Cette caractéristique permet d'empêcher, ou en tout cas, de limiter de façon substantielle les risques de remplissage du récipient par un produit autre que celui préconisé par le fabricant du dispositif, ce qui pourrait constituer un danger pour la personne effectuant un tel remplissage. Lorsque le fond est monté sur le corps, l'anneau de mousse M occupe tout l'espace situé au dessus du produit A et est de préférence, en légère compression. On procède ensuite à l'ajout de l'actif B par la valve d'admission 13, de la manière décrite en référence aux figures 2A et 2B, en plaçant le dispositif 1 sur le dispositif 41 via l'adaptateur 50. Le produit B est pressurisé dans le dispositif auxiliaire 41, soit par un gaz propulseur liquéfiable, soit par un bloc de mousse à cellules fermées, soit par tout autre moyen propulseur isolé du produit B par une poche souple ou un piston.     Claims (30)

    1. Device (1) comprising a reservoir (6) of pressurized product, on which a first valve (4) and a second valve (13) are mounted, the said second valve (13) being oriented away from the first valve (4), and substantially in alignment with the first valve, actuating and dispensing means (21) being combined with at least one of said first or second valves, each of the valves comprising means (20, 24, 26, 15, 30, 35) for selectively opening and closing the said valves (4, 13) in response to a command and elastic return means (27) for urging the opening and closing means (20, 24, 26, 15, 30, 35) into the closed position in the absence of a command, characterized in that the said first and second valves (4, 13) are mounted inside one and the same valve body (11) in communication with the reservoir (6), and are urged into the closed position by the same elastic return means (27).
    2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the opening and closing means for the first and/or the second valve comprise an emerging valve stem (20, 15), of the sideways-tilting or push-down type.
    3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the opening and closing means for the first and/or the second valve comprise a female member capable of receiving in a removable manner, a control stem.
    4. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises a pushbutton (21) mounted on the first valve, for the purpose of actuating it and for the distribution of the product, the second valve being intended for refilling or recharging the reservoir (6).
    5. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises a body (2) and a bottom (8), the body (2) forming a valve-carrying dish for the first valve (4), the bottom (8) forming a valve-carrying dish for the second valve (13), the body (2) of the device (1) cooperating with the bottom (8) in order to form, on the one hand, the pressurized-product reservoir (6) and, on the other hand, the valve body (11) for the said first and second valves.
    6. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the first valve (4) comprises a first valve stem (20), a first end (26) of which opens out inside the valve body (11), a second end (28) opening out outside the valve body, the second valve (13) comprising a second valve stem (15), a first end (30) of which opens out inside the valve body (11), substantially facing the first end (26) of the first valve stem (20), a second end (29) opening out outside the valve body (11), the elastic return means (27) consisting of a spring bearing against the said first ends (26, 30) of the said first and second valve stems.
    7. Device according to any one of claims 5 to 6, characterized in that the body (2) is mounted in a sealed manner on the bottom (8) by welding, snap-fastening, screwing or adhesive bonding.
    8. Device according to any one of claims 5 to 7, characterized in that the body (2) has: a first transverse wall (3), forming a valve-carrying dish for the first valve (4); a first lateral skirt (5) defining an external contour for the reservoir (6); and a first central chimney (7) of given internal diameter, and defining an internal contour for the reservoir (6), the bottom (8) having: a second transverse wall (9), forming a valve-carrying dish for the second valve (13); a second lateral skirt (100) cooperating with the first in order to attach the bottom (8) onto the body (2); and a second central chimney (10) forming a valve body (11), the said second transverse wall (9) also forming a bottom (36) for the valve body, the said second central chimney (10) having an external diameter slightly less than the internal diameter of the first central chimney (7), means (16, 17, 18, 19) being provided to allow communication between the reservoir (6) and the valve body (11).
    9. Device according to claim 8, characterized in that the first end (30) to the second valve stem (15) has a substantially plane portion, one face of which is located facing the said bottom (36), the second valve being held in a closed position by an elastic bearing element between a sealing ring (32) formed on the said face and a seal (31) through which the second valve stem (15) passes and placed in the bottom (36) of the valve body, the said seal (31) being in clamped contact, on the one hand, with the inner walls of the second central chimney (10) and, on the other hand, with the second valve stem (15).
    10. Device according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the transverse wall (3) of the body has, outside the device (1), an annular groove (22) between the first lateral skirt (5) and the first central chimney (7) so as to accommodate a free edge (23) of said dispensing means (21).
