Abstract
Description
- La Figure 1 est une vue en élévation de la pince considérée, avec ses deux branches en position écartée l'une de l'autre, la lame coulissante étant rétractée à l'intérieur du corps.
- La Figure 2 est une vue analogue à la Figure 1, avec les deux branches en position rapprochée, la lame étant déplacée pour venir coopérer avec la matrice portée par le corps.
- La Figure 3 est une vue en coupe transversale, à plus grande échelle, selon la ligne III-III de la Figure 2.
- Les Figures 4 et 5 sont des vues de détail à plus grande échelle également, montrant comment un outil, rapporté ou solidaire de la lame coulissante, est adapté à réaliser un crevé avec rabattement des bords dans deux tôles superposés.
- La Figure 6 illustre le profil des tôles des Figures 4 et 5 après usage et retrait de la pince considérée.
Claims (7)
- Pince à fonctions multiples, comportant un corps (1) muni ou sur lequel est rapportée une première branche fixe (10), avec en bout une zone ou poignée de préhension (13), et une seconde branche (11) également munie en bout, à l'opposé du corps, d'une zone de préhension similaire (14), cette seconde branche étant mobile par rapport au corps autour d'un axe de pivotement (12) porté par celui-ci, et un mécanisme à genouillère (22), propre à transformer le mouvement de rotation de la seconde branche en un mouvement de translation pour une lame (8), coulissant dans le corps en direction d'une matrice (7) disposée en regard et également portée par le corps par une partie en retour (6), cette matrice étant prévue pour coopérer avec un outil de travail (9) monté à l'extrémité de la lame (8) dirigée vers la matrice, caractérisée en ce que les deux branches (10, 11) de la pince sont suffisamment voisines l'une de l'autre pour pouvoir être saisies ensemble par une seule main de l'utilisateur, la branche mobile (11) étant apte à être rapprochée de la branche fixe consécutivement à une contraction des doigts vers la paume, et en ce que la lame coulissante (8) comporte un axe d'articulation (29) avec une biellette de commande (23), montée à rotation par rapport au corps autour d'un pivot fixe (28) et entraínée dans son mouvement au moyen d'une patte de renvoi (24) respectivement articulée sur la biellette entre le pivot (28) et l'axe d'articulation (29) et sur la seconde branche mobile.
- Pince selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un ressort de rappel (17) en épingle à cheveux, monté entre les deux branches (10, 11), de manière à exercer un effort permanent sur celles-ci, tendant à écarter la seconde branche mobile de la première branche fixe.
- Pince selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le ressort de rappel (17) est enroulé dans sa partie centrale autour d'un téton de support (18) porté par la première branche fixe (10), les extrémités (19, 20) de l'épingle étant respectivement arrêtées et immobilisées par l'une et l'autre des deux branches.
- Pince selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le pivot fixe (28) autour duquel tourne la biellette de commande (23) traverse une rainure (27) prévue selon la direction longitudinale de la biellette pour autoriser un léger débattement relatif de celle-ci par rapport au pivot, consécutivement au déplacement de la lame coulissante (8), elle-même reliée à la biellette autour de l'axe d'articulation (29).
- Pince selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le corps (1) présente une section sensiblement en forme de U renversé, dont les côtés (3, 4) s'étendent parallèlement à la lame coulissante (8) logée entre eux, ces côtés comportant chacun une boutonnière allongée (34), parcourue par l'axe d'articulation (29) de la biellette (23) sur la lame.
- Pince selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la lame coulissante (8) comporte une rainure centrale (30) dans laquelle s'engage un doigt fixe (31) porté par le corps (1) et qui s'étend transversalement entre ses côtés parallèles (3, 4), afin d'assurer le guidage de la lame restant en permanence parallèle à elle-même au cours de son déplacement sous l'effet du mouvement de la biellette (23).
- Pince d'usinage à fonctions multiples sensiblement telle que décrite et représentée aux dessins annexés.
