der den Falz bildende erste Umfangsabschnitt (U1) aus einer sich achsparallel längs der Falzwalze (6; 7) erstreckenden, mit dieser in unterschiedlichen abschnittslängenvariablen Ausführungen austauschbar verbundenen Falzleiste (4; 5) sowie jeweils einem zu dieser achsparallelen Umfangsteilstück zweier seitlich an die Falzleiste (4; 5) angrenzender, das Druckexemplar an den Rändern erfassender Zugringe (13; 14) besteht, der das Druckexemplar fixierende zweite Umfangsabschnitt (U2) jeweils aus einem zweiten Umfangsteilstück der Zugringe (13; 14) und einem dazu achsparallelen, an die in eine Nut (15) eingelassene Falzleiste (4; 5) sich in Umfangsrichtung anschließenden zweiten Umfangsteilstück mindestens eines in unterschiedlichen abschnittslängenvariablen Ausführungen radial montierbaren, geteilten Zwischenringes (12) und einem an die wiederum eingelassene Falzleiste sich anschließenden zweiten Umfangsteilstück eines Grundkörpers (11) der Falzwalze (6; 7) besteht, wobei der Durchmesser des Zwischenringes (12) und des Grundkörpers (11) gegenüber dem Durchmesser der Zugringe (13; 14) eine Pressung des Druckexemplares vermeidend, jedoch dessen Führung während des Weitertransportes gewährleistend geringfügig reduziert ist, die das Druckexemplar freigebende Aussparung Au mindestens in einem mit der offenen Seite des nochmals zu falzenden Druckexemplares zusammenarbeitenden, zumindest aus jeweils einem dritten Umfangsteilstück des Zwischenringes (12) und des zu diesem benachbarten Zugringes (13) zusammengesetzten ersten Randbereich (R1) mindestens einer Falzwalze (6; 7) angeordnet ist, der zu dem Zwischenring (12) benachbarte Zugring (13) koaxial verschiebbar auf der Falzwalze (6; 7) befestigt ist, die mit einer der kleinsten Abschnittslänge des Druckexemplares entsprechenden, mit dem Grundkörper (11) der Falzwalze (6, 7) seitlich abschließenden Falzleiste (4; 5) sowie den Zugringen (13; 14) , jedoch ohne den Zwischenring (12) komplettierte Falzwalze (6; 7) und der jeweilige einer bestimmten Abschnittslänge (Al) zugehörige Zwischenring (12), inclusive des auf diesen entfallenden Anteiles der Falzleiste (4; 5), einzeln unwuchtfrei sind.
