Description

Wasserdichter Schuh Waterproof shoe
Beschreibung:Description:
The invention relates to footwear, which is at least part of a shoe, consisting of a shaft, which has at least one outer layer and a lining lining the outer layer of the inside, containing a waterproof and water vapor-permeable layer, one with the lower one End region of the insole connected to the outer layer and a sole.
Shoes whose footwear contains a lining containing a waterproof and water vapor-permeable functional layer are widely known for their comfort. But it is always a problem to ensure that such shoes are watertight, because, for example, any seam that is attached to the lining layer can transport water inwards due to capillary forces. In this respect, the lining containing the waterproof, water-vapor-permeable functional layer is often designed in the form of a sock (known under the name Booty), which is only on the upper opening of the Shoe is connected to the outer layer. The seams or other types of connection required to form the sock can be easily sealed with a waterproof adhesive tape, so that the sock design of the lining guarantees watertightness. In the case of the sock design, however, lining must also be present in the area of the sole in order to make the interior area hermetically watertight, although in the sole area the water vapor permeability of the lining is often of no importance because the material of the sole does not allow water vapor to pass through. In this respect, the formation of the lining layer as socks (booty) is too complex for many applications.
For this reason, for example in accordance with DE-A-38 21 602, a porous strip was used for shoes with a molded-on sole to connect the outer layer and the lining, through which the sole material penetrates through the porous strip onto the lining during injection, so that the seam connecting the porous strip to the lining is surrounded by the sole material. This embodiment cannot be applied to shoes of the flex type, for example. In the case of shoes of flexible construction, the lower region of the outer layer is turned outwards in such a way that this lower end region of the outer layer is arranged at least approximately parallel to the outsole and sewn to the insole, the end edge of the folded end region of the outer layer and the End edge of the insole have the same contour. In order to ensure watertightness, these types of shoes are still executed in a complex construction with socks.
The object of the present invention is to design footwear of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that their production is less complex, at least in the Areas in which water vapor permeability is not required, use as little as possible of the complex lining containing a waterproof and water vapor permeable layer. In particular, the footwear should be suitable for the production of shoes in a flexible construction.
This object is achieved in the case of footwear according to the preamble of claim 1 in that the lower end region of the lining in the sole region is turned inwards and at least approximately parallel to the direction of extension of the sole, the folded region of the lining being of a width of 0. 5 to 3 cm is shortened so that the insole has at least cutouts at least in the area in which the lower, folded end area of the lining ends, that the lower end area of the lining is embedded in a plastic material filling the cutouts of the insole in such a way that at least the surface of the end region of the lining facing the interior of the footwear forms a constant surface with the surface facing the interior of the footwear of the plastic material and the functional layer in the lower end region of the lining and at the end edge of the lining is connected to the plastic material in a watertight manner.
The width of the folded-over area of the feed is preferably between 1.5 and 2.5 cm, with 1.5 to 2.0 cm having proven very effective.
Such footwear can be produced in a simple manner by wrapping the lining around the last and then connecting the insole to the lining, for example by gluing. In the simplest case and in the case of molded soles, the insole is only connected to the outer layer via the sole material. The insole can also be sewn to the lower part of the outer layer.
In a preferred embodiment, the folded area of the lining is glued to the insole. The width of the folded-over area of the lining depends on the fact that a sufficiently firm and watertight connection between the lining and the insole is achieved for use. As a rule, a width of 1 to 2 cm is sufficient.
Particularly favorable results are achieved in the footwear according to the invention if the sole is molded or glued to the plastic material and to the insole. The versatility of the footwear according to the invention becomes clear here.
It has proven particularly useful if the sole is molded on and the plastic material for embedding the lower end area of the lining is also.
The cut-outs in the insole allow the plastic material or the sole material to penetrate through to the lining and form a watertight connection with it. It is not necessary, as described in DE-A-38 21 602, to provide a porous connecting material, which would only make the production of the shoe unnecessarily expensive. For injection, only the lower area of the lining needs to be knocked over the lasts, the insole is glued on with the cutouts, the insole is sewn to the folded-over part of the outer layer and then the plastic material, which is advantageously also the sole material, is injection molded on become. The plastic material then penetrates through the cutouts to the lining, but can only penetrate to the last, the last advantageously being provided with a non-stick coating. The lining is preferably constructed in such a way that the waterproof, water-vapor-permeable layer is coated on the inside of the shoe with a conventional lining, while the waterproof, water-vapor-permeable layer is reinforced on the outside by a textile fabric, which is on the one hand the lining gives the necessary strength and on the other hand is easily penetrable by the plastic material, so that a good waterproof connection to the waterproof water vapor permeable layer is achieved. Here, the textile fabric, which can be a woven, knitted, knitted or non-woven fabric, is penetrated and enveloped by the plastic material, as a result of which the layer which gives the lining the necessary strength is sufficiently connected to the insole and / or the sole material via the plastic material. This connection is characterized as being sufficiently firm for the use of the shoes. This connection prevents water from penetrating into the inside of the shoe. For better producibility, the free space created by the shortened lining can be bridged by a porous material, for example a mesh or textile grid, or also by a lining sole, which can be connected to the lining, for example by sewing.
