Abstract
Description
- dans le cas d'un réservoir sphérique, aérien, l'enceinte de confinement est formée d'une jupe cylindrique entourant le réservoir cylindrique et ses pieds en s'appuyant sur l'embase du réservoir, la jupe étant surmontée d'un tirant annulaire recevant une coupole formée de nervures rayonnantes portant des dalles, le sommet de la coupole étant constitué par un lanterneau annulaire sur lequel s'appuient les nervures de la coupole, de manière à envelopper le réservoir sphérique ;
- l'enceinte de confinement comprise entre le réservoir sphérique et l'enceinte en béton armé formée de la jupe et de la coupole est munie d'un équipement de contrôle comprenant un détecteur de température, un détecteur de pression et un analyseur de la teneur en oxygène relié à une centrale de commande agissant sur le poste d'inertage fournissant du gaz inerte à l'enceinte ;
- ces équipements sont complétés d'un détecteur de niveau bas de liquide, un détecteur gazeux de niveau bas ainsi qu'un détecteur gazeux de niveau haut pour surveiller ou détecter d'éventuelles fuites de gaz du réservoir dans l'enceinte de confinement ;
- l'enceinte de confinement présente un point bas dans lequel arrive le liquide de fuite, ce point bas logeant l'extrémité d'une conduite de pompage reliée à une pompe pour pomper l'éventuel liquide de fuite ;
- le lanterneau annulaire constitue un trou d'homme fermé de manière étanche par un couvercle ;
- le dôme est équipé d'une soupape de décompression et d'une vanne de dépressurisation.

Claims (10)
- Procédé de protection d'un réservoir aérien sphérique de gaz de pétrole liquéfié reposant sur des pieds appuyés sur une embase (12),
caractérisé en ce que
l'on entoure le réservoir (1) d'une enveloppe de protection en béton armé constituée par une jupe cylindrique (3) surmontée d'une couverture (5) de manière à définir entre l'enveloppe et le réservoir un espace de confinement rempli d'un gaz inerte. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
l'on construit la jupe cylindrique (3) à l'aide d'un coffrage glissant de manière à permettre de couler l'ouvrage essentiellement en continu. - Ensemble de stockage de gaz de pétrole liquéfié protégé,
caractérisé en ce qu'
il comporte, d'une part, un réservoir aérien sphérique (1) connu en lui-même reposant sur des pieds (2) appuyés sur une embase (12) et, d'autre part, une enveloppe de protection en béton armé constituée par une jupe cylindrique (3) reposant sur l'embase (12) entourant le réservoir (1) sur au moins une grande partie de sa hauteur et surmontée d'une couverture (5) de façon à définir, entre l'enveloppe et le réservoir, un espace de confinement rempli d'un gaz inerte et équipé d'organes de contrôle de l'atmosphère de cet espace ainsi que d'organes d'accès à l'intérieur de celui-ci. - Ensemble selon la revendication 3,
caractérisé en ce que
la jupe (3) est surmontée d'un tirant annulaire (4) recevant la couverture (5). - Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 et 4,
caractérisé en ce que
la couverture (5) est formée de nervures rayonnantes (51) portant des dalles de manière à envelopper le réservoir sphérique (1). - Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
les organes de contrôle de l'atmosphère de l'espace de confinement comprennent un détecteur de température (10) et un détecteur de pression (11) relié à une centrale de commande (60) agissant sur le poste d'inertage (61) fournissant du gaz inerte (62) à l'espace de confinement. - Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
les organes de contrôle de l'atmosphère de l'espace de confinement comportent un détecteur (13) de niveau bas de liquide, un détecteur gazeux (14), un détecteur d'oxygène de niveau bas (15) ainsi qu'un détecteur (16) de niveau haut et un détecteur d'oxygène (17) de niveau haut pour surveiller ou détecter d'éventuelles fuites de gaz du réservoir dans l'espace de confinement. - Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
l'espace de confinement présente un point bas (40) dans lequel arrive le liquide de fuite, ce point bas logeant l'extrémité (41) d'une conduite de pompage (42) reliée à une pompe (43) pour pomper l'éventuel liquide de fuite. - Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que
la couverture est équipée, en son centre, d'un trou d'homme fermé de manière étanche par un couvercle (7). - Ensemble selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 9,
caractérisé en ce que
la couverture (5) est équipée d'une soupape de décompression (30) et d'une vanne de dépressurisation (31).
