Claims (14)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Dose mit einem Körper (34) und einem Deckel (22), die aus dem gleichen Metall hergestellt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgenden Stufen umfaßt, in denen:
    A) eine Metallscheibe gezogen wird, um ein hohles Element (2) zu bilden, das eine Zylinderfläche (4), eine Schulter (8), die in den Raum innerhalb der Zylinderfläche gerichtet ist, sowie eine Seitenwand (10) mit kleinerem Querschnitt enthält, die die zylinderwand ausgehend von der Schulter verlängert und an dem Ende, das dieser letzteren gegenüberliegt, verschlossen ist,
    B) das hohle Element durch Zerschneiden in zwei Elemente getrennt wird, wobei ein erstes Element (16) die rohrförmige Wand (10) und die sie verschließende Stirnwand (12) enthält und das zweite Element (20) die Zylinderfläche (4) und wenigstens einen Teil der Schulter (8) enthält,
    C) durch Verformung das erste Element (16) in den Deckel (22) und das zweite Element (20) in den Körper (34) der Dose umgeformt werden, wobei der Körper (34) so beschaffen ist, daß er den Deckel (22) aufnehmen kann,
    D) der Deckel (22) und der Körper (34) der Dose mittels eines ebenen, ringförmigen Wulstes (36), der heißgesiegelt oder geklebt ist, miteinander verbunden werden.
  2. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Dose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stufe des Trennens des hohlen Elements (2) in zwei Elemente (16, 20) durch Zerschneiden der Schulter (8) längs einer Schnittlinie (14) erfolgt, die sich zwischen der Zylinderfläche (4) und der rohrförmigen Wand befindet, wobei die Schulter zerschnitten wird, um einen mit dem ersten Element (16) fest verbundenen nach außen vorstehenden Rand (18) und einen mit dem zweiten Element (20) fest verbundenen nach innen vorstehenden Rand (19) zu bilden.
  3. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Dose nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rohrförmige Wand und der nach außen vorstehende Rand (18) des ersten Elements mittels Ausdehnung über den Umfang der Stirnwand hinaus umgeformt werden, indem ein Deckel (22) gebildet wird, der mit einem Umfangsrand (26) versehen ist, der zu diesem letzteren im wesentlichen parallel ist, und daß in der Außenfläche des nach innen vorstehenden Rands (19) des zweiten Elements (20) eine ringförmige Rille (30) für die Aufnahme des Umfangerands des Deckels gebildet wird, wobei das zweite Element außerdem mit einem Boden (32) versehen ist.
  4. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Dose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Ziehen der Scheibe zum Bilden des hohlen Elements (2) auf der Außenfläche der Schulter (8) ebenfalls eine ringförmige Rille (30) gebildet wird und die Trennung des hohlen Elements (2) in zwei Elemente (16, 20) durch Zerschneiden der rohrförmigen Wand (10) längs einer Schnittlinie (14') erfolgt, die sich im wesentlichen in der Ebene der Außenfläche der Schulter (8) befindet, derart, daß ein nach innen vorstehender Rand (19) gebildet wird, der mit dem zweiten Element (20) fest verbunden ist und der die ringförmige Rills (30) begrenzt.
  5. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Dose nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rohrförmige Wand (10) des ersten Elements mittels Ausdehnung über den Umfang der Stirnwand (12) hinaus verformt wird, indem ein Deckel (22) gebildet wird, der mit einem Umfangsrand (26) versehen ist, der zu diesem letzteren im wesentlichen parallel und dazu bestimmt ist, in der ringförmigen Rille (30) der Schulter des zweiten Elemente (20) aufgenommen zu werden, wobei dieses letztere durch einen Boden (32) verschlossen ist.
  6. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Dose nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ebene, ringförmige Wulst (36) zugleich den Umfangerand (26) des Deckels und die Außenflache des nach innen vorstehenden Rands (19) des Dosenkörpers bedeckt.
  7. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Dose nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausdehnung der rohrförmigen Wand (10) und des, nach innen vorstehenden Rands (18) oder der rohrförmigen Wand des ersten Elements (16) weniger als ungefähr 15 % beträgt.
  8. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Dose nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außerdem in der Stirnwand (12) Stufen gebildet werden.
  9. Dose zum Aufbewahren von Lebensmitteln, mit einem Körper (34), einem Boden (32) und einem Deckel (22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (34) eine Umfangezylinderwand (4) und einen nach innen vorstehenden Rand (19) enthalt, der mit einer ringförmigen Rille (30) versehen ist und daß der Deckel (22) mit einem Umfangsrand (26) versehen ist, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem nach innen vorstehenden Rand (19) des Körpers zusammenzuwirken, wobei die Dose außerdem einen ebenen, ringförmigen Befestigungswulst aufweist, der zugleich den Umfangsrand (26) des Deckels und die Außenflache des nach innen vorstehenden Rands (19) des Körpers der Dose bedeckt.
  10. Dose nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wulst (36) heißgesiegelt ist.
  11. Dose nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wulst (36) geklebt ist.
  12. Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wulst (36) aus Aluminium ist.
  13. Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wulst (36) aus Kunststoffmaterial ist.
  14. Dose nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wulst (36) aus einem Aluminium und Kunststoff verbindenden Werkstoff ist.
