Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Kontaktierung einer vielpoligen Federleiste für Steckverbindungen mit KOAX-Anschlußkabel,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Federleiste (1) aus mehreren Kunststoffscheiben (2, 3, 4) zusammengesetzt ist, die derart ausgebildet sind, daß mindestens eine erste ihrer Seiten zur Aufnahme von Schneidklemmen (6) und mit diesen einstückig verbundenen Kontaktfedern (7) ausgebildet ist,wobei pro KOAX-Anschlußkabel jeweils eine Schneidklemme (6) für den Innenleiter und eine Schneidklemme (7) für das Schirmgeflecht, die fluchtend hintereinander angeordnet sind, vorgesehen sind,wobei die Schneidklemmen (6) für die Innenleiter und die zugehörigen Kontaktfedern (8) fluchtend hintereinander angeordnet sind, undwobei die Schneidklemmen (7) für das Schirmgeflecht über eine Querverbindung mit neben den Kontaktfedern (8) für die Innenleiter angeordneten Schirmkontaktfedern (9) verbunden sind,daß mindestens die andere Seite entsprechend geformte angespritzte Druckstücke (10 - 13) aufweist, die zum Eindrücken der Innenleiter und der Schirmgeflechte in die jeweiligen Schneidklemmen (6, 7) dienen,daß von zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten eine Seite Aufnahmen für auf der anderen Seite angebrachte Preßzapfen (14) aufweist,daß die mit den Schneidklemmen (6, 7) und Kontaktfedern (8, 9) vormontierten Kunststoffscheiben (2, 3, 4) durch die in Preßpassung ausgeführten Preßzapfen (14) innerhalb eines Preßwerkzeugs auf Abstand gehalten werden,daß in diese auf Abstand vormontierten Kunststoffscheiben (2, 3, 4) auf Länge geschnittene, mit an ihren Enden freie Innenleiter aufweisende KOAX-Anschlußdrähte (5) in Steckrichtung der Federleiste (1) eingeschoben werden, unddaß die Kunststoffscheiben (2, 3, 4) mittels des Preßwerkzeugs zusammengedrückt werden. - Kunststoffscheibe zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Kunststoffscheibe derart ausgebildet ist, daß mindestens eine erste ihrer Seiten zur Aufnahme von Schneidklemmen (6) und mit diesen einstückig verbundenen Kontaktfedern ausgebildet ist,daß mindestens die andere Seite entsprechend geformte angespritzte Druckstücke (10-13) aufweist, die zum Eindrücken der Innenleiter und der Schirmgeflechte in die jeweiligen Schneidklemmen dienen,daß eine Seite Aufnahmen für auf einer gegenüberliegenden Seite angebrachte Preßzapfen (14), unddaß die Druckstücke (10 - 13) jeweils sowohl innerhalb der Schneidklemmbereiche der Schneidklemmen (6, 7) als auch außerhalb der Schneidklemmbereiche der Schneidklemmen (6, 7) angeordnet sind. - Kunststoffscheibe nach Anspruch 2 zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckstücke (12, 13) außerhalb der Schneidklemmbereiche der Schneidklemmen (6, 7) den isolierten Innenleiter bzw. das Anschlußkabel (5) fast zur Hälfte umschließen. - Kunststoffscheibe nach Anspruch 2 zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckfläche der innerhalb der Schneidklemmbereiche der Schneidklemmen (6, 7) liegenden Druckstücke (10, 11) durch eine leichte muldenförmige Vertiefung der Druckstücke (10, 11) ausgebildet ist.
