- the known embodiment which has a double eccentric bushing, have the individual bushings the hinge pin bushing on the outside floors.
- “outside” is the reference of a band outer side, i.e. one part of the band is the other part of the band opposite side, meant. So it is not in the known embodiment possible to remove the hinge pin to the outside because the floors are in the way are. It was therefore necessary in the known embodiment, in a two-part Hinge the wing to remove the hinge pin, or it was Removal is difficult with a three-part hinge if both frame hinge parts were designed in a manner corresponding to DE 34 12 832 C2. The The same applies because of the poor accessibility for the rotary adjustment of the hinge pin bushings.
- the invention has for its object to design a generic tape so that the eccentric bushing is then adjusted or the hinge pin readjusted outside can be removed.
- the hinge pin bush be it an eccentric bush or one of two bushes composite double eccentric bushing, has no bottom, but is after open in the cross section of the hinge pin so that it can be removed, if the engagement piece is removed, for which purpose a corresponding design of the outer end of the socket (s) is provided.
- the engagement piece is under according to claim 2 Overcoming an elastic locking force from the end of the hinge pin bushing can be removed.
- claims 3 and 4 can be used to deliver the elastic locking force required flexibility in the area of the hinge pin bushing and / or in the area of the engagement piece itself.
- the resilient engagement piece can be designed as a bent sheet metal part 6), the design for attacking the turning tool as a pot-shaped polygonal design can be designed for the engagement of a polygonal tool (Claim 7) and the approaches starting from the walls of the pot and one the height of which may have a corresponding width (claim 8).
- the band designated as a whole in FIG. 1 at 200 comprises the fixed one Frame attached frame hinge parts 10, 10 'and a wing hinge part 20, which by a hinge pin 6 'vertical in the operating position with one another about a hinge axis A are pivotally connected.
- the area of the fastening screws 3 is covered from the front by a cover 4 so that the fastening screws 3 are no longer visible and accessible.
- a hinge part 5 is connected in one piece, which is laterally and laterally offset from the fastening part 1 and to Inclusion of an eccentric hinge pin bushing designated as a whole with 30 'determined is that in a cylindrical, over the height of the frame hinge part 10 Recess 9 is arranged.
- the frame band part 10 including the Recess 9 can be produced by extrusion from an aluminum material be, the pressing direction is parallel to the hinge axis A.
- the wing hinge part 20 is basically the same. However, this is for the hinge pin 6 'is not provided with a bush, but it is seated directly free of play in a cylindrical recess 8 and is against displacement in its Secured in the longitudinal direction by a cross screw 7.
- the hinge pin bushing 30 is simple cylindrical socket formed, the cylindrical outer periphery 21 in the cylindrical recess 9 of the frame hinge part 10 sits.
- a disc 29 made of low-friction material, via which the weight forces of the wing are transferred to the frame hinge part 10.
- the two engaging pieces 40 'of Fig. 1 which in the lower end of the lower or engage the upper end of the upper hinge pin bushing 30 ', have both the function of an end piece as well as a drive function for the rotation and adjustment of the hinge pin bushing 30 '.
- the hinge pin bushings 30 'arranged in the two frame hinge parts 10, 10' are eccentric, i.e. its cylindrical, the reception of the hinge pin 6 serving inner circumference 12 is eccentric to the outer circumference 21 by a certain amount arranged so that a by rotating the hinge pin bushing 30 ' corresponding displacement of the wing hinge part 20 relative to the hinge parts 10,10 'and thus an adjustment of the wing in the frame is possible.
- the respective hinge pin bushing 30 'in the recess 9 of the frame band parts 10, 10 ' are rotated.
- the hinge pin bushing 30 'therefore has a flat, curved projection 26 (FIG. 2) at one point, the in one of four circumferential grooves 27 distributed in the recess 9th can snap into place.
- the lock is not so strong that not one applied to the hinge pin bushing 30 'torque of the projection 26 elastic pushed away and the hinge pin bushing 30 'until the projection snaps into place 26 could be rotated in the next groove 27.
- the engagement piece 40' becomes one Frame band part 10,10 'pulled out or pushed out, and then it can Hinge bolts 6 'follow because the hinge pin bushing 30' at its outer end essentially is open and the hinge pin 6 'with its outer edge the tongues 28th can also push radially away.
