Abstract

The fluidised bed exchanger has a casing (1) whose longitudinal vertical walls (1A,1B) are formed from tubes which transport a fluid. The tubes are divided lengthways into chambers separated from each other by a low wall (10) of liquid circulating tubes. The longitudinal walls comprise horizontal tubes (11A,11B,12A,12B) and the low wall extends from the inner wall of the casing to a height less than that of the casing. This low wall is made up of superposed, transversal extensions of the tubes (11A,11B) for each of the faces of the longitudinal vertical walls, in the form of hair clips, perpendicular to the tubes and extending upto the opposite longitudinal face.

Description

The present invention relates to a bed heat exchanger dense fluidized intended to be associated with a bed reactor circulating fluidized.

It relates more precisely to a bed heat exchanger dense fluidized comprising a box whose walls vertical longitudinal sections are made up of tubes conveying a heat transfer fluid and divided in the direction of its length in rooms separated from each other by a discharge wall consisting of a wall consisting of tubes carrying a heat transfer fluid.

Such an exchanger is generally intended for a combustion plant comprising a bed heat exchanger circulating fluidized comprising a gas outlet opening in a separation cyclone whose solids recovered are treated in this dense fluidized bed before being at less partially reinjected into the bed heat exchanger circulating fluidized.

Conventionally, the dense fluidized bed exchanger has a number of chambers in a box:
  • a solid receiving chamber into which solids are introduced through an orifice,
  • at least one intermediate chamber into which the solids are discharged after their passage over a first wall,
  • a solids outlet chamber receiving the solids after their passage over a second low wall and comprising a solids evacuation orifice.

The intermediate chamber is equipped with a box lower fluidizing air supply, nozzles of fluidization air injection arranged on the wall bottom of the chamber and a heat exchanger generally consisting of a plurality of arrangements parallel tubes carrying a heat transfer fluid, by example of steam, arranged transversely to the chamber and hanging from the top wall of the chamber, each arrangement of tubes being connected at the bottom to a inlet manifold for the heat transfer fluid and in the upper part to an outlet manifold of this heated fluid.

In this chamber therefore takes place the dense fluidization solids and heat recovery by the exchanger.

It is known to produce the longitudinal walls of the casing and low walls by means of tubes conveying a heat transfer fluid in order to increase the exchange thermal, heat recovery and therefore efficiency of the installation.

Such known low walls consist of walls of vertical tubes extending over the entire height of the box and with windows spread across their width at the desired dumping height.

This discharge arrangement does not allow passage solids across the full width of the cabinet and windows must be of limited own width taking into account the continuity of the vertical tubes from the bottom of the wall to the top of it, this arrangement does not allow a flow continuous and optimal solids from one room to another.

The invention solves this problem by proposing a low wall arrangement made of tubes which can be realized over a given height and therefore allows continuous dumping undisturbed solids above the low wall.

To do this, according to the invention, said faces vertical longitudinal sections are made up of tubes horizontal and said wall is made up of extensions transverse and superimposed tubes of each of the faces vertical longitudinal, hairpin-shaped, perpendicular to said tubes and extending to the face opposite vertical longitudinal.

It is thus possible to make a low wall wanted.

According to the preferred embodiment, these extensions are vertically alternated from one side to the other, to allow mechanical stability and balancing of heat transfer fluid flow.

In order to achieve hydrostatic resistance, preferably, the low wall consisting of a double cased wall is internally reinforced with spacers.

According to a preferred construction method, a tube on two of each vertical wall has such an extension directed towards the other wall and between two such extensions, there is an extension of the other wall which is on the same horizontal plane as the tube of the other wall does not with no extension.

Advantageously, the upper part of the wall is shaped as a reducing bevel.

The invention is described below in more detail at using figures representing only one embodiment preferred of the invention.

Figure 1 is a schematic perspective view of a dense fluidized bed heat exchanger box.

Figure 2 is a detailed perspective view of a exchanger according to the invention.

La figure 3 est une vue en coupe partielle selon II-II de la figure 2.Figure 3 is a partial sectional view along II-II in Figure 2.

La figure 4 est une vue partielle en perspective, partiellement arrachée, d'un échangeur conforme à l'invention.FIG. 4 is a partial perspective view, partially torn off, from an exchanger conforming to the invention.

Conventionally, a dense fluidized bed exchanger shown diagrammatically in FIG. 1 has in a box 1 a certain number of chambers:
  • a receiving chamber 2 for solids into which solids are introduced through an orifice 3,
  • at least one chamber 4, 5 into which the solids are discharged after their passage over a first low wall 10A and separated from each other by a low wall of the same type 10B,
  • an outlet chamber 6 for the solids receiving the solids after they have passed over another low wall 10C and comprising an orifice 7 for discharging the solids.

As can be seen in FIG. 2, according to the invention, the vertical longitudinal walls 1A, 1B consist of horizontal tubes 11A, 12A and 11B, 12B.

Le muret 10 est constituée de prolongements transversaux et superposés de tubes 11A, 11B de chacune des parois longitudinales verticales 1A, 1B, en forme d'épingle à cheveux, perpendiculaires auxdits tubes et s'étendant jusqu'à la face longitudinale verticale opposée 1B, 1A.The low wall 10 is made up of extensions transverse and superimposed of tubes 11A, 11B of each of vertical longitudinal walls 1A, 1B, pin-shaped with hair, perpendicular to said tubes and extending to the opposite vertical longitudinal face 1B, 1A.

More precisely, one tube out of two 11A, 11B of each vertical wall 1A, 1B has such a directed extension towards the other wall 1B, 1A. Between two such extensions, there is an extension of the other wall 1B, 1A which located on the same horizontal plane as the tube 12A, 12B of the other wall 1A, 1B having no extension.

The upper part of the wall 10 is shaped as a bevel reducing section.

There is thus achieved a constant pitch between tubes, that either on the vertical walls or on the wall and this without intersection of tubes.

The holding of this tube structure is reinforced mechanically by spacers arranged inside the low wall.

The upper part of the wall 10 is visible in the figure 3 in cross section.

A high spacer 14 is shown in the figure 3. It is a bar welded between the two branches of the hairpin of an extension. Such spacers 14 are distributed over the height of the upper part and over the width of the wall, to obtain mechanical stability desired.

In the lower part of low wall 10, as visible on the Figure 4, spacers distributed over the width of the wall provide mechanical stability as well as connection to the bottom wall of the box.

This bottom wall called sole is also consisting of horizontal tubes and, more precisely, a upper wall 15 consisting of tubes connected by horizontal fins. To each tube of this wall and below from this, another tube 16 is connected by a vertical fin 17. Two tie rods 18 arranged in line with the wall and longitudinally to it, are welded to the sole, crossing the vertical fins 17. Connected to these tie rods 18, are placed spacers 19 of a maximum height equal to the height of the section part constant of the wall and consist of a plate or equivalent having laterally notches receiving the tubes extensions.
