Claims (11)

  1. Metalldeckel (3) mit verbiegbaren Laschen (7) für ein Faß, dessen Öffnung von einem zur Außenseite hin eingerollten Rand (2) eingefaßt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich ein peripherischer Ausgangsbereich für eine Verbiegung (13) über die gesamte Breite der verbiegbaren Laschen (7) des Deckels (3) erstreckt und der genannte Ausgangsbereich (13) auf den Laschen (7) in einer solchen Höhe verläuft, daß, nachdem die Laschen (7) unter den eingerollten Rand (2) der Faßöffnung gebogen sind, der genannte Ausgangsbereich (13) die Spitze einer nach innen gebogenen keilförmigen Umbördelung (14) bildet, die unter dem eingerollten Rand (2) ansteigt.
  2. Metalldeckel (3) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er
    einen Mittelteil (4),
    einen inneren, sich nach oben erstreckenden peripherischen Kranz (5),
    einen äußeren peripherischen Kranz (6), der sich nach unten durch verbiegbare Laschen verlängert, wobei die Verbindung zwischen den beiden Kränzen (5, 6) eine nach unten gerichtete Rille (8) bildet,
    umfaßt.
  3. Metalldeckel (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausgangsbereich für die Verbiegung (13) aus mindestens einer peripherischen Einkerbung (13) gebildet ist.
  4. Metalldeckel (3) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausgangsbereich für die Verbiegung (13) aus mindestens einer Linie minimaler Dicke besteht, die auf Höhe der Laschen (7) um den Deckel (3) herum verläuft.
  5. Metalldeckel (3) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linie minimaler Dicke durch Kaltschmieden des Bleches des genannten Deckels (3) entsteht.
  6. Metalldeckel (3) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linie minimaler Dicke durch Einritzen des Bleches des genannten Deckels (3) entsteht.
  7. Metalldeckel (3) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der peripherische Ausgangsbereich für die Verbiegung (13) durchgehend ist.
  8. Metalldeckel (3) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der peripherische Ausgangsbereich für die Verbiegung (13) unterbrochen ist.
  9. Metalldeckel (3) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausgangsbereich für die Verbiegung (13) aus einer Vielzahl von aneinandergrenzenden Bögen gebildet ist.
  10. Faß, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Deckel (3) nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche enthält.
  11. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Metalldeckels (3) mit verbiegbaren Laschen (7) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es den folgenden Verfahrensschritt umfaßt:
    Erzeugung einer peripherischen Linie als Ausgangsbereich für eine Verbiegung (13), die sich über die gesamte Breite einer jeden der verbiegbaren Laschen (7) erstreckt, an der Stelle, die der Spitze ihrer künftigen, nach innen gebogenen Umbördelung entspricht.
