- un patin formé d'une platine support d'une pluralité de roulettes ou d'une lame, et d'un étrier rigide arrière, apte à coopérer avec le bas de la jambe de l'utilisateur.
- en ce que l'interface entre la chaussure et la platine comprend :
- d'une part
- sur la platine, des moyens permettant le chaussage automatique par encliquetage de la face inférieure de la partie basse de la chaussure,
- sur la face inférieure de la partie basse de la chaussure, des moyens complémentaires pour coopérer avec les moyens d'encliquetage de la platine,
- d'autre part l'étrier rigide, articulé par rapport à la platine, qui présente des formes générales internes complémentaires des formes externes de la tige souple pour l'enserrer, lorsque celle-ci est positionnée sur la platine, avec le pied de l'utilisateur en place dans la chaussure ;
- d'une part
- et en ce que la partie basse de la chaussure comprend une semelle autorisant la marche tout en incorporant les moyens d'encliquetage.
- il permet d'utiliser des chaussures souples et confortables pour la marche, lorsque l'utilisateur a quitté les patins,
- il est particulièrement facile à chausser,
- il assure un maintien optimal de la cheville lors de la propulsion et de bonnes prises d'appui.
Claims (20)
- Combiné chaussure patin à roulettes ou à glace, comprenant :une chaussure (5) constituée d'une partie basse et d'une tige souple,un patin (1) formé d'une platine support (2) d'une pluralité de roulettes (4) ou d'une lame, et d'un étrier rigide arrière (3), apte à coopérer avec le bas de la jambe de l'utilisateur,en ce que l'interface entre la chaussure (5) et la platine (2) comprend:d'une partsur la platine, des moyens (20) permettant le chaussage automatique par encliquetage de la face inférieure de la partie basse de la chaussure (5),sur la face inférieure de la partie basse de la chaussure, des moyens complémentaires pour coopérer avec les moyens d'encliquetage (20) de la platine (2),d'autre part, l'étrier rigide (3), articulé par rapport à la platine (2), qui présente des formes générales internes complémentaires des formes externes de la tige souple pour l'enserrer, lorsque celle-ci est positionnée sur la platine, avec le pied de l'utilisateur en place dans la chaussure ;et en ce que la partie basse de la chaussure comprend une semelle (8) autorisant la marche tout en incorporant les moyens d'encliquetage.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide (3) est articulé sur la platine et relie les deux côtés latéraux de la platine (2) au niveau du dégagement plantaire en passant au dessus du calcanéum, et en enserrant la tige (6) en dessus du talon.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide (50) forme une gouttière et relie les deux côtés latéraux de la platine au niveau du dégagement plantaire, par l'intermédiaire d'une armature (56) formant un prolongement vers le haut de la platine (55), ledit prolongement passant au-dessus du calcanéum, en enserrant la tige en dessous du talon.
- Combiné selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier formant gouttière (50) est solidaire de la chaussure (51) et vient se bloquer en position sur la platine (55) lors du chaussage.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide (3) est coupé au niveau du tendon d'Achille pour constituer deux branches latérales reliées par une boucle (15).
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (20) permettant le chaussage automatique sont situés au niveau de la voûte plantaire.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide (23) comporte une sangle de serrage passant au dessus du cou de pied.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide (23) comporte une première portion (24) orientée en direction des malléoles et une seconde portion (25) prolongeant la première portion (24) orientée vers l'avant du bas de la jambe ainsi qu'une sangle (28) reliant les portions (24) en passant de l'arrière du tendon d'Achille.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide (3) est rabattable sur la platine pour être escamotable lors du stockage et/ou du transport.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la platine comporte des moyens (40) limitant la course de l'étrier vers l'arrière.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens (40) limitant la course de l'étrier vers l'arrière sont escamotables.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide comporte des moyens (14) de solidarisation temporaire et amovible avec la tige de la chaussure.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de solidarisation temporaires sont constitués par des tétons (12) disposés sur le haut de la tige (6) au dessus du calcanéum et au voisinage du tendon d'Achille, destinés à coopérer avec des trous (14)complémentaires ménagés à cet effet et sur la face intérieure de la partie correspondante de l'étrier rigide (3).
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide est asymétrique par rapport au plan longitudinal médian de la platine.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide (3) est réglable en position longitudinale par rapport à la platine (2).
- Combiné chaussure patin selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide (3) est réglable en hauteur par rapport à la platine (2).
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide (3) est formé de deux branches principales dont l'une au moins présente des moyens (37) permettant de verrouiller en position fermée les moyens d'encliquetage (20) semelle-platine.
- Combiné chaussure patin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les branches de l'étrier présentent des lumières (18) qui coïncident avec des zones d'aération (19) ménagées dans la tige souple (6).
- Combiné chaussure patin à roulettes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les roulettes (4) sont disposées en ligne.
- Combiné chaussure patin à roulettes selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier rigide (3) est articulé sur l'axe (11) même d'une des roues (4) elles-mêmes solidaires de la platine (2).
