Description
Claims (7)
- Steuerungsbaugruppe mit Bedienelementen, Anzeigeelementen und einer Steuerelektronik, insbesondere für einen Koch- und/oder Backherd, wobei die Bedienelemente (3) auf einer ersten Leiterplatte (2) und die Steuerelektronik auf einer zweiten Leiterplatte (8) elektrisch angeschlossen und angeordnet sind und die Leiterplatten (2, 8) aneinander befestigt und mittels einer Steckverbindung (7, 11) elektrisch miteinander verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auch die Anzeigeelemente (4) auf der ersten Leiterplatte (2) elektrisch angeschlossen und angeordnet sind und dass die Bedienelemente (3) und die Anzeigeelemente (4) etwa auf dem gleichen Oberflächenniveau (N) liegen. - Steuerungsgruppe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der ersten Leiterplatte (2) IR-Sensortasten (3) und Anzeigeelemente (4) derart angeordnet sind, dass sie im Montagezustand der Baugruppe unterhalb einer Glaskeramikplatte des Kochherdes liegen. - Steuerbaugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der zweiten Leiterplatte (8) eine Netzspannungsversorgung (10) und Flachstecker (12) für den Anschluss an Kochstellen des Herdes angeordnet sind. - Steuerungsbaugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Leiterplatte (2) über der zweiten Leiterplatte (8) angeordnet ist und die Sensortasten (3) und die Anzeigeelemente (4) oben auf der ersten Leiterplatte (2) vorgesehen sind. - Steuerungsbaugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Leiterplatte(2) auf an der zweiten Leiterplatte (8) befestigte Stecksockel (9) aufgesteckt ist. - Steuerungsbaugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensortasten (3) SMD-Bauteile sind, die auf die Oberseite (6) der ersten Leiterplatte (2) aufgelötet sind. - Steuerungsbaugruppe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eines der Anzeigeelemente ein Siebensegment-Anzeigebauteil (4) mit Anschlussstiften (4") ist, das in eine angepasste Öffnung (14) der ersten Leiterplatte (2) gesteckt ist, und dass die Anschlussstifte (4") gegen die Unterseite (5) der ersten Leiterplatte (2) umgebogen sind und mit Leiterbahnen der Unterseite (5) der ersten Leiterplatte (2) verlötet sind.
