Claims (10)
- Zylinderschalter (10) zur Anordnung in einer Längsnut (27) eines Maschinenteils, insbesondere Gehäuse (25) eines Arbeitszylinders (26), mit einem Schaltergehäuse (11), in dem ein Sensor angeordnet ist, der infolge eines sich am Zylinderschalter (10) vorbeibewegenden Körpers, insbesondere Arbeitskolben, ein elektrisches Signal auslöst, und mit einer Befestigungseinrichtung (12), die zur Fixierung des Zylinderschalters (10) in der Längsnut (27) von einer Lösestellung in eine Klemmstellung verbringbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungseinrichtung (12) mehrteilig ausgebildet ist und wenigstens zwei Fortsätze (16) aufweist, daß an den Fortsätzen (16) quer zur Längsnut (27) ansteigende Schrägflanken (29) ausgebildet sind, an denen ein Klemmkörper (23) mit entsprechenden Gegenflanken (31) anliegt, und daß der Klemmkörper (23) mittels eines Befestigungsmittels (22) relativ zu den Fortsätzen (16) beweglich ist, wodurch der Zylinderschalter (10) durch ein Spreizen der Fortsätze (16) in der Längsnut (27) zentrierbar ist.
- Zylinderschalter (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrägflanken (29) der Fortsätze (16) einander zugewandt sind und in Richtung der Öffnung der Längsnut (27) aufeinander zu ansteigen.
- Zylinderschalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenkontur der Fortsätze (16) der Innenkontur der Längsnut (27) entsprechen.
- Zylinderschalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fortsätze (16) gelenkig mit dem Schaltergehäuse (11) gekoppelt sind.
- Zylinderschalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Fortsätzen (16) Vorsprünge (21) zur Vorpositionierung der die Befestigungseinrichtung (12) bildenden Bauteile angeordnet sind.
- Zylinderschalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltergehäuse (11) einteilig ausgebildet ist und aus einem Kunststoff, insbesondere einem glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff, besteht, und daß der Sensor mit diesem Kunststoff umspritzt ist.
- Zylinderschalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderschalter (10) vollständig in der Längsnut (27) versenkbar ist.
- Zylinderschalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderschalter (10) in der Längsnut (27) zerstörungsfrei lös- und klemmbar befestigt ist, und daß das Befestigungsmittel (22) eine durch die Öffnung der Längsnut (27) hindurch betätigbare Schraube ist, die in eine Gewindebohrung (30) im Klemmkörper (23) eingreift.
- Zylinderschalter (10) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (33) der Schraube auf einem Druckkörper (20) aufliegt, der sich auf den Fortsätzen (16) abstützt.
- Zylinderschalter (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmkörper (23) im Horizontalschnitt eine rechteckige Außenkontur hat, und daß der Zylinderschalter (10) in der Lösestellung seiner Befestigungseinrichtung (12) von außen in die Längsnut (27) einsetzbar ist.
