Erfahrungsgemäß verderben aber etwa 10% des auf die beschriebene Art und Weise verpackten Verpackungsgutes vorzeitig, weil beispielsweise Bakterien durch den Zopf in das Innere der Verpackung eindringen. Immerhin ist es ja möglich, daß ein Zopfende zwischen dem eigentlichen Sterilisie¬ ren und dem Abdichten, beispielsweise durch Kühlwasser, mit Bakterien in Berüh¬ rung kommt.
