Abstract

Es wird ein elektrischer Installationsschalter, insbesondere ein Leitungsschutzschalter beschrieben, der einen drehbaren Schaltknebel (14) und ein Schaltschloß mit einer Verklinkungsstelle (26, 28) aufweist. Der Installationsschalter besitzt weiterhin einen thermischen (44) und elektromagnetischen Auslöser (37) und darüberhinaus eine Kontaktstelle, die aus einem festen Kontaktstück (35) und einem bewegbaren Kontaktstück (34) gebildet ist, der an einem Kontakthebel (33) angeordnet ist. Mit dem Schaltknebel (14) ist ein senkrecht zur Frontwand (12) des Installationsschalters (11) linear bewegliches Führungselement (20) mittels eines Hebels (19) gekoppelt. Am Führungselement (20) ist ein Klinkenhebel (22) drehbar gelagert, auf den der thermische und elektromagnetische Auslöser (44, 37) einwirken und der entgegen der Kraft einer Feder von diesen verschwenkbar ist. In dem Führungselement (20) ist ein Langloch (27) angeordnet, in dem ein Ende (28) eines Bügels (29) geführt ist, dessen anderes Ende (30) mit dem Kontakthebel (33) gekuppelt ist. Am Klinkenhebel (22) befindet sich eine Nase (26), gegen die das eine Ende (28) des U-förmigen Bügels (29) zur Verklinkung angedrückt ist.
