Description
- ladite protubérance est adaptée pour coopérer avec ladite face intermédiaire au voisinage du tiers avant de celle-ci, en considérant le sens d'entraínement, pour une tête de dimension maximale;
- la distance entre la zone de contact de la surface d'entraínement arrière avec la face arrière et l'arête avant de cette face arrière est inférieure à la distance entre le point de contact de la protubérance avec la face intermédiaire et l'arête avant de cette face intermédiaire ;
- la protubérance est venue de matière avec l'arceau ;
- il est prévu sur l'arceau, entre la surface d'entraínement arrière et la protubérance, un dégagement prolongé par une surface de liaison concave, ayant notamment un rayon de courbure inférieur ou égal à la distance entre plats de la tête, évitant tout contact entre la mâchoire et l'arête avant de la face arrière ;
- les surfaces d'entraínement avant et arrière sont des surfaces bombées ;
- le rayon de courbure de la surface d'entraínement arrière est inférieur au rayon de courbure de la surface d'entraínement avant ;
- l'angle, mesuré dans le sens d'entraínement et défini entre l'axe de rotation de la tête polygonale et les deux zones de contact entre la tête et les surfaces d'entraínement arrière et avant, est légèrement supérieur à 180° ;
- le profil de la mâchoire est formé d'une succession de portions courbes, se raccordant tangentiellement les unes aux autres, de la surface d'entraínement avant à la surface d'entraínement arrière ;
- ladite mâchoire est disposée à une extrémité d'un corps de clé, muni à son autre extrémité d'une mâchoire d'entraínement cliquetante de même type et d'une autre dimension ou d'une tête d'entraínement à oeil ;
- la mâchoire est à écartement fixe ;
- la protubérance est adaptée pour coopérer avec la face intermédiaire entre la moitié et le tiers avant de celle-ci, en considérant le sens d'entraínement, pour une tête de dimension maximale ; et
- la protubérance est adaptée pour coopérer avec la face intermédiaire sensiblement aux quatre dixièmes avant de celle-ci, en considérant le sens d'entraínement, pour une tête de dimension maximale.
- le figure 1 est une vue en élévation d'une clé cliquetante selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue en élévation de la tête d'entraínement de la clé de la figure 1, représentée dans une position d'entraínement d'un six-pans ; et
- la figure 3 est une vue en élévation de la tête d'entraínement de la même clé, représentée dans une phase de retour autour du six-pans.
Claims (13)
- Clé cliquetante (10) pour entraíner un organe, notamment une vis ou un écrou (28), dont la tête comporte un profil d'entraínement hexagonal, laquelle clé (10) comporte une mâchoire ouverte (18) délimitée par un mors avant (20) et un mors arrière (22), en considérant le sens d'entraínement, reliés par un arceau de liaison (24), chaque mors (20, 22) comportant une surface d'entraínement (30, 36) adaptée pour coopérer avec respectivement une face avant (32) et une face arrière (38) du profil d'entraínement dans la moitié avant de celles-ci en considérant le sens d'entraínement, ces deux faces (32, 38) étant opposées, la mâchoire (18) comportant en outre sur l'arceau (24) une protubérance bombée (42) d'appui complémentaire adaptée pour coopérer, en l'absence de couple et sur toute la gamme des couples d'entraínement appliqués, avec un point d'appui (43) de la face intermédiaire (44) du profil d'entraínement située immédiatement en avant de ladite face arrière (38) en considérant le sens d'entraínement, l'arceau de liaison (24) étant, en position d'entraínement, en tout emplacement autre que ledit point d'appui (43), entièrement espacé de ladite tête (28) en l'absence de couple et pendant l'application du couple d'entraínement, caractérisée en ce que ledit point d'appui (43) de ladite face intermédiaire (44) est situé dans la moitié avant de cette face intermédiaire, en l'absence de couple et sur toute la gamme des couples d'entraínement appliqués.
- Clé cliquetante (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite protubérance (42) est adaptée pour coopérer avec ladite face intermédiaire (44) au voisinage du tiers avant de celle-ci, en considérant le sens d'entraínement, pour une tête (28) de dimension maximale.
- Clé cliquetante (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la distance (d2) entre la zone (37) de contact de la surface d'entraínement arrière (36) avec la face arrière (38) et l'arête avant (40) de cette face arrière est inférieure à la distance (d3) entre le point (43) de contact de la protubérance (42) avec la face intermédiaire (44) et l'arête avant (46) de cette face intermédiaire.
- Clé cliquetante (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la protubérance (42) est venue de matière avec l'arceau (24).
- Clé cliquetante (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu sur l'arceau (24), entre la surface d'entraínement arrière (36) et la protubérance (42), un dégagement (48) prolongé par une surface de liaison concave (49), ayant notamment un rayon de courbure inférieur ou égal à la distance entre plats de la tête (28), évitant tout contact entre la mâchoire (18) et l'arête avant (40) de la face arrière (38).
- Clé cliquetante (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces d'entraínement avant (30) et arrière (36) sont des surfaces bombées.
- Clé cliquetante (10) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le rayon de courbure de la surface d'entraínement arrière (36) est inférieur au rayon de courbure de la surface d'entraínement avant (30).
- Clé cliquetante (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'angle (α), mesuré dans le sens d'entraínement et défini entre l'axe de rotation (O) de la tête polygonale (28) et les deux zones de contact entre la tête et les surfaces d'entraínement arrière (36) et avant (30), est légèrement supérieur à 180°.
- Clé cliquetante (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le profil de la mâchoire (18) est formé d'une succession de portions courbes, se raccordant tangentiellement les unes aux autres, de la surface d'entraínement avant (30) à la surface d'entraínement arrière (36).
- Clé cliquetante (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ladite mâchoire (18) est disposée à une extrémité d'un corps (12) de clé, muni à son autre extrémité d'une mâchoire d'entraínement cliquetante de même type et d'une autre dimension ou d'une tête d'entraínement (14) à oeil.
- Clé cliquetante (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la mâchoire (18) est à écartement fixe.
- Clé cliquetante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la protubérance (42) est adaptée pour coopérer avec la face intermédiaire (44) entre la moitié et le tiers avant de celle-ci, en considérant le sens d'entraínement, pour une tête de dimension maximale.
- Clé cliquetante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la protubérance (42) est adaptée pour coopérer avec la face intermédiaire (44) sensiblement aux quatre dixièmes avant de celle-ci, en considérant le sens d'entraínement, pour une tête de dimension maximale.
