Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a device for double-headed and Overlay drilling where concentric with one drill for two Drilling elements in the form of inner drill rods and / or outer drill pipes composite drill strings holes in the ground, rock or Rock are drilled, the drilling elements one after the other a drum magazine mechanically removed and after drilling the borehole in the Magazine can be returned.
- Drilling devices for double-head and overlay drilling are known.
- the Drilling equipment consists of a caterpillar vehicle on which a carriage is attached Articulated arms are articulated in all directions.
- a double-head drilling drive for example a rotary / impact drive, arranged with which the inner drill pipe and outer Drill pipes of the concentrically arranged drilling elements coupled will.
- the drilling elements are arranged parallel to the carriage Drum magazine removed.
- the coupling with the drill drive of the carriage usually takes place with screw connections, over which the individual Drilling elements as part of the advance of the entire drill string with each other get connected. After drilling the holes, the drilling elements pulled again and returned to the magazine.
- Handling is particularly difficult with double-head and overlay drilling processes, where those worked with nested drill strings is concentric by placing an inner drill pipe with an outer drill pipe is surrounded by distance.
- To magazine drilling elements to transport them to the drilling rig, before or to be arranged one after the other, each with two threaded connections at the top and to be connected at the bottom with the drill drive and the drill string already set and is reversed after performing the turn / impact drilling operation Way to pull the drillstrings.
- Another disadvantage is that when pulling the inner linkage initially separately must be stored until the outer tubes are pulled and in the box magazine have been accommodated, so that then again in the inner rods by hand in an independent process Outer tubes must be inserted in the magazine to get the magazine ready for a new drilling process.
- a handling device used that from a vertically towering attached to the magazine telescopic retractable and extendable post exists on the collar a gripper tree is attached, which can also be extended telescopically and both the magazine area and the work area of the carriage can run over the drill.
- a gripping claw is provided on the outer, extendable part of the gripper tree which, in cooperation with a Abutment is designed to pull a drill pipe out of the magazine and to hold on and via the operation of the telescopically extendable Post and gripper tree in the drilling position on the mount of the drill to spend.
- a separate scissor-shaped one is used for handling inner drill rods Gripper provided.
- a disadvantage of this handling device known from EP 0 565 502 is that they are an integral part of the magazine for the drilling elements is designed and therefore one-sided a significant shift in focus in addition to the mount of the drill, which is used for conservation the stability and movability of the drilling rig with other, additional Funds must be balanced.
- the handling device is technically complex, heavy and carries out complex movements which are arranged in different levels and at right angles to each other Telescopic elements through. It leads freely over the entire path of movement cantilevered grab tree to stability problems, because of its free End with long lever arm the load is arranged and with this long travel and Transport routes must be mastered.
- the disadvantage is that in addition, that the gripper does not support the loosening of the screw connections is provided and also has too little clamping effect to the individual drilling elements safely without manual help from the drilling drive to solve.
- DE-A 41 26 919 discloses a drilling device with a magazine for drilling elements known, in which the magazine is drum-shaped and about its central axis is rotatable. So the magazine can cover the scope take several shots distributed, which are removable from the outside.
- the magazine Around carry out the transport to the drilling position on the mount of the drilling rig, is the magazine from an external supply layer above one Swivel drive around a swivel axis inwards into the working position swiveling, in which the drill drive of the carriage of the drilling device aligns the assigned shot of the drill pipe can take. After Taking over the assigned shot pivots the magazine back into the Stock level back.
- a disadvantage of the known drum magazine is that with separate Drums for drill pipes and drill pipes must be worked so that several magazines in the longitudinal direction one behind the other on the carriage, possibly even must be arranged on both sides.
- Through the arrangement in a row disadvantageously arises an extraordinarily large length of the drilling device a.
- the external supply position into the working position, i.e. in the drilling axis a swivel drive is required and must be an elaborate and positionally precise Swivel mechanism can be provided which is prone to damage is slow in the functional sequence because of the large masses to be moved is.
- drum magazine To connect the drill drive with the one in the working position to be able to perform a shot of the drill pipe functionally reliable known drum magazine has a locking device which is provided in To keep the shot of the drill pipe in the working position against rotation, so that the drill drive is connected to this shot by screwing can be.
- the locking device is not a handling device represents, but only causes that the respective drilling element in the Working position does not twist when the drill drive with the upper one End of the drilling element is screwed.
- the invention is based on the object , while avoiding the above-mentioned disadvantages for double-head and superimposed drilling, to propose a simple magazining, feeding to the drilling process and returning the drilling elements after the completion of the borehole, the drilling elements in a single magazine Drilling device can be stored and from this without mechanical access can be fed into the working position completely mechanically without swiveling the magazine or can be returned after pulling the drilling elements, whereby the drilling elements should also be able to be inserted into one another mechanically and for this purpose the drilling device without additional extension , ie short construction, should be formed.
- the object of the invention is the method mentioned at the outset solved in that the different, one shot of the drill string Drilling elements forming one behind the other in the radial direction in the drum magazine be arranged, for example, with an inner rod radially behind an outer tube that first the inner rod from the magazine in Removed from the face in the upward direction, coaxially above the outer tube positioned and retracted in such a way that it with its upper Connection thread protrudes from the outer tube that the inner rod and the outer tube are held in this position to each other and together removed from the magazine, move into the drilling axis of the drill and be connected to the drill drive that subsequently in itself known way of drilling successively shot by shot with the above Process steps are carried out after the completion of the borehole first the inner rod was successively completely drawn, shot by shot and is returned to the magazine, and that finally the outer tubes successively drawn shot by shot and returned to the magazine will.
- the first loading of the magazine is expediently first with inner rods and then with outer tubes or alternately with inner rods / outer tubes carried out.
- the arrangement of the inner rod in the corresponding outer tube in the magazine can be used one after the other be made or preferably such that during the Drilling a shot the inner rod of the subsequent shot is arranged in the outer tube.
- the device for performing the described method is characterized according to the invention by a drill with a carriage, a Double-head drill drive, movable on the carriage, for concentric Drilling elements, such as outer drill pipes and / or inner drill rods assembled drill strings, one parallel to the carriage fixed and non-pivoting arranged drum magazine with rotating drum for in radial elements arranged one behind the other, which is combined with one across the carriage and the drum magazine working handling device for the drilling elements and with a arranged above the drum magazine pulling and setting device for the inner drill pipe.
- concentric Drilling elements such as outer drill pipes and / or inner drill rods assembled drill strings
- such a short drill can be combined in one Magazine arranged inner drill pipe and outer drill pipes put together to complete shots in the drum magazine from coaxially assembled drilling elements, which then from the Drum magazine out in a simple way to the full extent by machine recorded, transported, positioned and with the drill drive in the drilling plane can be connected and drawn after drilling the hole and are returned to the magazine, both the drum magazine and also the handling device and the pulling and setting device constructively very compact, lightweight compared to previously known devices and can be built easily and just a simple linear Movement in the way of transporting the coaxially assembled Drilling elements must be carried out in the drilling plane.
- An auxiliary gripper is preferably provided parallel to the handling device, with the coaxially assembled during transport Drilling elements on the carriage mount and during the connection of the double-head drill drive, the inner drill pipe on the drill drive side is held in a protruding position relative to the outer drill pipe.
- Double-head drilling and overlay drilling advantageous on the handling device a double gripper arrangement or two arranged side by side
