Claims (22)
- Applicateur (1) de produit en poudre caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un support (2) dont au moins une partie de la surface est recouverte d'un flocage constitué d'un mélange de fibres de revêtement (3) et de poudre (4) dudit produit à appliquer.
- Applicateur selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le mélange comporte entre 0,1 et 40 % de poudre dudit produit.
- Applicateur selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que le mélange comporte entre 5 et 20 % de poudre dudit produit.
- Applicateur selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le support (2) est constitué d'un matériau plastique, élastomère, textile/papier ou alvéolaire.
- Applicateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que les fibres (3) sont des fibres de Nylon, coton, rayonne, polyamide, ou polyester.
- Applicateur selon l'une quelconque des revendication 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que ledit mélange comporte des fibres (3) de longueur et /ou de nature et/ou de diamètre différents.
- Applicateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que le support (2) présente une portion non floquée (7) afin de permettre la préhension ou l'accrochage dudit applicateur.
- Applicateur selon la revendication 7 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un capot (31) destiné à recouvrir au moins la portion floquée, des moyens d'étanchéité (32) assurant un conditionnement étanche du produit.
- Applicateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que la taille moyenne des particules constituant la poudre (4) dudit produit est comprise entre 0,5 µm et 500 µm.
- Applicateur selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce que la taille moyenne des particules constituant la poudre (4) dudit produit est comprise entre 10 µm et 100 µm.
- Applicateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 caractérisé en ce que la poudre est de couleur identique ou différente de la couleur du revêtement.
- Applicateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11 caractérisé en ce que le produit est un fond de teint, du blush, un produit pour ombres à paupières, un effaceur de rides ou de cernes, un kohl, etc..
- Applicateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le produit en poudre est constitué d'une poudre encapsulée de pigments.
- Ensemble d'application (30, 31, 32) d'un produit en poudre caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un applicateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Ensemble d'application selon la revendication 14 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un applicateur (1) dont une extrémité porte un organe d'application (6) formé sur un support (2), l'autre extrémité formant des moyens de préhension (30), un capot (31) étant prévu de manière à renfermer de manière étanche au moins ledit organe d'application.
- Procédé pour fabriquer un applicateur de produit en poudre consistant à appliquer par flocage, sur au moins une partie de la surface d'un support (2), un mélange de fibres de revêtement (3) et de poudre (4) dudit produit à appliquer.
- Procédé selon la revendication 16 caractérisé en ce que l'application par flocage comprend les étapes suivantes :a) dans des proportions données, mélanger la poudre (4) de produit à appliquer avec des fibres de revêtement (3), les fibres de revêtement, et éventuellement la poudre, étant préalablement chargées électrostatiquement;b) enduire au moins une partie (6) de la surface du support d'un adhésif liquide (5);c) par attraction électrostatique, déposer sur la surface du support ainsi enduite le mélange obtenu lors de l'étape a), les particules formant le mélange s'orientant ainsi de manière sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface du support; etd) faire passer le support (2) ainsi recouvert au travers de moyens de séchage (21).
- Procédé selon la revendication 17 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en plus l'étape suivante:e) après refroidissement, éliminer l'excès de particules par aspiration.
- Procédé selon la revendication 17 ou 18 caractérisé en ce que l'enduction d'adhésif liquide est réalisée par trempage ou par pulvérisation.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 19 caractérisé en ce que le mélange comporte entre 0,1 % et 40 % de poudre (4) dudit produit.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 20 caractérisé en ce que le mélange comporte entre 5 % et 20 % de poudre (4) dudit produit.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 21 caractérisé en ce que ledit mélange comporte des fibres (3) de longueur et/ou de nature et/ou de diamètre différents.