- the band 300 of FIGS. 4 and 5 is a two-part band which differs from that Band 200 of FIGS. 1 and 2 distinguishes that the hinge pin bushing 30 "a Double eccentric bushing with an outer socket 19, which with its cylindrical Outer circumference 21 sits in the recess 9 of the frame hinge part 10 and one for this has eccentric inner recess 18 in which an inner eccentric bushing 11 sits with its outer circumference 13, to which the hinge pin 6 receiving Inner circumference 12 is arranged eccentrically.
- the hinge pin bushing 30 By turning the hinge pin bushing 30 in total in the frame hinge part 12 and by twisting the two Bushings 11, 19 of the hinge pin bushing 30 "can be adjusted in the wing Frames are refined.
- the engagement part 40 ′′ present in the band 300 has a double drive function and a locking function. It is used for the hinge pin bushing 30 "in total to rotate in the frame hinge part 10, and also to the to rotate inner socket 11 relative to the outer socket 19. Besides, will by means of the engagement piece 40 "fixes the rotational position of the bushings 11, 19 reached.
- Both sockets 11, 19 are essentially open at the bottom.
- the outer socket 19 has a circumferential, slightly inwardly projecting edge at the outer end 28 ', by means of which the engagement piece 40 "is held in the end of the hinge pin bush 30" becomes.
- the edge can be overcome by elastic deformation are, but this time in a manner to be described on the engagement piece 40 "takes place.
- the engagement piece 40" can then be removed, whereupon because of the missing "bottom” of the bushings 11, 19 the way to the removal of the hinge pin 6 is free.
- the engagement piece 40 ′′ points diametrically in a plane perpendicular to the axis A. mutually opposite points radially protruding lugs 24 which simultaneously engage in the recess 22, 23 of the bushings 19, 11 and these together rotary combine.
- the engagement piece 40 ′′ points in the direction perpendicular to the projections 24 diametrically opposite points bent back from the outside inwards Spring clip 25 with the radially outermost apex 25 'of its curvature be held at the edge 28 'of the outer sleeve 19 and with their free Ends 25 "come into contact with the end face of the hinge pin 6. If the engagement piece 40 "in the axial direction, the apex 25 ' pressed radially inwards somewhat by the edge 28 ', so that the engagement piece 40 " can leave the end of the hinge pin bushing 30 ". The hinge pin 6 can then down out of the hinge pin bushing 30 "because the inner Bushing 11 is open at the bottom and the edge 28 'of the outer bushing 19 is not radial stretched into the clear cross section of the hinge pin 6.
- the band 400 of FIG. 6 shows the application to a three-part band.
- the only difference is that the double eccentric bushing Hinge pin bushing 30 "and the associated engagement part 40" in both frame hinge parts 10,10 'is present. After removing one of the engagement pieces 40 " and the loosening of the fixing screw 7, the hinge pin 6 after the corresponding Axial side of the band 400 are removed.
- the engagement piece 40 "is shown in more detail. It is more than Sheet metal part formed.
- the polygonal design 31 has in the embodiment a hexagonal floor plan made by bending a strip Sheet metal part comes about, which is held together by a web 32.
- the web 32 forms the bottom, so to speak, the six sides the wall of one pot-shaped design.
- the free ends of the strip-shaped sheet metal part form one diamond-shaped projection 24 protruding from a corner of the 'pot', in which they are angled, i.e. are doubled, so that sufficient resistance against that when applying a torque to the engagement piece 40 "occurring deformation forces.
- Perpendicular to the connecting line of the lugs 24, 24 load from the outward facing in the mounting position Fig.
- the engagement piece 40 is a pure sheet metal bent part, which is set accordingly Vending machine can be produced.
- the band 500 which is only indicated in FIGS. 13 to 16, there is again a double eccentric bushing 30 "', which is assigned a separate fixed engagement part 40"' which is formed as a solid molded part, for example from die-cast zinc is.
- the engaging member 40 "' engages the outer ends of both the inner sleeve 11 and the outer socket 19 and closes with the lower edge.
- the engagement piece 40 ′′ has on its External circumference four flats offset by 90 ° in the circumferential direction 44, on the inner circumference of the outer bushing 19 there are flats 34, against which they rest (Fig. 14). Between the flats 34 of the outer socket 19, the inner circumference is expanded.
- the flats 34, 44 provide a positive connection between the engagement piece 40 "'and the outer sleeve 19. It can thereby the outer bush 19, which is otherwise by a small projection 35 in the recess 9 of the frame hinge part 10 has a rotational locking position in which Frame hinge part 10 are rotated.
- a helical compression spring 36 bears against the end face of the inner bush 11, which rests on the other end on a shoulder 45 of the engaging part 40 "'and this thus presses into the extreme position in which the flats 34, 44 are in contact.
