Claims (14)
- Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit mit
länglichen oberen und unteren Armen (14, 2; 176, 178), welche in beabstandeter, im Allgemeinen horizontal übereinanderliegender Anordnung angeordnet sind;
wobei der obere Arm (14; 176) eine begrenzte Federung aufweist;
wobei die Arme jeweils erste Enden (8), die sicher aneinander befestigt sind, und entgegengesetzte zweite Enden, die in zueinanderweisenden Backengebilden (14a, 2a; 145, 147) enden, aufweisen;
wobei die Backengebilde in Klingenabschnitten (32, 34; 156, 150) mit geschärften Schneidkanten enden;
einem Betätigungshebel (16; 120), der eine Schwenkbewegung durchführen kann, um selektiv auf dem oberen Arm aufzuliegen, um zwangsläufig einen Eingriff der geschärften Schneidkanten zum Abtrennen des zwischen diesen eingeführten Finger-/Zehnagels zu bewirken;
wobei im Allgemeinen vertikale Seitenwände (4, 6; 146, 148) entlang der entgegengesetzten Längskanten des unteren Arms entlang dessen Länge gebildet sind, und wobei die Klingenabschnitte der Backengebilde einen Eintritt zum Aufnehmen des zwischen diesen eingeführten Finger-/Zehnagels begrenzt; wobei die Seitenwände (4, 6; 146, 148) die Längsseiten zwischen den beabstandeten oberen und unteren Armen abschirmen;
wobei ausgerichtete Durchgänge (46; 166, 168) in den vertikalen Seitenwänden an einer Stelle nahe der Backengebilde gebildet sind, wobei der Betätigungshebel den Durchgängen zur Schwenkbewegung zugeordnet ist;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Betätigungshebel aufweist:ein erstes Element (52; 62; 138, 144), das in den Durchgängen angebracht ist, um sich zwischen den Seitenwänden sehr nahe am oberen Arm zu erstrecken;einen länglichen, drehbaren Abschnitt (17b, 52a; 60b, 60d; 123, 126, 128, 138, 144), der sich von dem ersten Element nach hinten erstreckt und mit dem ersten Element zur Drehung um dieses zwischen einem aktiven Zustand, in dem eine Kraft auf den oberen Arm ausgeübt werden kann, die einen Eingriff der geschärften Kanten während eines Schneidstadiums der Einheit bewirkt, und einem passiven Zustand, in dem diese Kraft nicht ausgeübt werden kann, gekoppelt ist, undein Absatzgebilde (17e, 60g, 130) auf dem länglichen, drehbaren Abschnitt zum selektiven Aufliegen auf dem unteren Arm (14; 176), um die geschärften Schneidkanten in Eingriff zu bringen. - Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klingenabschnitte winkelige, geradlinige Seitenklingenabschnitte (42, 44; 155, 157; 152, 154) einschließen, welche in geschärften, geradlinigen Schneidkanten (42a, 44a) enden, wobei die winkeligen Seitenklingenabschnitte und deren geschärfte Kanten jeweils nach innen unten weisen und in die angrenzenden Seitenwände eingreifen, die einen freien Eintritt zum Inneren der Einheit begrenzen, durch den Finger-/Zehnägel verschiedener Längen aufgenommen werden können und die eine geschlossene Innenkammer (24) zum Aufnehmen der resultierenden abgeschnittenen Nägel von diesen während des Schneidstadiums begrenzen.
- Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Einheit eine feststehende Stirnplatte (52) und der längliche, drehbare Abschnitt (17) ist, die jeweils winkelige, koplanare Abschnitte (17c, 52h) aufweisen, in denen ausrichtbare Bohrungen (17d, 52f) gebildet sind, wobei ein Lager/Verbindungselement (18), das durch die ausgerichteten Bohrungen geführt ist, eine selektive Drehung des länglichen, drehbaren Abschnitts (17) ermöglicht.
- Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element eine winkelige Befestigungsplatte (52a), die auf den oberen Arm gesetzt werden kann, ist, wobei die Befestigungsplatte einen Stirnabschnitt (52) mit einem unitären winkligen Arm (52h), der eine gekippte Oberfläche begrenzt, einschließt, wobei der längliche, drehbare Abschnitt (17) eine unitäre Biegung (17c) aufweist, die sich in einem Winkel komplementär zu der gekippten Oberfläche des unitären winkligen Arms (52h) erstreckt und in einem Greifabschnitt (17b) endet, wobei ein Lager/Verbindungselement (18) den unitären winkligen Arm und die unitäre Biegung koppeln, wobei die gekippten Oberflächen in parallelen Ebenen Oberfläche an Oberfläche im Eingriff sind und es ermöglichen, dass der längliche, drehbare Abschnitt (17) eine Position einnimmt, die sich im aktiven Zustand von dem oberen Arm weg erstreckt, und einen inaktiven Zustand einnimmt, wobei das Greifende hiervon sehr nahe an dem oberen Arm ist.
- Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgänge ausgerichtete, längliche parallele Schlitze (74) mit geschlossenen Enden und das erste Element (62) einen axialen Durchgang (80) und entgegengesetzte Kantenabschnitte aufweisen, die innerhalb der länglichen Schlitze mit geschlossenen Enden selektiv angeordnet werden können, vertikal ausgerichtete Ösen (64, 76), die von dem ersten Element (62) getragen werden und angrenzend an den axialen Durchgang angeordnet sind, wobei die Ösen (64, 76) ausgerichtete Bohrungen (66; 60c) aufweisen, wobei das längliche, drehbare Element (60) eine Basis (60b) und einen länglichen, sich nach außen erstreckenden Hebelabschnitt (60d) mit einem Abschlussende (60e) einschließt, wobei die Basis (60b) gegenüberliegende Stifte (67) aufweist, die innerhalb der ausgerichteten Bohrungen (66, 60b) angeordnet sind, um dadurch die Basis schwenkbar sicher an dem ersten Element (62) zu befestigen, wobei das erste Element zwischen den Seitenwänden (4, 6) platziert werden kann, wobei die Basis (60b) oberhalb des oberen Arms sehr nahe an diesem positioniert ist und mit diesem in Eingriff kommen kann, wobei der längliche Hebelabschnitt, der sich um mindestens 180° drehen kann, das erste Element (62) mit sich tragen kann, wobei mindestens ein Paar der entgegengesetzten Kanten von diesem innerhalb der Schlitze mit geschlossenen Enden laufen kann, und das erste Element über dem oberen Arm positioniert ist, um bei Betätigung des länglichen, drehbaren Elements eine Kraft auf den oberen Arm auszuüben und dessen Hebelabschnitt zum oberen Arm hin zu führen, was die geschärften Kanten der Klingenabschnitte in abtrennenden Eingriff mit einem durch die Backengebilde eingeführten Finger-/Zehnagel bringt.
- Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (120) einen länglichen Stababschnitt (123), Seitenflügel (126, 128) und einen Querstab (138) mit entgegengesetzten Enden (140, 142) aufweist, wobei der längliche Stababschnitt ein Greifende (124), Längskanten (127, 129) und ein Absatzgebilde (130) aufweist, das an dessen entgegengesetztem Ende gebildet ist, wobei die Seitenflügel (126, 128) parallel sind und von Abschnitten der Längskanten des länglichen Stababschnitts (123) nach oben vertikal geneigt sind, wobei die Seitenwände (146, 148) ausgerichtete Fassungen (166, 169) aufweisen, die in diesen an einer Stelle nahe der Backengebilde (145, 147) gebildet sind, wobei die Seitenflügel (126, 128) in Befestigungsenden (126b, 128b) enden, wobei die Befestigungsenden (126b, 128b) in ausgerichteten Schlitzen (134, 136) enden, wobei die Enden (140, 142) des Querstabs (138) innerhalb der ausgerichteten Schlitze (134, 136) sitzen, wobei die Schlitze (134, 136) zur Ausrichtung mit den Fassungen (166, 169) gestaltet sind und die Querstabenden (140, 142) in den Fassungen (166, 169) aufgenommen werden können, wobei der Betätigungshebel während des aktiven Zustands oberhalb des oberen Arms drehbar angeordnet werden kann und während des inaktiven Zustands unterhalb der Einheit angeordnet werden kann.
- Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längliche, drehbare Abschnitt ein länglicher Stab (123) und Seitenflügel (126, 128) ist, wobei das erste Element als ein Querstab (138) mit entgegengesetzten Enden (134, 136) ausgebildet ist, wobei der längliche Stab ein Greifende (124), Längskanten (127, 129) und ein Absatzgebilde (130) aufweist, das an dessen entgegengesetztem Ende gebildet ist, wobei die Seitenflügel (126, 128) parallel sind und von den entgegengesetzten Seiten nach oben, vertikal, winklig vorwärts geneigt sind, um ausgerichtete Abschlussabschnitte (126b, 128b) zu begrenzen, wobei der Querstab (138) zwischen den Abschlussabschnitten angeordnet ist und an diesen sicher befestigt ist und diese überbrückt, wobei der Querstab (138) einen länglichen Mittelabschnitt (144) mit einem Paar von entgegengesetzten Längskantenabschnitten (144a, 144b) aufweist, wobei ein Kantenabschnitt mit dem oberen Arm in Eingriff kommen kann, wenn der Betätigungshebel (120) seinen betriebsbereiten Zustand einnimmt, was einen Widerstand gegen eine unbeabsichtigte Drehung von diesem bewirkt, wobei der andere Längskantenabschnitt (144b) mit dem oberen Arm in Eingriff kommt, wenn der Betätigungshebel in einem passiven Zustand ist, um eine unbeabsichtigte Drehung des Betätigungshebels von dessen passivem Zustand mit dessen Absatzgebilde zu verhindern, wobei das Absatzgebilde mit der Unterfläche des unteren Arms im Eingriff ist und die Seitenflügel mit der Außenfläche der Seitenwände im Eingriff sind.
- Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Betätigungshebel ein Absatzgebilde aufweist, das in aufliegender Beziehung zu dem oberen Arm angeordnet ist, um zwangsweise den knipsenden Eingriff der geschärften Schneidkanten mit einem dazwischen eingeführten Finger-/Zehnagel zu bewirken,
wobei der längliche, drehbare Abschnitt des Betätigungshebels als ein länglicher Stab (123) mit einem Greifende (124) ausgebildet ist und ein entgegengesetztes Ende ein Gebilde trägt, welches die aufliegende Beziehung zu dem oberen Arm (178) bewirken kann, ein Paar von parallelen Seitenflügeln (126, 128), die entlang der Längskanten (127) des länglichen Stabs an einer Stelle gebildet sind, die von dem entgegengesetzten Ende beabstandet sind und sich relativ zueinander parallel und vertikal parallel nach oben von dem entgegengesetzten Ende, welches Abschlussabschnitte (126b, 128b) begrenzt, erstrecken, und
das erste Element ein Querstab (138) ist, welcher Enden (140, 142) aufweist, die sicher an den Abschlussabschnitten befestigt sind und diese überbrücken, wobei die Enden durch die Durchgänge (136, 134) verlaufen, um sich in diesen zwischen einem Betriebszustand und einem passiven Zustand zu drehen, bei dem der längliche Stab (144) des Betätigungshebels unterhalb des unteren Arms (174) angeordnet ist, wobei die Seitenflügel (126, 128) gegen die Außenfläche der Seitenwände eingreifen. - Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch eine Entsorgungsklappe (12, 170) zum Entsorgen abgetrennter Finger-/Zehnägel aus dem Inneren der Einheit, wobei die Entsorgungsklappe eine längliche Entsorgungstängsöffnung (2c, 170), die in einem des oberen und des unteren Arms ausgebildet ist und sich nach innen zur Einheit öffnet, und eine längliche Abdeckplatte (72) aufweist, die schwenkbar an der entgegengesetzten Oberfläche des einen Arms nahe der Entsorgungsöffnung zur seitlichen schwingbaren horizontalen Bewegung zwischen einer Position zum Erlangen von Zugriff auf das Innere der Einheit und einer Position, die die Öffnung bedeckt, sicher befestigt ist.
- Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Element eine Befestigungsplatte (52, 62) einschließt, die über dem oberen Arm an einer Stelle nahe von dessen Backengebilde sitzen kann, und der längliche, drehbare Abschnitt (17) ein Greifende und ein entgegengesetztes Ende aufweist; wobei die Befestigungsplatte (52, 62; 138, 144) einen Stirnabschnitt mit einem unitären winkeligen Arm (52h) einschließt, der eine gekippte Oberfläche und eine Führungskante (52c) entgegengesetzt zum Stirnabschnitt begrenzt, wobei das entgegengesetzte Ende (17b) des länglichen, drehbaren Abschnitts (17), das entgegengesetzte Ende (17a) des länglichen, drehbaren Abschnitts (17) eine unitäre winkelige Biegung (17c) aufweisen, die eine gekippte Oberfläche komplementär zu der winkeligen Oberfläche des unitären winkeligen Arms (52h) bildet, wobei der unitäre winkelige Arm und die unitäre winkelige Biegung ausgerichtete Bohrungen (52f, 17d) aufweisen, die jeweils darin gebildet sind; wobei ein LagerNerbindungselement (18) durch die ausgerichteten Bohrungen durchgeht und den unitären winkeligen Arm und die unitäre winkelige Biegung in jeweiliger Anordnung mit den gekippten Oberflächen im Wesentlichen aneinander koppelt, wodurch sich der längliche, drehbare Abschnitt (16) relativ zu dem unitären winkeligen Arm zwischen einem aktiven Zustand, der von dem oberen Arm weggehend gerichtet ist, und einem passiven Zustand drehen kann, der von seinem aktiven Zustand umgekehrt gerichtet ist, wobei das Greifende des länglichen, drehbaren Abschnitts sehr nahe an dem oberen Arm ist, wobei der Stirnabschnitt (52) Abschnitte (51e, 52b) aufweist, die den Betätigungshebel schwenkbar an der Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit befestigen.
- Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgänge als parallele längliche Schlitze (74) mit geschlossenen Enden ausgebildet sind, und dass das erste Element des Betätigungshebels ein planares Scheibenelement (62) mit diametral gegenüberliegenden Kantenabschnitten und einer axialen Öffnung (82) einschließt; vertikal ausgerichtete Ösen (64, 76) von dem planaren Scheibenelement angrenzend an die axiale Öffnung getragen werden, wobei die Ösen ausgerichtete Bohrungen (60c) aufweisen, eine Basis (60b) und ein länglicher, sich nach außen erstreckender Abschnitt (60) unitär mit diesen ist, wobei die Basis innerhalb der axialen Öffnung zwischen den Ösen sitzt und an dem planaren Scheibenelement schwenkbar sicher befestigt ist, wobei das planare Scheibenelement über den oberen Arm zwischen den Seitenwänden platziert werden kann und zu einer 360°-Drehung in der Lage ist, wobei die diametral gegenüberliegenden Kantenabschnitte so angeordnet sind, dass sie innerhalb der länglichen Schlitze mit geschlossenen Enden laufen.
- Betätigungshebel nach Anspruch 11, bei dem das planare Scheibenelement (62) in seiner Umfangskonfiguration mit einer langen Achse und einer vergleichbar kürzeren Achse oval ist; wobei das planare Scheibenelement über dem oberen Arm (14) positioniert werden kann, wobei die lange Achse längs zum oberen Arm parallel ist und aus einer Position mit der langen Achse längs entlang des oberen Arms zu einer Position bewegt werden kann, wobei die axialen Kantenabschnitte entlang der längeren Achse innerhalb der länglichen Schlitze (74) mit geschlossenen Enden angeordnet sind, und die axialen Kantenabschnitte entlang der kürzeren Achse sind entlang einer Linie längs entlang des oberen Arms.
- Betätigungshebel nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das planare Scheibenelement (62) um weitere 180° gedreht werden kann, wo der längliche Hebelabschnitt aus dem oberen Arm der Knipsereinheit gelöst werden kann, indem der längliche, sich nach außen erstreckende Abschnitt (60) und dessen Basis angehoben werden, und wo er wieder in Eingriff gebracht werden kann, indem der längliche, sich nach außen erstreckende Abschnitt (60) umgekehrt wird, wodurch eine Anordnung parallel zu dem oberen Arm eingenommen wird, wodurch ein passiver Zustand angenommen wird.
- Finger-/Zehnagelknipsereinheit nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der längliche Stab (123) ein Greifende (124) und ein entgegengesetztes Ende mit einem führenden Absatzgebilde (130) aufweist, das in aufliegender Beziehung mit dem oberen Arm (174) an einer Stelle nahe des Backengebildes (145, 147) von diesem platziert werden kann, wobei der längliche Stab ein Paar von Seitenflügeln (126, 128) aufweist, die entlang der Längskanten unitär mit diesem an einer Stelle in Beabstandung zu dessen Enden gebildet sind, wobei die Seitenflügel zueinander parallel sind und sich vertikal, winklig nach außen vorwärts von dem zweiten Ende des länglichen Stabs erstrecken, um ausgerichtete Abschlussabschnitte (126b, 128b) zu begrenzen, wobei ein Querstab (138) mit entgegengesetzten Enden (140, 142) so angeordnet ist, dass er die Abschlussabschnitte überbrückt und an diesen sicher befestigt ist, wobei das erste Element ein Querstab mit einem länglichen Mittelabschnitt (144) ist, wobei der Mittelabschnitt ein Paar von entgegengesetzten Längskantenabschnitten (144a, 144b) aufweist, wobei ein Kantenabschnitt (144a) in den oberen Arm eingreifen kann, wenn der Betätigungshebel seinen betriebsbereiten Zustand einnimmt, in dem er einen Widerstand gegen eine unbeabsichtigte Drehung von diesem bewirkt, wobei der andere Längskantenabschnitt (144b) mit dem oberen Arm in Eingriff kommt, wenn der Betätigungshebel (120) in einem passiven Zustand ist, um dessen unbeabsichtigtes Drehen von dem passiven Zustand zu verhindern, wobei das Absatzgebilde mit der Unterfläche des unteren Arms in Eingriff ist.
