Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bohrvorrichtung zum Herstellen von Erdbohrungen mit einem Bohrstrang (13), einem Bohrwerkzeug (14), einer Pumpeinrichtung (11) und einer Fluidleitung (12), welche sich von der Pumpeinrichtung zu dem Bohrwerkzeug erstreckt. Die Pumpeinrichtung ist eine Schlauchpumpe, deren Schlauch drehfest am Bohrstrang gehaltert ist. Weiter ist ein Pumpenstator vorgesehen, der einerseits drehbar um den Bohrstrang gelagert ist und andererseits gegenüber der Wandung der Erdbohrung drehfest abgestützt ist. Der Pumpenstator weist Statorarme auf, die am Schlauch quetschend anliegen und so bei mit dem Bohrstrang rotierendem Schlauch diesen überstreichen und eine Pumpwirkung erzeugen. Die Erfindung betrifft weiter eine Drehmomentstütze für eine Bohrvorrichtung zum Abgreifen eines Drehmoments vom Bohrstrang in einer Erdbohrung. Die Drehmomentstütze umfaßt einen gegenüber dem Bohrstrang drehbar gelagerten Grundkörper mit daran angebrachten Haltern. Eine Druckeinrichtung drückt die Halter radial nach außen, an welchem jeweils mindestens ein Wälzkörper drehbar gelagert ist, um die Drehmomentstütze in einer Erdbohrung in Längsrichtung zu verschieben.
