Claims (14)

  1. Zeitgesteuerter Sicherheitsschalter, insbesondere für Abdeckungen an Maschinen und Vorrichtungen zur Unfallverhütung, mit einem Deckel (2), der an dem Körper der Maschinen oder Vorrichtungen befestigt werden kann und im Inneren eine Reihe fester elektrischer Kontakte (3) und beweglicher elektrischer Kontakte (3') aufnimmt, einer Einrichtung (4, 5) zum Verschließen der Abdeckung, wobei diese Einrichtung zugänglich ist von aussen und für den Betrieb verbunden ist mit einer Einrichtung (6) zum Betätigen dieses elektrischen Schalters, einer Verzögerungs-Einrichtung (11) zur Vorwegnahme oder Verzögerung des Betriebs der Einrichtung (4, 5) zum Verschließen hinsichtlich der Betätigung dieses Schalters, wobei die Verzögerungs-Einrichtung (11) beweglich ist zwischen einer aktiven Position und einer inaktiven Position, und die Einrichtung (4, 5) zum Verschließen einen Sicherheitsschlüssel (4), der an dieser Abdeckung befestigt werden kann und in einen Schlitz (7) dieses Deckels (2) gesteckt werden kann, eine Zustimmungs-Einrichtung (8), die bewegt werden kann zwischen einer Freigabe-Stellung für den Schlüssel (4) zur Freigabe des Einführens/Abziehens des Schlüssels (4) durch diesen Schlitz (7), wenn die Verzögerungs-Einrichtung (11) in ihrer inaktiven Position ist, und einer Sperr-Stellung für den Schlüssel (4) zum Sperren des Einführens/Abziehens des Schlüssels (4) durch diesen Schlitz (7), wenn die Verzögerungs-Einrichtung (11) in ihrer aktiven Position ist, aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (4, 5) zum Verschließen einen beweglichen Schließstift (5) enthält, der verbunden ist mit der Verzögerungs-Einrichtung (11) und zusammen wirkt mit der Zustimmungs-Einrichtung (8), und wobei die Zustimmungs-Einrichtung einen rotierenden Nocken (8) aufweist, mit mindestens einem Zahn (9) am äußeren Umriß zum Eingriff mit dem Schlüssel (4) und mindestens einen Sitz (10), der angepaßt ist, den Schließstift (5) wahlweise aufzunehmen.
  2. Schalter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verzögerungs-Einrichtung rein mechanischer Art ist und einen Stift (11) mit Gewinde aufweist, der mit dem Schließstift (5) und mit der Betätigungs-Einrichtung (6) gemäß einer vorher eingestellten Zeitfolge zusammen wirkt.
  3. Schalter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verzögerungs-Einrichtung (11) funktional verbunden ist mit einer Steuereinrichtung (12, 13), die zugänglich ist von außerhalb des Deckels (2) und geeignet ist die axiale Translationsbewegung des Stifts (11) mit Gewinde zwischen einer aktiven Position und einer inaktiven Position zu fördern.
  4. Schalter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (11) mit Gewinde funktional verbunden ist mit einem länglichen Bolzen (6), der die Betätigungs-Einrichtung bildet und auf die Kontakte (3) wirkt, um diese zwischen einer offenen und einer geschlossenen Position zu schalten.
  5. Schalter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung ein erstes Zahnrad (12), das drehbar starr verbunden ist mit dem Deckel (2) und ein zentrales Aufnahmegewinde aufweist, in das der Stift (11) mit Gewinde eingreift, wobei das erste Zahnrad (12) verbunden ist mit einem zweiten Zahnrad (13), das von außerhalb des Deckels (2) betätigt werden kann.
  6. Schalter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (11) mit Gewinde im wesentlichen parallel und koaxial zu dem Bolzen (6) und zu dem Schließstift (5) angeordnet ist.
  7. Schalter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (11) mit Gewinde im wesentlichen quer zu dem Stift (11) mit Gewinde angeordnet ist und einen äußeren Abschnitt aufweist, der in einen Ring (16) mit Gewinde eingreift, der drehbar starr verbunden ist mit dem Deckel (2) und von außen betätigt werden kann und ein inneres Ende aufweist, das starr verbunden ist mit einem Zapfen (17), der zwischen dem Bolzen (6) und dem Schließstift (5) angeordnet ist.
  8. Schalter gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (17) zwei geneigte Flächen (18, 19) aufweist, die gegenseitig versetzt sind und jeweils mit dem Zapfen (17) und dem Schließstift (5) zusammen wirken, um ihre jeweiligen axialen, translatorischen Bewegungen gemäß einer vorher eingestellten Zeitfolge zu fördern.
  9. Schalter gemäß einem oder mehrerer der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei dem Stift (11) mit Gewinde, die Gewindesteigung und die Länge des Abschnitts mit Gewinde voreingestellt sind gemäß einer gewählten Betätigungsverzögerung.
  10. Schalter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verzögerungs-Einrichtung ein Pleuel (20) aufweist, das gleitend montiert ist auf dem Deckel (2) und quer zwischen dem Bolzen (6) und dem Schließstift (5) angeordnet ist.
  11. Schalter gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pleuel (20) elastisch von einer Feder (21) beaufschlagt und an seinem äußeren Ende mit einem Betätigungsknopf (22) versehen ist, wobei das Pleuel einen inneren Endabschnitt (23) aufweist, der zwei geneigte Flächen (24, 25) bildet, die gegenseitig versetzt sind und jeweils mit dem Bolzen (6) und dem Schließstift (5) zusammen wirken, um ihre jeweiligen translatorischen Bewegungen zu fördern.
  12. Schalter gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Abschnitt des Pleuels (20) eine Zahnstange (26) aufweist, die in ein Verzögerungszahnrad (27) eingreift, das innerhalb des Deckels angeordnet ist und ein vorbestimmtes Übersetzungsverhältnis hat.
  13. Schalter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine nicht trennbare Rückhalte-Einrichtung (28) vorgesehen ist, die ausgestaltet ist, das Pleuel (20) elastisch zurück gezogen zu halten in Richtung auf die Innenseite des Deckels (2).
  14. Schalter gemäß einem oder mehrerer der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (2) einen im wesentlichen kastenartigen Hauptkörper (14) aufweist, der verbunden ist mit einem lösbaren und ausrichtbaren Kopf (15), in dem der Schlitz (7) vorgesehen ist für den Durchlaß des Sicherheitsschlüssels (4).
