  2. Folding rollers (6, 7) according to claim 1, characterised in that the intermediate ring (12) in the region of the recess (Au) is equipped with at least one cavity (21) which is provided with a balancing mass (22) of greater density than the intermediate ring (12).
  3. Folding rollers (6, 7) according to claim 2, characterised in that the intermediate ring (12) is made of aluminium, and the balancing mass (22) of steel.
  4. Folding rollers (6, 7) according to claim 1 to 3, characterised in that at least the intermediate ring (12) is coated with ceramics.
  5. Folding rollers (6, 7) according to claim 1 to 4, characterised in that the pull ring (13) and the intermediate ring (12) are equipped respectively on the half opposite the recess (Au) with at least one cavity (23; 24) for the compensation of the mass missing as a consequence of the recess.
  6. Folding rollers (6, 7) according to claim 1 to 5, characterised in that the pull ring (13; 14) and the intermediate ring (12) are penetrated in symmetrically arranged through-bores, with parallel axes, by screws (20) engaging in threaded bores of the base body (11) of the folding roller (6; 7).
  7. Folding rollers (6, 7) according to claim 1 to 6, characterised in that the recess extends additionally on the second edge region (R2) of the folding roller (6), located opposite on a parallel axis, comprising the other pull ring (14) and a section, adjacent to this pull ring, of the base body (11), and co-operating with the closed side of the printed copy to be folded again.
