Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an eyelet, in particular a rotating disc of a rotary edge rotator in a weaving machine for guiding a leno thread.
Known from DE 24 23 454 C2 and from DE 44 05 778 C1 is an edge turning device or a rotary edge turning device with a rotating disk or with a rotating disk designed as a toothed ring, hereinafter referred to as rotating disk.
The rotating disc has two diametrically opposed eyelets or thread guide channels on the circular surface of the disc.
A leno thread can be passed through each eyelet or guide channel.
The leno thread in question experiences a two-fold deflection of approximately 90 ° on the way from the leno thread bobbin to the leno edge, namely when it is passed through the eyelet or the guide channel of the lathe disc.
When processing in particular break-sensitive leno threads, these deflections can lead to leno thread breaks.
In the application process of the rotary edge turner known from DE 44 05 777 C1, the rotating disk of which, for example, has loops for leno thread guidance, results in the course of the generation of reversing movements of the rotating disk, namely from the movement to carry out a full rotation in one direction in the movement to Execution of a full turn in the other direction so that the leno thread passed through the eyelets is briefly without tension.
In the case of break-sensitive leno threads, the leno threads are then subjected to buckling at the moment of reversal of movement of the rotating disc, particularly at the entrance edge and exit edge of the eyelets or the yarn feed channels.
Known thread guide eyelets in the rotating discs are ultimately on their thread guide surfaces exposed to increased wear, which leads to a relatively early replacement of the Rotary disc or at least any eyelets leads.
It should also be an advantage if, in particular, fragile leno threads experience a certain thread guidance within the eyelets or thread guide channels.
The object of the invention is to improve the leno thread guide in eyelets or thread guide channels of a rotating disc or in elements of a rotary edge rotator which are technically equivalent to the rotating disc in such a way that the risk of breakage of the leno thread guided per eye is reduced.
Furthermore, the object of the invention is to take precautions which forcibly guide the leno thread within the eyelet or the thread guide channel approximately in the middle region between the leno thread inlet and outlet.
Furthermore, it is an object of the invention to improve the wear behavior of the eyelets or thread guide channels.
According to the invention the object is achieved by the features of
verwendbar. The advantage of the solution according to the invention is a gentle leno thread guidance through the eyelets or guide channels of a rotating disc, preferably when processing leno threads, such as glass silk, which are at risk of breakage.
However, the solution according to the invention is not only limited to guiding leno threads that are at risk of breakage, but can be used advantageously for all types of leno threads.
With the leno thread inlet and outlet designed according to the invention, in the event that the leno thread bushings of the rotator disc have this design, an immediate mass reduction of the rotator disc is achieved.
It is also advantageous that the position of the center axis of the eyelet or of the thread feed-through channel is maintained in comparison with the position of the eyelets or of the thread feed-through channels of known rotary disks.
As a rule, a gentler leno thread deflection would be associated with an increase in the thread passage. Such a solution is presented in DE 25 15 961 C2 and in DE 44 05 777 C1.
But this would go hand in hand with at least a reduction in the stroke of the rotating disk to form the rotating compartment.
Dreherscheibe vorhandenen Fadenführungskanäle ausgebildet sein, was in bestimmten
Anwendungsfällen von Vorteil sein kann.Hard chromium plating of the thread-guiding surfaces of the eyelets or by the production of the eyelets from a ceramic material, such as is used for example for the production of other thread-guiding elements in textile machine construction, can have a positive influence on the wear behavior of eyelets and thread feed-through channels in the rotating disc.
It is also advantageous that the eyelets can be integrated as separate elements, so to speak as exchange elements in the rotating disc of a rotary edge rotator. The eyelets are connected to the rotating disc by generally customary measures.
In the same way, according to the invention, the thread guide channels that were previously present as pure through holes in the rotating disc can be designed, which can be advantageous in certain applications.
The invention is described in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.
