Description
Claims (12)
- Elektrische Verbindung von zwei kunststoffisolierten Hochspannungskabeln, bei der die beiden Kabel an ihren Enden abgesetzt und ihre elektrischen Leiter miteinander verbunden sind, sowie über der Verbindungsstelle der elektrischen Leiter eine vorgefertigte Verbindungsmuffe angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrischen Leiter (11, 13) mittels einer Preßhülse (15) miteinander verbunden sind und über der Preßhülse (15) eine rohrförmige, eine Mehrzahl von Durchgangsbohrungen (33) zum Verpressen der Preßhülse (15) mit den Leitern (11, 13) aufweisende Matrize (21) aus einem gut wärmeleitfähigen Material angeordnet ist und daß in der Matrize (21) in Längsrichtung an zumindest zwei Stellen jeweils vier oder sechs über ihren Umfang verteilte Durchgangsbohrungen (33) ausgebildet sind.
- Elektrische Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsbohrungen (33) gleichmäßig über den Umfang der Matrize (21) verteilt sind.
- Elektrische Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrize (21) in ihrer Längsrichtung geteilt ist.
- Elektrische Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßhülse (15) durch die Matrize (21) gegenüber den elektrischen Leitern (11, 13) zentriert ist.
- Elektrische Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Durchmesser der Matrize (21) zumindest in etwa genauso groß ist wie der Durchmesser der Isolierungen (7, 9) der beiden Kabel (3, 5).
- Elektrische Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrize (21) an ihren beiden Enden (53, 55) mit der Isolierung (7, 9) des jeweiligen Kabels (3, 5) verankert ist.
- Elektrische Verbindung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrize (21) an ihren beiden Enden (53, 55) die Isolierung (7, 9) des jeweiligen Kabels (3, 5) umschließt und jeweils einen sich in radialer Richtung nach innen erstreckenden Kragen (57, 59) hat, der in eine entsprechende Nut (49, 51) der Isolierung (7, 9) ragt.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer elektrischen Verbindung von zwei kunststoffisolierten Hochspannungskabeln, bei dem die beiden Kabel an ihren miteinander zu verbindenden Enden abgesetzt und ihre elektrischen Leiter miteinander verbunden werden, sowie über der Verbindungsstelle der elektrischen Leiter eine vorgefertigte Verbindungsmuffe aufgebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrischen Leiter (11, 13) durch eine Preßhülse (15) miteinander verbunden werden, indem über der Preßhülse (15) eine rohrförmige, eine Mehrzahl von Durchgangsbohrungen (33) aufweisende Matrize (21) aus einem gut wärmeleitfähigen Material angeordnet wird und die Preßhülse (15) mit den elektrischen Leitern (11, 13) mittels durch die Durchgangsbohrungen (33) der Matrize (21) hindurchgeführten Preßdornen (35) verpreßt wird, wobei die Preßhülse (15) in Längsrichtung an zumindest einer Stelle durch jeweils vier oder sechs über ihren Umfang verteilte Verpressungen mit jedem elektrischen Leiter (11, 13) verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verpressungen gleichmäßig über den Umfang der Preßhülse (15) verteilt ausgebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gleichzeitig durch jeweils zwei einander gegenüberliegende Durchgangsbohrungen (33) der Matrize (21) jeweils ein Preßdorn (35) hindurchgeführt wird und die Preßhülse (15) mittels der beiden Preßdornen (35) mit dem elektrischen Leiter (11, 13) verpreßt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßhülse (15) durch die Matrize (21) gegenüber den miteinander zu verbindenden elektrischen Leitern (11, 13) zentriert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Ende (45, 47) der Isolierung (7, 9) jedes Kabels (3, 5) jeweils eine Nut (49, 51) derart ausgebildet wird, daß jeweils ein an den beiden Enden (53, 55) der Matrize (21) ausgebildeter, sich in radialer Richtung nach innen erstreckender Kragen (57, 59) bei montierter Matrize (21) in die entsprechende Nut (49, 51) ragt.