- the engagement piece 40 ′′ has an axially projecting driver on its circumference 37, which in a corresponding niche-like groove 38 on the inner circumference 12th of the inner bush 11 engages in such a way that the engagement piece 40 "'in Axial direction with respect to the inner bush 11 can shift a distance is sufficient to the opposing flats 34,44 on the outside End of the outer sleeve 19 and the engagement member 40 "'to disengage. This is done by using the polygonal tool to exert an axial pressure on the engagement piece 40 "'is exercised by means of this against the action of the coil spring 36 can be pushed up from the position shown in FIG. 13.
- the engagement piece 40 ′′ can move over the edge 28 with elastic overcoming can be pulled out from the outer socket 19 below. Since both sockets 11.19 are open to the outside in the area of the clear cross-sectional area of the hinge pin 6, then there is nothing in the way of removing the hinge pin 6 from the outside.
- FIG. 47 is a clip-on plastic cover (FIG. 13) which is omitted in FIG. 16.
Abstract
Description

Such a tape is known from DE 34 12 832 C2. In the known embodiment,
which has a double eccentric bushing, have the individual bushings
the hinge pin bushing on the outside floors. With "outside" is the reference
of a band outer side, i.e. one part of the band is the other part of the band
opposite side, meant. So it is not in the known embodiment
possible to remove the hinge pin to the outside because the floors are in the way
are. It was therefore necessary in the known embodiment, in a two-part
Hinge the wing to remove the hinge pin, or it was
Removal is difficult with a three-part hinge if both frame hinge parts
were designed in a manner corresponding to
However, there are situations in which the adjustment of the eccentric bushing and the removal of the hinge pin may be necessary despite the cramped situation can, for example with the three-part volume mentioned above, but also with one two-part tape, with the top edge of the wing just below a lintel sits and therefore lifting is not possible.
The invention has for its object to design a generic tape so that the eccentric bushing is then adjusted or the hinge pin readjusted outside can be removed.
This object is achieved by the invention reproduced in
The hinge pin bush, be it an eccentric bush or one of two bushes composite double eccentric bushing, has no bottom, but is after open in the cross section of the hinge pin so that it can be removed, if the engagement piece is removed, for which purpose a corresponding design of the outer end of the socket (s) is provided. By designing the engagement piece adjustment of the rotary position of the bushes is possible.
The simple pull-out of the hinge pin results from GB-A-21 19 434. However, this document lacks any reference to the adjustment by rotation.
In the preferred embodiment, the engagement piece is under according to claim 2 Overcoming an elastic locking force from the end of the hinge pin bushing can be removed.
According to
In the case of a double eccentric bushing and a flexible engagement piece
the design according to
The resilient engagement piece can be designed as a bent sheet metal part 6), the design for attacking the turning tool as a pot-shaped polygonal design can be designed for the engagement of a polygonal tool (Claim 7) and the approaches starting from the walls of the pot and one the height of which may have a corresponding width (claim 8).
An alternative to the resilient engagement piece is the subject of the
A schwenkbar verbunden sind.
The band designated as a whole in FIG. 1 at 200 comprises the fixed one
Frame attached
With the
The
In the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2, the hinge pin bushing 30 'is simple
cylindrical socket formed, the cylindrical
Between the frame hinge
The two engaging pieces 40 'of Fig. 1, which in the lower end of the lower or engage the upper end of the upper hinge pin bushing 30 ', have both the function of an end piece as well as a drive function for the rotation and adjustment of the hinge pin bushing 30 '.
The hinge pin bushings 30 'arranged in the two
In order to bring about this adjustment, the respective hinge pin bushing 30 'in

To initiate the corresponding torque is at the outer end of the respective
Hinge pin bushing 30 'an engagement piece 40' formed as a separate part
provided that for its drive function an
When the hinge pin 6 'is to be removed, the engagement piece 40' becomes one
It is understood that the removal of the
As far as functionally identical in the other exemplary embodiments Features are present, they are identified by the same reference numbers as in FIGS. 1 to 3.
The
The
Both
Four are distributed over the circumference in the
drehverbinden.The
In addition, the
When the
But if the inner socket 11 are rotated relative to the
The
The
This also applies to the exemplary embodiment of FIGS. 10 to 12, in which the
In
In the
justieren. The
The
47 ist ein aufklemmbarer Kunststoffdeckel (Fig. 13), der in Fig. 16 weggelassen ist.47 is a clip-on plastic cover (FIG. 13) which is omitted in FIG. 16.
