Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Fließpressen eines napfförmigen Teils (10) aus einem etwa zylindrischen Grundkörper (1) unter Einsatz eines fließfähigen Schmierstoffs, wobei vor dem Preßvorgang zum Fließpressen des napfförmigen Teils (10) bis auf Endtiefe zuerst ein vertiefter Zentrieransatz (2) ausgeformt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Preßvorgang zum Fließpressen des napfförmigen Teils (10) bis auf Endtiefe, vorzugsweise zugleich mit dem vertieften Zentrieransatz (2), mittels eines Stempels wenigstens eine Freisparung (3) an der Innenwandfläche (4) des vertieften Zentrieransatzes (2) ausgeformt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Freisparung (3) bis zum Ansatzrand (5) reicht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Freisparungen in Umfangsrichtung der Innenwand (4) verteilt ausgeformt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Freisparungen (3) in regelmäßigen Umfangsabständen ausgeformt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Freisparungen (3) kanalförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Freisparungen (3) im Querschnitt im wesentlichen halbkreisförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper zum Rückwärtsfließpressen vorgewärmt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Fließpreßbearbeitung ein Rückwärtsfließpressen, ein Vorwärtsfließpressen, ein Querfließpressen oder Kombinationen hiervon durchgeführt werden.
