Abstract
Description
The invention relates to methods for incorporating a thread start or a thread end in a knitted fabric on a flat knitting machine with at least two needle beds and one Sled with lock parts for stitch and catch formation and for stitch transfer.
It is to avoid subsequent cleaning up already known while making a knitted fabric a flat knitting machine with the machine itself z. B. at a thread change to tie the thread ends into the knitted fabric. Especially in the production of completely knitted Garments that are not removed after removal from the machine Sewing work is more necessary is the overcasting the thread ends on the knitting machine desirable to subsequent ones avoid manual overcasting. The mechanical overcasting of the thread ends must, however as well as the manual ensure that the thread ends cannot use the knitted piece again, the Knitted piece remains elastic at the same time and the serging points are not visible to the outside. In the DE-43 08 275 and DE-43 29 920 of the applicant are knot techniques described, the secure linking of thread ends allow. But the making of these knots is relative complex. From an economic point of view there is therefore one easier and quicker to clean up thread ends Particularly desirable for complete knitted fabrics.
To solve this problem, the invention proposes methods for

Fig. 1 shows a
10 in Fig. 1 entspricht.
In Reihe 2
nicht sichtbar ist.2 describes a method for integrating the beginning of the thread

In Fig. 3 ist ein Verfahren zur Einbindung von Fadenanfängen
eines Strickbundanfangs 21 auf der rechten Gestrickseite beschrieben,
was der Einbindestelle 13 in Fig. 1 entspricht.
In Fig. 3 is a method for incorporating thread starts

Pullovers 10 in Fig. 1.
Fig. 4 shows the incorporation of thread starts in a knitted fabric

In Reihe 2

Fanghenkel erzeugt.

Fig. 10 betrifft

Figures 10 and 11 relate to the binding of the thread ends
