Claims (13)
- Allgemein planare Bodenverfestigungsplatte zur Verwendung in einer gelenkigen Sequenz oder Anordnung von solchen Platten, wobei die Ränder der Platte zumindest ein Paar parallele geradlinige Kanten beinhalten, wobei das Paar Kanten mit jeweils einer Vielzahl von äußeren Verriegelungsbauteilen, die davon in der Ebene der Platte vorstehen, und einer entsprechenden Vielzahl von inneren Verriegelungsbauteilen versehen ist, die darin ausgespart sind, wobei die Ausgestaltung so ist, daß die äußeren Bauteile an der Kante der Platte durch Krafteinwirkung aber auseinandernehmbar in einer Richtung vertikal zu der Ebene der Platte mit den inneren Bauteilen in der Kante einer anderen derartigen benachbarten Platte in Eingriff gebracht werden können, aber in der horizontalen Ebene der Platten nicht davon außer Eingriff gebracht werden können, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kombinierte äußere und innere Verriegelungsbauteil-Ausgestaltung (6, 7) eine prismatische Zapfen- und Nasen-Baugruppe (20, 21, 22) sowie eine äquivalente aber gegenüberliegende prismatische Aussparung (23) aufweist, die so konstruiert sind, daß sie dann, wenn sie in Eingriff gebracht sind, relativ zueinander zu einer begrenzten Drehung um eine Achse in der Lage sind, die parallel zu den angrenzenden Kanten (2, 4') der Platten (1, 1') verläuft, so daß die Platten gelenkig mit einer ähnlichen, direkt benachbarten Platte verriegelt sind.
- Platte nach Anspruch 1, bei der jedes äußere Bauteil, das mit einer Kante der Platte in Beziehung steht, einen Zapfen (20) aufweist, der in Längsrichtung von seiner zugehörigen Plattenkante (2) vorsteht und in der Ebene der Platte liegt, wobei der Zapfen an oder benachbart zu seinem von der Plattenkante entfernten Ende mit zumindest einer schrägverlaufenden, allgemein prismatischen Nase (21) versehen ist, die ebenfalls in der Ebene der Platte liegt, und jedes innere Bauteil, das mit der anderen Kante der Platte in Beziehung steht, eine allgemein prismatische Kammer (23) aufweist, die darin ausgespart und im wesentlichen parallel dazu angeordnet ist, wobei die Kammer in der Lage ist, die schrägverlaufende(n) Nase(n) an dem Zapfen aufzunehmen, so daß die prismatischen Flächen der Nase(n) und der Kammer als Halteflächen zusammenwirken, wobei zumindest eine oder die andere der allgemein prismatischen Nase(n) und der Kammer wirklich zylindrisch oder zumindest teilzylindrich ist, so daß die Nase(n) und die Kammer relativ zueinander um ihre gemeinsame prismatische Achse gedreht werden können.
- Platte nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Kammer in einer Plattenkante mit der Kante (4) der Platte über einen relativ schmalen Zugriffsschlitz (24) in der Kante in Verbindung steht, durch den nur der Zapfen aber nicht die Nase(n) des äußeren Bauteils in einem Bereich von Winkelausrichtungen zwischen der (den) prismatischen Nase(n) und der prismatischen Kammer hindurchführen kann, und wobei. die prismatische Kammer in einer Plattenkante mit zumindest einer Fläche von der zugehörigen Platte davon über eine längliche Öffnung (25) in Verbindung steht, die parallel zu der Plattenkante verläuft, wobei die Öffnung im wesentlichen die gleiche Länge hat wie die prismatische(n) Nase(n), und durch die die Nase(n) in die Kammer eingesetzt werden kann (können).
- Platte nach Anspruch 3, bei der die längliche Öffnung (25) in der Fläche der Platte und der relativ schmale Schlitz (24) in der Kante davon mit zumindest einer der Flächen (3, 4) der Platte miteinander in Verbindung stehen, die mit dem inneren Bauteil (7) in Beziehung stehen, um das Einsetzen der an dem Zapfen gehaltenen Nase(n) (21, 22) in die Kammer (23) zu ermöglichen, und Mittel (26, 27) vorgesehen sind, durch die nach dem Einsetzen der an dem Zapfen gehaltenen Nase(n) in die Kammer die Nase(n) zumindest bis zu einem bestimmten Ausmaß gegen ein Austreten in vertikaler Richtung aus der Kammer gehalten sind, wenn die jeweils direkt benachbarten Platten im wesentlichen in der gleichen Ebene liegen.
- Platte (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die vollständig oder im wesentlichen vollständig aus spritzgegossenem, schwer entflammbaren Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt sind, das vorzugsweise Acrylnitril-Butadien-Styrol ist oder enthält.
- Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, bei der die Austritts-Verhinderungsmittel Vorsprünge und/oder Lippen (26, 27) aufweisen, die aus elastisch verformbarem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt und entlang einer oder beider Seiten der länglichen Öffnung vorgesehen sind, wodurch die wirksame Breite davon auf weniger als den Durchmesser der Nase(n) (21, 22) vermindert ist, so daß die Nase(n) mit dem inneren Bauteil nur gegen die elastische Vorspannung der Vorsprünge und/oder Lippen in Eingriff oder außer Eingriff gebracht werden kann (können).
- Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, bei der die Austritts-Verhinderungsmittel eine integriert geformte, hochstehende, elastisch verformbare Klaue (28) aufweisen, die in einer Aussparung (29) verformbar ist, um so das äußere Bauteil in passendem Eingriff mit dem inneren Bauteil hineinzutreten, aber danach zurückspringt, um über die obere Fläche des äußeren Bauteils zu greifen und es dadurch daran hindert, aus dem passenden Eingriff auszutreten.
- Platte nach einem der Ansprüchen 2 bis 7, bei der der Zapfen (20) des äußeren Bauteils, der von einer Plattenkante vorsteht, und der Zugriffsschlitz (24) des inneren Bauteils, der in der anderen Plattenkante ausgespart ist, beide im rechten Winkel zu den zugehörigen Kanten ausgerichtet sind, wobei das Ende des Zapfens mit zwei ähnlich dimensionierten aber entgegengerichteten, allgemein prismatischen Nasen versehen ist, eine an jeder Seite davon, wobei die prismatische Achse der Nasen im rechten Winkel zu der Zapfenachse aber in der Ebene der Platte verläuft, so daß dann, wenn die äußeren und inneren Bauteile an direkt benachbarten Platten verriegelt sind, die prismatische Achse der Nasen im wesentlichen mit der Achse der prismatischen Kammer (23) zusammenfällt, wobei der Zapfen und die schrägverlaufenden Nasen, die daran vorgesehen sind, vorzugsweise durch eine Stange mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt gebildet sind, die vorzugsweise aus Metall geformt ist und den gleichen Durchmesser hat.
- Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, bei der die Länge von jeder Nase (21, 22) entlang der prismatischen Achse davon schräg zu der Zapfenachse im wesentlichen gleich der Breite des Schlitzes (24) ist, durch den der Zapfen (20) in die Kammer (23) eintritt.
- Platte nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, bei der:eine von dem Paar von parallelen Kanten (2, 4 oder 3, 5) lediglich mit einem oder mehreren äußeren Bauteil(en) (6) in Beziehung steht, die davon vorstehen, und die andere von diesen Kanten lediglich mit einem oder mehreren entsprechenden inneren Bauteil(en) (7) in Beziehung steht, die darin ausgespart sind;der Kantenverbindungsschlitz (24) vollständig in einer Fläche ausgespart ist und zumindest teilweise in der anderen Fläche der Plattenkante ausgespart ist, um so eine Drehung des Zapfens und der Nase(n) relativ zu der Kammer über einen Winkel von 135° bis 180° zu ermöglichen;die Platte durch zwei Paare von parallelen geradlinigen Kanten (2, 4 und 3, 5) begrenzt ist und somit rechteckig ist; undeine Vielzahl der äußeren und inneren Verriegelungsbauteile (6, 7) entlang jeder geradlinigen Plattenkante symmetrisch voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Allgemein planare Bodenverfestigungsplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die ein rechteckiges, allgemein planares, im wesentliche starres Rahmenwerk und eine obere Bedeckungsplatte (42) aufweist, die durch eine Seite des planaren Rahmenwerks abstützend gehalten und daran befestigt ist, wobei das Rahmenwerk einen rechteckigen Umfangsrahmen (30) und in dem Rahmen eine Vielzahl von Lastübertragungsstreben (31) aufweist, die sich mit dem Umfangsrahmen so kreuzen, um auf die Bedeckungsplatte aufgebrachte Last geeignet über das gesamte Rahmenwerk und über den Umfangsrahmen und die sich kreuzenden Lastübertragungsstreben auf den darunterliegenden Boden zu verteilen, auf dem die Platte angeordnet ist, und wobei die Bedeckungsplatte vorzugsweise mittels eines Kunststoff- oder Metall-Verriegelungssteckers an dem Rahmenwerk befestigt ist, der durch ein mittig angeordnetes Loch in der Bedeckungsplatte eingesetzt ist und mit einem Vorsprung (32) eingreift, der in der Mitte der sich kreuzenden Streben in dem Umfangsrahmen der Platte angeordnet ist.
- Allgemein planare Bodenverfestigungsplatte nach Anspruch 11, bei der die untere Fläche der Platte mit einer Erdreichkompressionseinheit (40) versehen ist, vorzugsweise eine solche, die an ihrer Bodenkontaktfläche eine Vielzahl von Bodenkomprimierungsspitzen (41) trägt, vorzugsweise ähnlich dimensionierte, gleichmäßig angeordnete Pyramiden, die vorzugsweise in genau seitlich nebeneinanderliegenden Reihen angeordnet sind, wobei die jeweiligen Spitzen-Reihen mit einem halben Abstand außer Phase sind, wobei die Erdreichkompressionseinheit dazu ausgestaltet ist, um unter Last in den darunterliegenden Boden einzudringen und diesen dadurch zu komprimieren und zusammenzudrücken.
- Platte nach Anspruch 12, bei der die Erdreichkompressionseinheit (40) eine Form ist, an deren unterer Fläche eine Vielzahl von Bodenkomprimierungsspitzen (41) vorgesehen ist, aber deren obere Fläche geformt ist, um genau passend in die Lücken zwischen dem Umfangsrahmen (30) und den sich kreuzenden Lastübertragungsstreben (31) des Plattenrahmenwerks einzugreifen und gegen die Unterseite der daran befestigten Bedeckungsplatte (42) zu stoßen.
