- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Deckelmaterial (10) für Behälter mit einem Schulterbereich aus einem Trägermaterial (5) mit einer, bezogen auf den Behälter (2) an dem das Deckelmaterial (10) angewendet wird, nach aussen weisenden Bedruckung (6) und einer nach innen weisenden Siegelschicht, zum Verschliessen des Behälters,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die nach innen weisende Siegelschicht in Form eines Drukbildes mittels eines Druckverfahrens auf dem Trägermaterial (5) angebracht wird, wobei das Druckbild dem Schulterbereich des Behälters (1) entspricht. - Verfahren zur Herstellung von Deckelmaterial nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nach innen weisende Siegelschicht und die nach aussen weisende Bedruckung (6) in einem Druckwerk durch beidseitiees Bedrucken des endlosen Trägermaterials (5) aufgebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelschicht einen Siegellack (9) enthält
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelschicht einen Haftvermittler und/oder einen Primer (8) und einen Siegellack (9) enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Siegelschicht einen Haftvermittler oder Prime (8) aus der Reihe der Polyester oder Vinylpolymere und einen Siegellack (9) enthaltend Polyolefine und vorzugsweise Polyethylene, oder Vinylacrylcopolymere oder acrylpolymerhaltige Lacke oder Epoxydlacke enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägermaterial (5) thermoplastische Kunststoffe oder ein Zellglas oder ein cellulosehaltiges Material oder eine Metallfolie oder eine Kombination dieser Materialien enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägermaterial (5) eine Kombination von wenigstens einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff und/oder einem Zellglas und/oder einem cellulosehaltigem Material und/oder einer Metallfolie in Form eines mehrschichtigen Verbundmaterials enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägermaterial (5) eine Sperrschicht gegen Gas, Dämpfe und Feuchtigkeit aus der Reihe der keramischen Schichten oder der metallisierten Schichten oder eines Kunststoff-Filmes oder einer Metallfolie enthält.
- Verwendung von Deckelmaterial (10) aus einem Trägermaterial (5) mit einer bezogen auf den Behälter (1) an dem das Deckelmaterial (10) angewendet wird, nach aussen weisenden Bedruckung (6) und einer nach innen weisenden Siegelschicht, wobei die nach innen weisende Siegelschicht in Form eines Druckbildes mittels eines Druckverfahrens auf dem Trägermaterial angebracht ist und das Druckbild dem Schulterbereich des Behälters (1) entspricht, zum Verschliessen durch Versiegeln des Behälters (1) mit dem entsprechenden Schulterbereich des Behälters (1).
