Claims (13)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Führen von Fäden während des Abwickelns von Haspeln oder Spulen, mit einem Element (1, 36) zum Halten des Drehzapfens oder Stiftes (2, 37, 37a), auf dem unmittelbar oder mittelbar über ein elastisches Zwischenelement der Kern (13) der Haspel oder Spule (12, 12a, 12b), von dem der Faden (14) abgewickelt wird, gehalten ist, wobei der Faden von elastischen Spannelementen (16, 31) zum Spannen des Fadens nachfolgend gespannt und durch elastische Schlossmittel einspannbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Weg des Fadens (14), der von der Haspel abgewickelt wird, außerhalb der Haspel (12, 12a, 12b) geführt und im wesentlichen in Richtung der Haspelachse innerhalb eines rohrförmigen Elementes (38) derart gehalten ist, dass er zum tragenden Drehzapfen oder Stift (2, 37,37a) der Haspel (12, 12a, 12b) parallel ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Richtung des Weges des Fadens (14) innerhalb des rohrförmigen Elementes (38) bezüglich der Richtung des längsverlaufenden Abwickelns des Fadens von der Haspel (12, 12a, 12b) entgegengesetzt ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rohrförmige Element von einer zylindrischen Hülse (38) gebildet ist, die mit Befestigungen (45, 46, 47, 48) ausgestattet ist, um die Handhabung der Enden der Fäden zu ermöglichen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie außenseitig mit mindestens einem Mittel (38, 39, 41a, 42a, 41b, 42b, 47, 48) zum Führen, Zurückrichten, Einspannen wenigstens eines Fadens (14), der von einer Haspel (12, 12a, 12b) abgewickelt wird, während des Übergangs des Fadens von der Haspel zur Hülse (38) und an deren Ausgang ausgerüstet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (38) außenseitig mit mindestens einem Mittel (41a, 42a, 41b, 42b, 45, 46) zum Rückrichten des Weges des nachlaufenden Endes des Fadens (43a, 43b) mindestens einer Haspel (12, 12a, 12b) ausgerüstet ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (38) außenseitig mit mindestens einem Mittel zum Einspannen (47, 48) des nachlaufenden Endes (44b) des Fadens (44a) der Haspel (12, 12a, 12b) in der Nähe des vorlaufenden Teils des Fadens einer zweiten Haspel (12b) ausgerüstet ist, um so nachfolgend den vorauslaufenden Teil an das nachlaufende Ende (44a) anzubinden.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülse (38) mit mindestens einem Mittel (49) zum Einspannen des nachlaufenden Endes (44b) des Fadens der Haspel (12b), das als Bereitstellung verwendet ist, außenseitig versehen ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dann, wenn zwei Haspeln (12a, 12b) verwendet sind, um ein ununterbrochenes Zuführen von mindestens einem Faden zur Webmaschine sicherzustellen, die Hülse (38) an einer Basis (36) zum Halten der beiden Haspeln gehalten ist, die in die Mittenbereichen der Basis in vorteilhafter Weise führen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel zum Sicherstellen einer ununterbrochenen Zuführung des mindestens einen Fadens aufweist, die durch zwei Arme (39, 40) gebildet sind, die einander gegenüberliegen und seitlich von der Hülse (38) vorstehen, wobei jeder Arm mit einem Auge (41, 42) zum Führen des mindestens einen Fadens versehen ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Zurückrichten des Weges des nachlaufenden Fadenendes der zweiten Haspel (44b, 43b) durch zwei gekrümmte Zinken (45, 46) gebildet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zum Verankern des nachlaufenden Endes (43b) des Fadens der Haspel (12a) nahe dem vorlaufenden Teil (44a) des Fadens der zweiten Haspel (12b) des Weiteren vorgesehen ist, um so den Knoten (50), zu bilden, welches Mittel durch eine elastische Klappe (51) gebildet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Mittel (31) zum Spannen des Fadens, der durch die Hülse (2, 38) führt, nahe dem Ausgang der Hülse angeordnet ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Stange (26) mit der Hülse (2, 38) verbunden und mit mindestens einem Haken (25) zum Führen des Ein- und Austritts des Fadens (14, 43a, 44a) innerhalb der Hülse vorgesehen ist.
