- La figure 1 est une vue à caractère schématique en perspective et avant montage d'une porte sectionnelle selon l'art antérieur appliqué à une fermeture de véhicule.
- La figure 2 est une vue à caractère schématique de profil selon l'art antérieur illustrant le profil des éléments de guidage de la porte sectionnelle.
- La figure 3 est une vue en perspective éclatée, partielle, illustrant la partie supérieure d'une porte sectionnelle selon l'invention.
- La figure 4 est une vue en coupe partielle illustrant la mise en place de la porte sectionnelle selon la figure 3
- La figure 5 est une vue en coupe transversale illustrant un panneau selon l'invention.
- Les figures 5a, 5b et 5c sont des vues à caractère schématique et partiel illustrant le principe d'articulation des panneaux entre eux et leur montage.

Claims (10)
- Porte sectionnelle de fermeture, du type comprenant une pluralité de panneaux agencés chacun avec une ou deux formes d'extrémité (2a-2b) profilées permettant, après accouplement entre elles selon deux panneaux consécutifs, la formation d'une articulation non fermée en rotule des panneaux entre eux, lesdits panneaux étant associés à des moyens permettant leur déplacement d'une position verticale à une position horizontale pour autoriser l'ouverture ou la fermeture de porte, caractérisée en ce que lesdites formes (2a-2b), agencées sur tout ou partie de la longueur des panneaux, sont profilées intérieurement pour autoriser sur tout ou partie de leur longueur le positionnement et logement d'axes de liaison associés aux moyens d'entraínement et de déplacement de l'ensemble desdits panneaux d'une part, et en ce que lesdites formes (2a-2b) sont agencées pour autoriser la réception et l'emboítement d'une pièce complémentaire profilée constituant un cavalier (8) réalisé en une ou plusieurs parties sur la longueur des différents panneaux et formant cache en assurant la finition fermée de l'articulation en rotule, d'autre part.
- Porte sectionnelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que un ou des panneaux sont agencés avec une première forme (2a) réalisée avec une partie partiellement sphérique non fermée laissant apparaítre une ouverture (2a-1), ladite partie sphérique étant établie pour constituer extérieurement et intérieurement un logement, ladite première partie (2a) étant en débordement par une extrémité (2a-4) du chant latéral (2a-5) de l'extrémité du panneau et par l'autre de ses extrémités (2a-2) en raccordement au plan (2a-3) extérieur du panneau.
- Porte sectionnelle selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que un ou des panneaux sont agencés avec une deuxième forme (2b) présentant un profil intérieur curviligne (2b-1) établi selon un rayon correspondant à la partie sphérique de la première extrémité (2a) du panneau en constituant un plan d'appui et de renvoi, ledit profil (2b-1) étant prolongé extérieurement par une partie débordante en forme de sphère (2b-2) non fermée faisant apparaítre une ouverture (2b-3) et une fente (2b-4) formant logement de ladite première extrémité (2a-2), et en ce que les ouvertures (2a-1) et (2b-3) étant établies pour venir en regard l'une de l'autre lorsque les panneaux consécutifs sont en alignement axial.
- Porte sectionnelle selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le fond intérieur (2b-5) de la partie sphérique de l'extrémité (2b) présente une forme curviligne en saillie constituant le siège d'un axe de roulette, le diamètre intérieur de ladite partie sphérique autorisant le positionnement, centrage et maintien dudit axe (7a) de roulette.
- Porte sectionnelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les formes (2a-2b) des parties d'extrémité sont susceptibles de recevoir au moins une pièce (8) formant cavalier et cache profilé en U, présentant des ailes (8a) formant lèvres à capacité élastique de déformation et une face extérieure (8d) à profil sphérique s'emboítant dans les formes sphériques (2a) et (2b) et fermant l'articulation.
- Porte sectionnelle selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend sur la longueur des zones d'articulation des panneaux consécutifs, deux cavaliers d'extrémité (8) établis sur une longueur correspondant sensiblement à la longueur de l'axe de roulette et un cavalier intermédiaire (9) de grande longueur, et en ce que les cavaliers d'extrémité sont engagés dans les zones d'articulation des panneaux au-delà de l'extrémité des axes de roulette, puis sont déplacés par glissement pour envelopper lesdits axes de roulette, un cavalier intermédiaire (9) étant positionné pour assurer la finition et l'immobilisation de l'ensemble.
- Porte sectionnelle selon l'une quelconque des revendication 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le panneau supérieur (2A) est accouplé à des moyens (10) de liaison au système d'entraínement de la porte, ledit panneau présentant dans sa partie haute une forme en caisson (2A-1) recevant directement moulé un profil (2A-2) à gorge sphérique avec une ouverture frontale (2A-3) et une cavité intérieure (2A-4) autorisant le positionnement et le centrage d'un axe de liaison (11) associé au moyens (10), un ou des cavaliers (8), (9) étant rapportés et engagés sur le profil (2A-2).
- Porte sectionnelle selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité supérieure du panneau (2A) présente une patte (12) en retrait autorisant le positionnement d'un joint (13) d'étanchéité.
- Porte sectionnelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que dans la partie basse de la porte est rapporté un profil (14) s'adaptant sur le panneau inférieur (2B), ledit profil présentant une forme sphérique (14a) s'emboítant et se fixant sur l'extrémité inférieure du panneau (2B) avec utilisation d'un cavalier (8) de fermeture.
- Porte sectionnelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 caractérisée par son application à la fermeture de véhicule de transport et de marchandise.
