Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Kartonzuschnitt-Behälter zur Aufnahme von Bekleidungsstücken, insbesondere von Pullovern, T-Shirts und dergl., aufweisend ein Vorderseitenteil min einem über ein Zwischenstück über Falzlinien verbundenen Laschenteil, ein Hinterseitenteil mit einem über eine Falzlinie verbundenen Laschenteil und ein das Vorderseitenteil min dem Hinterseitenteil verbindenden Zwischenteil mit Griff- oder Sichtlock. Ein derartiger Faltbehälter ist bekannt (US-A-1 720 679), wenngleich dieser nicht mit einem Griff- oder Sichtlock ausgebildet ist. Derartige Behälter sind bekannt, sie dienen jedoch lediglich dem Transport von Kleidungsstücken vom Kleiderhersteller zur Verkaufsstelle. Dort werden sie der Verpackung entnommen und dem Endverbraucher in einer Auslage oder gestapelt in einem Regal dargeboten.
Die Erfindung will einen Behälter der eingangs genannten Art so ausgestalten, daß er sowohl zum Transport von Kleidungsstücken vom Konfektionär zum Verkäufer als auch für die Darbietung für den Verkauf an den Endverbraucher geeignet ist.
Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß der Vorderseitenteil in einem seiner Randbereiche einen aufklappbaren Klappteil aufweist, der durch eine nicht vollständig geschlossene Schnittlinie, vorzugsweise einen Kreisbogen mit ca. 300°, gebildet ist.
Das Lösungsprinzip der vorliegenden Erfindung beruht darauf, einen Kartonbehälter in Quaderform an einer seiner Vorderseiten mit einer Öffnung zu versehen, wobei diese Öffnung das Kleidungsstück, insbesondere die Einnähetiketten des Kleidungsstücks, nach außen hin zeigen kann. Der hinter der Öffnung liegende Klappenteil dient u.a. als Unterlage für das nach außen hin sichtbare Kleidungsstück.
Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise erläutert, wobei es um ein sog. T-Shirt als Kleidungsstück geht.

zeigen den Vorgang, wie aus dem Zuschnitt der Behälter gebildet wird und dabei das T-Shirt mit eingelegt wird.

zeigt den vollendeten Behälter gemäß der Erfindung mit dem Kleidungsstück, und zwar von unten her.

ist eine der Fig. 6 entsprechende Darstellung, zeigt jedoch den Behälter gemäß der Erfindung von oben her.
In den Figuren ist ein Kartonzuschnitt zu erkennen, wobei als Ausgangsmaterial Pappkarton oder dergl. dient, so wie dieser im Handel erhältlich ist.
Der Kartonzuschnitt wird so zugeschnitten, gestanzt und vorgefalzt, daß aus dem Kartonzuschnitt durch einfache Umlegevorgänge der Behälter gemäß der Erfindung gebildet werden kann.
Im zusammengebauten Zustand hat der Behälter im wesentlichen die Form eines Quaders, wobei die großen Seiten mit 10 und 20 bezeichnet sind. Die mittleren Seiten dieses Quaders sind offen, d.g. es besteht für diesen Bereich kein Kartonzuschnittsteil.
Zwischen den Behälterseiten 10 und 20 befindet sich ein Zwischenstück 40, welches über Falzlinien 33 und 34 mit den entsprechenden Teilen 10 bzw. 20 verbunden ist. In entsprechender Weise ist an der Behälterseite 10 ein gleich großes Zwischenstück 11 vorgesehen, welches über eine Falzlinie 30 mit dem Seitenteil 10 verbunden ist. Die andere Begrenzung des Zwischenstücks 11 ist die Falzlinie 31, an welcher sich ein Umlegeteil 12 befindet.
Am Seitenteil 20 ist über eine Falzlinie 32 ein Einsteckteil 21 vorgesehen, der mit einem Ausstanzloch 51 ausgestattet ist. Das Zwischenstück 11 ist mit einem schlitzförmigen Ausschnitt 42 und das Zwischenstück 40 mit einem runden Loch 41 ausgestattet, um seitlich in das Innere des fertiggestellten Behälters hineinblicken zu können.
Der Teil 10 ist mit einem halbkreisbogenförmigen Einschnitt 50 versehen, so daß ein herausklappbarer jedoch mit dem Teil 10 verbundener Teil 52 entstanden ist.
Es wird hervorgehoben, daß alle Teile einstückig zu einem einzigen Kartonzuschnitt gehören.
In der in Fig. 2 gezeigten Lage ist der Klappteil 52 nach oben herausgeklappt worden und unter diesen Ausklappteil 52, aber auf den Kartonzuschnitt selbst, ist ein T-Shirt 60 aufgelegt worden.
Fig. 3 zeigt, wie der Verlängerungsteil 12 um 90° um die Falzlinie 31 verschwenkt worden ist, wobei das Zwischenstück 11 ebenfalls um 90° um die Falzlinie 30 verschwenkt worden ist.
Fig. 4 zeigt zunächst wie das T-Shirt 60 zusammengelegt und schließlich zurückgeschlagen wird (Fig. 5). Nunmehr kann der Seitenteil 20 um die Falzlinie 34 um etwa 180° und das Zwischenstück 40 um die Falzlinie 33 umd 90° verschwenkt werden, wonach der Teil 21 nochmals um die Falzlinie 32 um 90° verschwenkt und zu dem fertigen Karton (Fig. 6) zusammengesteckt wird.
Fig. 7 läßt erkennen, wie das T-Shirt 60 über die Öffnung 52 nach außen hin sichtbar ist. Es ist ersichtlich, daß das T-Shirt in der Verpackung transportiert werden kann, aber auch von einem Regal aus einem Endverbraucher angeboten werden kann. Beim Stapeln erweist es sich als nützlich, daß der Zwischenteil 40 mit der Öffnung 41, vorzugsweise einer kreisrunden Öffnung, ausgestattet ist, so daß man durch diese Öffnung hindurch die Farbe des T-Shirts erkennen kann.

Claims (1)

  1. Aus einem Kartonzuschnitt gebildeter Behälter zur Aufnahme von Bekleidungsstücken, insbesondere von Pullovern, T-Shirts und dergl., aufweisend ein Vorderseitenteil (10) mit einem über ein Zwischenstück (11) über Falzlinien (30, 31) verbundenen Laschenteil (12), ein Hinterseitenteil (20) mit einem über eine Falzlinie (32) verbundenen Laschenteil (21) und einen das Vorderseitenteil (10) mit dem Hinterseitenteil (20) verbindenden Zwischenteil (40) mit Griff- oder Sichtloch (41), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorderseitenteil (10) in einem seiner Randbereiche einen aufklappbaren Klappteil (52) aufweist, der durch eine nicht vollständig geschlossene Schnittlinie (50), vorzugsweise einen Kreisbogen mit ca. 300°, gebildet ist.
