Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Falzen von Papierbogen (18), umfassend eine durch einen ersten Antrieb (14) angetriebene erste Zufuhrwalze (10), eine gegen die erste Zufuhrwalze (10) angepresste zweite Zufuhrwalze (11), ein Leitelement (19, 20; 35, 36) zum Führen und Anhalten eines vorderen Bogenendes (21) sowie eine gegen die erste Zufuhrwalze (10) angepresste Falzwalze (23), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Antrieb (14) so ausgebildet und gesteuert ist, dass die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit (v) der Zufuhrwalzen (10, 11) nach dem Erfassen des vorderen Bogenrandes (21) zunächst über die Zufuhrgeschwindigkeit (v0) der Bogen (18) beschleunigt und anschliessend vor dem Anhalten des vorderen Blattrandes (21) unter die Zufuhrgeschwindigkeit (v0) verzögert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Leitelement eine Falztasche (19) mit einem Anschlag (20) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Anschlag (20) formatverstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei der Anschlag (20) mittels eines oszillierenden zweiten Antriebes (30) in Förderrichtung A der Bogen (18) hin und her beweglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Leitelement zwei zusammenwirkende Umkehrwalzen (35, 36) umfasst, welche mit einem reversierbaren dritten Antrieb (41) verbunden sind, und wobei die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit (v) und Drehrichtung dieser Umkehrwalzen (35, 36) über den Falzzyklus (T) geregelt/gesteuert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Tangentialebene (39) durch den Einzugsspalt (40) der Umkehrwalzen (35, 36) die Tangentialebene (16) durch den Einzugsspalt (17) der Zufuhrwalzen (10, 11) unter einem spitzen Winkel α schneidet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Integral des positiven Wertes der Differenz zwischen der Umfangsgeschwindigkeit (v) der Zufuhrwalzen (10, 11) und der Zufuhrgeschwindigkeit (v0) der Bogen (18) über die Zeit (t) während einer Zykluszeit (T) mindestens so gross ist wie das Integral des negativen Wertes (B) dieser Differenz.
- Druckmaschine mit einer angebauten Vorrichtung gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
