriftlichen
Nachweises bedarf. Nur bspw. sei hierzu verwiesen
auf die DE-A-2734663, deren Gegenstand noch in Schalenbauweise
erstellt ist. Mittlerweile werden derartige Heizkreisverteiler
auch in Form von in sich einheitlichen Gußblöcken ausgeführt.
Bekannt und üblich ist auch, solchen Heizkreisverteilern unmittelbar
hinter den heizkreiseitigen Vor-und Rücklaufanschlüssen
in die von diesen abgehenden Vor-und Rücklaufstränge
eine beide Stränge verbindende Leitung mit Überströmventil
einzubinden. Die Anordnung derartiger Überströmventile in einer
Bypaßleitung zwischen den abgehenden Vor-und Rücklaufleitungen
ist außerdem an Heizkreisverteilern bekannt, die reine Leitungskonstruktionen
darstellen, wobei Leitungsbereiche teilweise
zusammengefaßt in Guß ausgeführt sein können. Zweck derartiger
mit Überströmventil ausgestatteter Überströmleitungen
ist es, bei Teillast oder bspw. auch bei Schließung aller in
einem Heizkreis vorhandener Heizkörperventile bei weiterlaufender
Pumpe noch für einen ausreichenden Mindestumlauf zu
sorgen, d.h., durch diese Maßnahme können störende, durch
unzulässigen Druckanstieg bedingte Fließgeräusche im Teil
lastbereich einer Zentralheizungsanlage vermieden werden. In
Anlagen mit vorgegebenen Mindestumlaufmengen bleibt auch, wie
erwähnt, bei geschlossen Thermostatventilen an den Heizkörpern

im Heizkreis die notwendige Mindestzirkulation im Heizkreisverteiler
selbst statt und alle bisher dafür notwendigen
äußeren Installationen und der damit verbundene Aufwand kommen
in Wegfall.
In konkreter Ausführungsform ist diese Lösung vorteilhaft derart
umgesetzt, daß am Gehäuse fluchtend zur Überströmöffnung
eine Anschlußöffnung für den Verschlußstopfen oder das Überströmventil
angeordnet ist und daß ferner im zum heizkreistigen
Vorlaufanschluß führenden Kanal der druckseitige Raum hinter
der Pumpe durch eine in Form einer Stufe ausgebildeten Wand
vom den Rücklauf führenden Kanal getrennt und in dieser Wand
die in Form eines Ventilsitzes ausgebildete Überströmöffnung
angeordnet ist.
Die Anschlußöffnung am Gehäuse ist dabei mit Innengewinde ausgestattet
und der Verschlußstopfen und das Differenzdruck-Überströmventil
sind mit entsprechenden, zum Innengewinde passenden
