Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Abdecken von Befestigungslöchern (11a, 11b) bei der Herstellung von Rädern (10) für Kraftfahrzeuge, insbesondere Leichtmetallrädern, bei dem Abdeckelemente (22) in eine Anschraubbohrung (12) der Befestigungslöcher (11a, 11b) eingelegt werden, um die Befestigungslöcher (11, 11b) bei einem Beschichtungsprozeß abzudecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rad (10) im wesentlichen waagrecht ausgerichtet wird, daß mittels einer Zuführeinrichtung (18) in jede Anschraubbohrung (12) ein Abdeckelement (22) eingebracht wird, das formschlüssig in der Anschraubbohrung (12) einliegt und daß das Abdeckelement (22) nach dem Beschichtungsprozeß durch eine Drehbewegung des Rads (10) durch die Schwerkraft aus der Anschraubbohrung (12) entfernt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels einer Meßeinrichtung (14) die Anzahl und Anordnung der Befestigungslöcher (11a, 11b) des Rads (10) erfaßt wird und daß abhängig von den erfaßten Meßwerten die Zuführeinrichtung (18) gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Räder (10) mittels einer Fördereinrichtung (15) an die Zuführeinrichtung (18) transportiert werden und daß die Zuführung der Abdeckelemente (22) bei kontinuierlicher Förderung der Fördereinrichtung (15) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckelemente (22) nach dem Beschichtungsprozeß an die Zuführeinrichtung (18) zurückgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckelemente (22) vor der Rückführung an die Zuführeinrichtung (18) einem Reinigungsprozeß zur Entfernung der Beschichtung unterzogen werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckelemente (22) zur formschlüssigen Aufnahme in der Anschraubbohrung (12) der Befestigungslöcher (11a, 11b) ausgebildet sind, daß ein steuerbarer Schwenkarm (20) vorgesehen ist, der einen Zuführtrichter (19) zum Zuführen jeweils eines Abdeckelements (22) an die Anschraubbohrung (12) des Befestigungslochs (11a, 11b) aufweist, und daß eine Entnahmeeinrichtung (24) vorgesehen ist, an der das Rad (10) derart gedreht wird, daß die Abdeckelemente (22) durch die Schwerkraft aus den Anschraubbohrungen (12) der Befestigungslöcher (11a, 11b) fallen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckelemente kugelförmig oder ellipsoid ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckelemente (22) über einen flexiblen Verbindungsschlauch (21) von einem Vorratsbehälter (31) zu dem Zuführtrichter (19) gefördert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Steuereinrichtung (27) vorgesehen ist, die den Zuführtrichter (19) den Befestigungslöchern (11a, 11b) zustellt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Meßeinrichtung zur Erfassung der Anzahl und Anordnung der Befestigungslöcher (11a, 11b) des Rads (10) vorgesehen ist, wobei die erfaßten Meßwerte der Steuereinrichtung (27) zugeführt werden, die abhängig von den erfaßten Meßwerten den Zuführtrichter (19) den Befestigungslöchern (11a, 11b) zustellt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Meßeinrichtung (14) mindestens eine optische Erfassungseinrichtung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Fördereinrichtung (15) vorgesehen ist, mit der das Rad (10) von der Meßeinrichtung (14) zu der Zuführeinrichtung (18) gefördert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördereinrichtung separate Halteelemente (29) für jedes Rad (10) aufweist, die vorzugsweise mit jeweils einem Haltezapfen für das Zentralloch (13) des Rads (10) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckelemente (22) nach Entnahme vom Rad (10) an die Zuführeinrichtung (18) zugeführt werden.
