- une chambre de réception 2 des solides dans laquelle sont introduits des solides par un orifice 3,
- au moins une chambre 4, 5 dans laquelle se déversent les solides après leur passage au-dessus d'un premier muret 10A et séparées l'une de l'autre par un muret du même type 10B,
- une chambre de sortie 6 des solides recevant les solides après leur passage au-dessus d'un autre muret 10C et comportant un orifice 7 d'évacuation des solides.
Claims (5)
- Echangeur à lit fluidisé dense comportant un caisson (1) dont les parois longitudinales verticales (1A, 1B) sont constituées de tubes véhiculant un fluide caloporteur et divisé dans le sens de sa longueur en chambres séparées l'une de l'autre par un muret de déversement (10) constitué d'une paroi constituée de tubes véhiculant un fluide caloporteur, caractérisé en ce que lesdites parois longitudinales verticales (1A, 1B) sont constituées de tubes horizontaux (11A, 11B, 12A, 12B) et ledit muret s'étend à partir de la paroi inférieure du caisson (1) sur une hauteur inférieur à celle de celui-ci et est constituée de prolongements transversaux et superposés de tubes (11A, 11B) de chacune des faces longitudinales verticales (1A, 1B), en forme d'épingle à cheveux, perpendiculaires auxdits tubes et s'étendant jusqu'à la face longitudinale verticale opposée (1B, 1A).
- Echangeur à lit fluidisé dense selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ces prolongements sont verticalement alternés d'une face à l'autre.
- Echangeur à lit fluidisé dense selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le muret constitué d'une double paroi tubée est renforcé intérieurement d'entretoises (14, 19).
- Echangeur à lit fluidisé dense selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un tube sur deux (11A, 11B) de chaque paroi verticale (1A, 1B) comporte un tel prolongement dirigé vers l'autre paroi (1B, 1A) et en ce qu'entre deux tels prolongements, s'intercale un prolongement de l'autre paroi (1B, 1A) qui se trouve sur le même plan horizontal que le tube (12A, 12B) de l'autre paroi (1A, 1B) ne comportant pas de prolongement.
- Echangeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie haute du muret est conformée en biseau de section se réduisant.