    11. Device according to one of claims 8 to 10, characterized in that the said first and second central chimneys (7, 10) have a substantially identical height, the said first central chimney having a free edge welded to the transverse wall (9) of the bottom (8).
    12. Device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the means (16, 17, 18, 19) allowing communication between the reservoir (6) and the valve body (11) are arranged so as to allow upside-down or upright operation of the device.
    13. Device according to any one of claims 7 to 12, characterized in that the bottom has an indentation (14) in which the second valve stem (15) emerges, the said indentation having a height along the X-axis of the device greater than the height of the emerging part (29) of the second valve stem (15).
    14. Device according to any one of claims 7 to 13, characterized in that the bottom (8) has, between the second lateral skirt (100) and the second central chimney (10), a rounded annular profile, the concavity (46) of which is turned towards the inside of the reservoir (6).
    15. Device according to any one of claims 7 to 14, characterized in that the first end (26) of the first valve stem (20) forms an axial stop (37) so as to limit the movement of the second valve stem (15) during opening of the second valve (13) for the purpose of refilling or of recharging the reservoir.
    16. Device according to claim 13, characterized in that the said indentation (14) has, outside the device, a profile (53) forming a key, the said profile having a profile the complement of that of an adapter (50) designed to be mounted on an auxiliary container (41) for the purpose of refilling or of recharging the device.
    17. Device according to any one of claims 7 to 16, characterized in that the end (29) of the second valve stem, opening out outside the device (1), is of suitable shape to cooperate with a free end of a valve stem (43) of a pressurized auxiliary container (41) for the purpose of refilling or of recharging the device.
    18. Device according to claim 17, characterized in that the said end of the second valve stem (15) has a frustoconical profile.
    19. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the said product is pressurized by means of a member made of close-cell foam (M), by means of a liquefiable gas mixed with the product, by means of a non-liquefiable gas above the free surface of the product, or by means of a pressurized gas separated from the product by a flexible or rigid element, of the piston, pouch, etc. type.
    20. Assembly for preparing an extemporaneous mixture of at least two products A and B, intended to be dispensed under pressure, comprising:
      a) at least a first device (1) formed from a reservoir (6) partially filled with the product A under a given pressure, and comprising dispensing means (4, 21), and admission means (13);
      b) a second device (41) formed from a reservoir containing the product B under a pressure greater than the pressure in the first device (1), the second device (41) comprising means (42) for dispensing the product B under pressure, the said dispensing means being capable of cooperating with the admission means of the first device for the purpose of transferring the product B into the first device; and
      c) means (M) for pressurizing the mixture A+B in the first device, for the purpose of dispensing it via the dispensing means (4, 21) of the first device;
      characterized in that the first device (1) complies with any one of the preceding claims.
    21. Assembly according to claim 20, characterized in that it furthermore comprises an adapter (50) for the assembly of the dispensing means (42) of the second device (41) on the admission means (13) of the first device (1), for the purpose of transferring the product B into the first device (1).
    22. Assembly according to claim 20 or 21, characterized in that the means for pressurizing the mixture A+B comprise a liquefiable propulsion gas or a non-liquefiable propulsion gas possibly isolated from the mixture by a flexible pouch or a piston.
    23. Assembly according to claim 20 or 21, characterized in that the means for pressurizing the mixture A+B comprise a block of close-cell foam (M).
    24. Assembly according to any one of claims 20 to 23, characterized in that the product B is held under pressure in the reservoir of the second device (41) by a liquefiable propulsion gas, a close-cell foam block, a non-liquefiable propulsion gas, possibly isolated from the mixture by a piston or a flexible pouch.
    25. The use of an assembly according to any one of claims 20 to 24 for the extemporaneous mixture of at least two products A and B.
    26. Process for the preparation of an extemporaneous mixture of at least two products A and B, intended to be dispensed under pressure, characterized in that it is implemented by means of an assembly according to any one of claims 20 to 24.
    27. Method according to claim 26, characterized in that the product A is put in place in the first device (1) during the assembly thereof.
    28. Process according to claim 26, characterized in that the product A is put in place in the device (1), after assembly thereof, by transfer from another pressurized device.
    29. Process according to any one of claims 26 to 28, characterized in that the product A is in the form of a powder (vitamins, enzymes), a liquid or a cream (silicone for styling and fixing sprays).
    30. Process according to any one of claims 26 to 29, characterized in that the mixture A+B is selected from the following mixtures: keratolytic enzymes/hydrating lotion, vitamins/nourishing cream, fixing sprays/shine sprays, styling mousse/disentangling mousse.
