Claims (9)
- Ringförmiges Schmuckstück mit einer offenen Ringschiene (2), deren freie Endflächen (6, 7) ein Fassung für einen Schmuckstein (3) bilden, wobei in jeder Endfläche (6, 7) eine Ausnehmung (8, 9) zum Einsetzen des Schmucksteins (3) vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in mindestens einer Ausnehmung (8) ein Rastelement (14) zur Fixierung des Schmucksteins (3) angeordnet ist. - Schmuckstück nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rastelement (14) ein kuppenartiger Vorsprung in der Ausnehmung (8) ist, wobei in dem Schmuckstein (3) eine entsprechende Aufnahme (16) für das Rastelement (14) vorgesehen ist. - Schmuck nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rastelement (14) eine wellenförmige Ausfräsung (17, 18, 19) in der Ausnehmung 88) ist, wobei der Schmuckstein (3) eine entsprechende gegenwellenförmige Ausfräsung (21, 22, 23) aufweist. - Schmuckstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rastelement (14) eine doppelwellenförmige Ausfräsung (24, 25, 26) in der Ausnehmung (8) ist. - Schmuckstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jede Ausnehmung (8, 9) als eine quer zu einer Mittelachse (20) der Ringschiene (2) verlaufende Nut ausgebildet ist, welche über die gesamte Breite der Endflächen (6, 7) verlaufen. - Schmuckstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rastelement (14) symmetrisch zu einer Mittelachse (20) der Ringschiene (2) angeordnet ist. - Schmuckstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Rastelement (14) außermittig in der Ringschiene (2) angeordnet ist. - Schmuckstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in jeder Ausnehmung (8, 9) ein Rastelement (14) vorgesehen ist. - Schmuckstück nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ringschiene (2) aus Stahl besteht.
