Abstract

Ce contrôleur de température est utilisé pour un chauffage à fluide à induction électromagnétique comprenant un élément générateur de chaleur (12) en un matériau magnétique et disposé dans un passage pour fluide, un serpentin (13) disposé autour de l'élément chauffant et un générateur de courant HF (5) pour le serpentin, le matériau magnétique de l'élément chauffant (12) établissant une transition magnétique dans laquelle la magnétisation décroît brusquement lorsque la température atteint un niveau élevé. Ce contrôleur de température comporte un détecteur de courant (31) pour mesurer un courant s'écoulant du générateur de courant HF (5) jusqu'au serpentin (13), afin de déterminer si la température du matériau magnétique de l'élément chauffant (12) monte jusqu'à atteindre un niveau proche du point de transition magnétique, et un limiteur de courant (32) pour limiter le courant s'écoulant à travers le serpentin (13) sur la base du résultat de sortie fourni par du détecteur de courant (31). Lorsque la température de l'élément chauffant (12) monte et atteint un niveau proche du point de tranition magnétique, le détecteur (31) détecte la montée de courant et le limiteur de courant limite l'augmentation du courant. Un procédé pour faire démarrer un tel chauffage à fluide à induction électromagnétique comprend les étapes 1 à 4 suivantes: 1. remplir un passage (11) avec un fluide, pour que l'élément chauffant (12) soit immergé dans ce fluide à l'état stationnaire; 2. fixer une température predéterminée au moyen d'un ajusteur de température (2) et fournir un courant à partir du générateur de courant HF (5) à travers le serpentin (13); 3. préchauffer l'élément chauffant (12) et le fluide, tout en limitant le courant de préférence sur les instructions de l'ajusteur de température (2), lorsque la température du matériau magnétique augmente jusqu'à un niveau proche du point de transition magnétique et que le courant s'écoulant à travers le serpentin (13) augmente; et 4. amorcer le déplacement du fluide pour que celui-ci s'écoule à travers le passage pour fluide.
