Abstract
Description
Un autre but de l'invention est de permettre un contrôle actif du cheminement des articles de courrier dans l'alimenteur pour optimiser la commande des moyens moteurs assurant le transport de ces articles.
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique en perspective d'un dispositif d'alimentation en articles de courrier selon l'invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue de dessus de la structure interne du dispositif de la figure 1,
- la figure 3 est une vue de profil de la structure de la figure 2, et
- la figure 4 est un organigramme explicitant le fonctionnement du dispositif d'alimentation selon l'invention.
A l'issue de cette étape d'analyse du format, il est alors procédé dans une nouvelle étape 1010 à la commande de l'ensemble des embrayages E1, E2, E3, ce qui a pour effet de faire avancer les articles de courrier vers la zone de sélection 18 puis en fonction de l'état des deux derniers capteurs C2 et C1 à leur inhibition successive. Ainsi, lorsque C2 devient actif, si seul C3 reste actif (on est donc en présence d'un article de petit format) alors les embrayages E2 et E3 sont arrêtés. Par contre, si C3 mais aussi C4 sont encore actifs (dans le cas de moyen format) seul l'embrayage E3 est inhibé. Enfin, si les trois capteurs de la zone d'alimentation sont toujours actifs lorsque l'article de courrier atteint le capteur C2 de la zone de sélection et que l'on est donc en présence d'un article de grand format, il n'est procédé à aucune action au niveau des embrayages qui continuent leur action d'entraínement. De même, lorsque cet article de courrier atteint le dernier capteur C1 de la zone de convoyage (on peut noter que lorsque C1 ne devient pas actif après une durée prédéterminée, ce qui peut signifier par exemple un bourrage au niveau du module de sélection ou la détection de présence de documents multiples, il est lancé une procédure de défaut dans une étape 1012) les embrayages encore en fonctionnement sont arrêtés.
Claims (10)
- Dispositif d'alimentation en articles de courrier destiné à être monté en amont d'une machine à affranchir et comportant successivement, le long d'un chemin de transport (30) de ces articles de courrier, une première zone d'alimentation en articles de courrier (10) pour recevoir une pile d'articles de courrier de différents formats et comportant une première pluralité de rouleaux de transport (16), une deuxième zone de sélection (18) pour effectuer une sélection individuelle de ces articles de courrier et comportant une deuxième pluralité de rouleaux de transport (20), et une troisième zone de convoyage (24) pour convoyer un à un les articles extraits individuellement de la pile d'articles de courrier et les diriger vers la machine à affranchir et comportant une troisième pluralité de rouleaux de transport (22), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une première pluralité de capteurs (128, 130, 132) pour identifier les différents formats des articles de courrier présents dans ladite première zone, une seconde pluralité de capteurs (120, 122) pour détecter le passage des articles de courrier au niveau desdites deuxième et troisième zones, et une pluralité de moyens d'entraínement (44, 70, 86) destinés à coopérer avec lesdites pluralités de rouleaux de transport et actionnés sélectivement selon un séquencement prédéterminé défini par des moyens de commande (29) en fonction de l'état de chacune desdites première et seconde pluralités de capteurs.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun des capteurs de ladite première pluralité de capteurs permet la détermination d'un format prédéterminé d'articles de courrier.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite première pluralité de capteurs comporte un premier capteur de format (C5) disposé en entrée de ladite zone d'alimentation et permettant la détermination des articles de courrier de grand format, un deuxième capteur de format (C3) disposé en sortie de ladite zone d'alimentation et permettant la détermination des articles de courrier de petit format, et un troisième capteur de format (C4) disposé dans une zone médiane de ladite zone d'alimentation et permettant la détermination des articles de courrier de format moyen.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chacun des capteurs de ladite première pluralité de capteurs (C5, C4, C3) assurant la détermination des formats de courrier est constitué par un capteur de type réflexif.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun des capteurs de ladite seconde pluralité de capteurs permet la détermination du passage d'un article de courrier en un endroit prédéterminé.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde pluralité de capteurs comporte un premier capteur de sélection (C2) disposé en sortie de ladite zone de sélection et un second capteur de convoyage (C1) disposé plus en aval au niveau de ladite zone de convoyage.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que chacun des capteurs de ladite seconde pluralité de capteurs est constitué par un capteur de type opto-mécanique actionné par le passage du front d'un article de courrier.
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pluralité de moyens d'entraínement comporte un premier embrayage (E1) disposé au niveau de ladite zone de sélection et assurant l'entraínement des rouleaux de transport (20) de la zone de sélection (18) et des deuxième et troisième embrayages (E2, E3) disposés au niveau de ladite zone d'alimentation et assurant l'entraínement des rouleaux de transport (16) de la zone d'alimentation (10).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deuxième et troisième embrayages assurent respectivement de façon indépendante l'entraínement de premier et second ensembles séparés (104 ; 100, 102) de rouleaux de transport de la zone d'alimentation (10).
- Dispositif d'alimentation selon la revendication 8 ou la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdits embrayages sont commandés, au travers d'un ensemble de pignons et de courroies, à partir d'un moteur unique d'entraínement (28) qui assure également l'entraínement des rouleaux de transport (22) de la zone de convoyage (24).
