Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a textile weave optimized, of the kind linked multilayer texture, susceptible to be used in the production of parts made of materials composites highly stressed and / or subject to impacts.
  • pieces that can be made from of textures according to the invention the blades of wide-rope blowers for civil aircraft engines, structural crank arms for aircraft engines civil or military, leading edges or panels aircraft autoraidis.
  • Textile structures called “1D” and “2D”, according to their fibers extend in one direction only or in two separate directions, do not meet, obviously, with the constraints indicated above.
  • the so-called “3D” multilayer structures (with fibers arranged in three directions in space) can be approximate, in a partial way, the objectives referred to in the scope of the invention.
  • multilayer structures in more than three directions of fibers (“4D”, “5D”, “9D”, “11D"), the latter cannot be operated industrially, in particular because of the extreme complexity of their realization by automatable processes.
  • Multilayer textures "3D non orthogonal”, although more suitable, have the disadvantage of have too high binding angles, which is the case of simple armor, of the multilayer taffeta kind, multilayer satin or multilayer twill, and also more elaborate armor, such as that known as designation "3X”.
  • the object of the present invention is to remedy these disadvantages, and therefore to provide a texture new, with all the desirable properties previously considered, while optimizing transfers force and compressive strength, this texture remaining achievable by weaving techniques known and / or easily adaptable by the skilled person.
  • Weft threads 1 to 28 are linked together by twelve warp threads in the armor of base, which are arranged on four parallel planes P1, P2, P3, P4.
  • Figure 1 shows very schematically all of the chain son, while Figures 2 to 5 show separately, for clarity, the wires of chain of the different planes P1 to P4.
  • Each of these plans contains three parallel chain wires, superimposed, the arrangement being as follows in the detail :
  • a first wire of chain 29 connects the upper extreme weft yarn 1 of the column C1 to the upper intermediate weft thread 16 of column C5, and it comes back to the extreme weft thread upper corresponding to thread 1, in the basic pattern next.
  • a second chain wire 30 connects the upper intermediate frame 2 of column C1 over lower intermediate frame 17 of column C5, and there returns to the upper intermediate weft thread corresponding to thread 2, in the following basic pattern.
  • a third warp thread 31 connects the weft thread lower intermediate 3 of column C1 to the weft thread lower extreme 18 of column C5, and it goes back to the lower intermediate weft thread corresponding to the thread 3, in the following basic pattern.
  • a first wire of chain 32 connects the upper extreme weft thread 8 of the column C3 to the upper intermediate weft thread 23 of column C7, and it goes back to the extreme weft thread upper corresponding to thread 8, in the basic pattern next.
  • a second chain wire 33 connects the upper intermediate frame 9 of column C3 over lower intermediate frame 24 of column C7, and there returns to the upper intermediate weft thread corresponding to thread 9, in the following basic pattern.
  • a third warp thread 34 connects the weft thread lower intermediate 10 of column C3 over lower end frame 25 of column C7, and it comes back on the corresponding lower intermediate weft thread in thread 10, in the following basic pattern.
  • a first wire of chain 35 connects the upper extreme weft thread 15 of the column C5 to the upper intermediate weft thread 2 of the column C1, in the following basic pattern, and it comes back on the upper extreme weft thread corresponding to the thread 15, in the following basic pattern.
  • a second thread of chain 36 connects the upper intermediate weft thread 16 from column C5 to the lower intermediate weft thread 3 of column C1, in the following basic pattern, and it returns to the upper intermediate weft thread corresponding to thread 15, in the following basic pattern.
  • a third warp thread 37 connects the weft thread lower intermediate 17 of column C5 over lower extreme frame 4 of column C1, in the pattern next basic, and it comes back to the weft thread lower intermediate corresponding to wire 17, in the following basic pattern.
  • a first wire chain 38 connects the upper extreme weft thread 22 of column C7 to the upper intermediate weft thread 9 of column C3, in the following basic pattern, and it returns to the upper extreme weft thread corresponding to thread 22, in the following basic pattern.
  • a second warp thread 39 connects the weft thread upper intermediate 23 of column C7 over lower intermediate frame 10 of column C3, in the next basic pattern, and it comes back to the weft thread upper intermediate corresponding to wire 23, in the following basic pattern.
  • a third and last thread of chain 40 connects the lower intermediate weft thread 24 from column C7 to the lower extreme weft thread 11 of column C3, in the following basic pattern, and it returns to the lower intermediate weft thread corresponding to thread 24, in the following basic pattern.
  • this basic configuration defined on four planes can repeat itself indefinitely, in the transverse direction, the different chain wires 29 to 40 thus forming sheets.
  • the compressive strength of the "2.5D" structure is 300 MPa, compare with the value of 500 MPa obtained with the texture of the invention.
  • the linked multilayer texture, object of the invention can be used for the realization of a dawn of wide-rope blower made of composite material for engine airline.
  • the invention is not limited to the only embodiment of this multilayer texture linked, which has been described above by way of example; she embraces, on the contrary, all the variants of realization and application respecting the same principle. It is thus, in particular, that the basic armor previously described can be completed, in the thickness direction, by adding pairs of weft thread levels and, in the longitudinal direction (direction of the warp threads), by addition of weft yarn columns, without move away from the principle of the invention. In the same order of ideas, this texture is achievable not only in carbon fibers, but also glass fibers, aramid, silica or ceramic.
  • This texture linked multilayer is not limited, in its applications, fan blades or other engine parts aircraft.
  • the multilayer texture linked object of the present invention can be transformed not only by the "RTM" process, but still by any other technique appropriate, to achieve composite materials structural to finally get from this texture.
