Abstract

L'invention concerne un implant intra-osseux pour prothèse fixe de dent seule. Cet implant comporte un corps de base sensiblement cylindrique à insérer dans un orifice pratiqué dans un os maxillaire, ce corps de base présentant à son extrémité coronale un trou borgne ouvert, une douille d'écartement à poser sur le bord frontal coronal du corps de base, un pivot à insérer dans le trou borgne du corps de base pour le relier à ce dernier, ce pivot pénétrant dans le trou intérieur de la douille d'écartement, un dispositif de liaison pour bloquer en rotation la douille d'écartement sur le corps de base, et une tête de fixation pour la prothèse dentaire. La tête de fixation est formée par une zone terminale coronale et creuse de la douille d'écartement. L'extrémité coronale du pivot est disposée de manière cervicale sous la zone terminale; et dans la zone terminale, est disposé un écrou d'insertion pourvu d'un trou fileté perpendiculaire à l'axe central longitudinal de la douille d'écartement. Pour fixer la prothèse dentaire, on visse dans ce trou une vis de sécurité qui traverse un orifice pratiqué dans la paroi périphérique de la zone terminale.
