Abstract

회로차단이 본체에 짜 넣어 과전류 트립동작을 포착하여 알람신호를 출력하는 경보장치를 적은 부품수로 또한 장기간 아정된 경보동작을 얻을 수 잇도록 구성한다.
그 해결수단으로는 자동복귀점(2b)을 내장한 누르는 보턴식의 경보스위치(2)와, 이 스위치의 누르는 보터(12a)에 대향배치한 요동레버식의 액튜에이터(3)와, 이 액튜에이터와 차단기의 개폐기구의 구성부재인 가동접촉자 홀더(6)와의 사이를 연계하는 조작레버(4)를 일괄하여 유니트 케이스(1)에 짜 넣고 또한 차단기의 폐극상태에서는 상기 액튜에이터를 자유상태로 유지하고, 회로차단기의 과전류 트립동작에 수반하는 가동접촉자 홀더의 움직임에 종동하는 조작레버가 액튜에이터를 구동하여 경보스위치의 누르는 보턴을 밀어넣어 그 내장접점을 반전동작시켜 알람신호를 출력시킨다.

Claims (5)

  1. 회로차단기의 본체에 탑재하고 차단기의 과전류 트립동작, 혹은 개폐조작 핸들(7)의 개극동작을 포착하여 알람신호를 출력하는 회로차단기의 경보장치이며, 자동복귀접점(2a)을 내장한 누르는 보턴식의 경보스위치(2)와, 이 스위치의 누르는 보턴(2c)에 대향배치한 요동레버식의 액튜에이터(3)와, 이 액튜에이터(3)와 차단기의 개폐기구의 사이를 연계하는 조작레버(4),(40)를 일괄하여 유니트 케이스(1)에 짜 넣은 구성으로 한 것에 있어서, 차단기의 폐극상태에서는 상기 액튜에이터(3)를 자유상태로 유지하고, 회로차단기의 개극동작에 가동 접촉자 홀더(6)의 움직임에 종동하는 조작레버(4),(40)가 액튜에이터(3)를 구동하여 경보스위치(2)의 누르는 보턴(2c)을 밀어넣어 그 내장접점을 반전동작시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 경보장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조작레버(4),(40)의 일단을 액튜에이터(3)에 결합하고, 타단을 차단기 본체로의 짜 넣은 위치에서 차단기의 가동접촉자 홀더(6)에 마련한 도그(6a)에 대향시키고 또한 회로차단기의 폐극상태에서는 조작레버(4),(40)의 선단과 가동접촉자 홀더(6)의 도그(6a)와의 사이에 여유있는 틈을 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 경보장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 조작레버(4),(40)의 일단을 액튜에이터(3)에 결합함과 동시에 2가닥으로 나눈 타단을 차단기본체로의 짜 넣은 위치에서 각각 차단기의 가동접촉자 홀더(6)에 마련한 도그(6a) 및 개폐조작 핸들(7)에 마련한 도그(6a)에 대향시키고 또한 회로차단기의 폐극상태에서는 조작레버(4),(40)의 선단과 가동접촉자 홀더(6)의 도그(6a)와의 사이에 여유있는 틈을 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 경보장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 액튜에이터(3)가 경보스위치(2)의 누르는 보턴(2c)의 복귀력을 능가하는 탄성을 갖는 판용수철 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 경보장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유니트 케이스(1)가 수지성형품이고 또한 이 케이스에 경보스위치(2), 액튜에이터(3), 조작레버(4),(40)를 각각 소정위치에 부착하는 지지각부(1a~1d)를 일체형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 회로차단기의 경보장치.