The footwear according to the invention is characterized in particular by the fact that the insole has a single cutout, the cutting edge of which extends at least approximately parallel to the end edge of the folded end region of the lining. In the manufacture of footwear, the plastic injection molding compound is particularly easy to feed penetrate a waterproof connection. During injection, the sole material penetrates in the outer area to the insole, in the cut-out area of the insole to the lining and in the area in which there is neither insole nor lining to the last coated with an anti-adhesive. In this respect, the footwear according to the invention has proven particularly useful when the plastic material is connected in a watertight manner to the exposed parts of the folded area, in particular the end edge of the folded area of the lining. In this way, the edge is connected to the plastic material in a watertight manner, so that a further security against ingress of water is created.
It is advantageous here if the injection process is carried out in such a way that the surface of the sole material facing the inside of the shoe forms a continuous surface with the area of the lining facing the inside of the shoe. This can be guaranteed by appropriate training of the last. With such a shoe you can even do without an insole. Nevertheless, the user of the shoe has the comfort he requires, because the inner sole side forms a constant surface and thus has no annoying folds and / or gradations. It can also be advantageous here if the folded part of the lining is cut in the area of the heel and / or in the area of the toe and is connected in a watertight manner after turning over, in order to avoid wrinkling even in these critical zones.
The footwear according to the invention is characterized in particular by the fact that the lower end region of the lining is connected to a lining sole, the end edge of the lower folded-over region of the lining and the The outer edge of the lining sole is at a distance from one another which is filled by the plastic material in such a way that the surfaces of the lower folded-over end region of the lining, the plastic material and the lining sole facing the inside of the footwear form a constant surface. This creates a holder for the lining over the lining sole, so that the folded end region of the lining is kept smooth in a particularly advantageous manner when the plastic material is molded on, and in this way wrinkling is effectively prevented. It has proven particularly useful here if the lower end region of the lining is sewn to the lining sole and the sewing threads connecting the lining and the lining sole are at least partially embedded in the plastic material. In particular, it is advantageous if these sewing threads are monofilaments, because no capillary forces can arise in the sewing thread. If multifilament yarns are used, it is advisable to impregnate them in order to fill the cavities formed in the sewing thread between the filaments with the impregnating agent.
The footwear according to the invention can advantageously be applied to footwear in which the lower end region of the outer layer is oriented essentially perpendicular to the underside of the outsole. In the simplest case, the plastic material, especially if the plastic material is also the sole material and the outsole is injection molded, is sufficient to achieve a good connection between the lower region of the outer layer and the insole, because when the sole is molded on, the plastic material of the sole Insole and the outer layer from the outside and glued to the insole and the outer layer. Here, the footwear according to the invention has proven itself in particular in the case of so-called strobed footwear (with a Strobel sewing machine sewn), in which the lower end area of the outer layer is sewn to the insole.
In order to be able to ensure the shape of the shoe, it can also be advantageous if the insole has, at least in the joint area, a porous holding structure which can be penetrated by the plastic material and is connected to the insole. In particular in the event that the insole has a single cutout, by bridging the cutout with the aid of the holding structure of the insole, this holding structure ensures the shape of the insole and thus also the shape of the outer layer connected to the insole. It is also advantageous here if the holding structure is a network, which is preferably made from monofilaments.
Particular advantages of the footwear according to the invention result if it is designed in a flexible design, the outer layer in the area of the sole being turned outwards in such a way that the folded part of the outer layer is arranged at least approximately parallel to the direction of extent of the sole and sewn to the insole is. Good watertightness can now be guaranteed here. In one case, a dense embedding of the lining in the lower folded-over end area is achieved via the plastic material, with such an amount of plastic that the cutout formed by the insole is filled towards the outsole side. In this embodiment, a sole can now either be glued on or produced by injection molding. However, the lower end region of the lining can also be embedded directly with the injection of the sole material. The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the following figures.

Ein aus solchen drei Schichten aufgebautes Laminat (die drei Schichten sind miteinander verbunden) ist unter dem Waren¬ zeichen SYMPATEX bekannt geworden.FIG. 1 shows a partial section of a shoe according to the invention, as it is designated by section BB in FIG. 3, for example. The shaft consists of an outer layer 1, which is made, for example, of leather or can consist of a textile material. A lining 2 is arranged inside the outer layer, which contains a waterproof, water-vapor-permeable functional layer (not shown) and generally has a textile fabric such as a knitted fabric, knitted fabric, fabric or a nonwoven fabric on the inside. As a rule, the side of the lining facing the outer layer 1 has a further flat textile structure which serves as a reinforcement for the functional layer. A laminate composed of such three layers (the three layers are connected to one another) has become known under the trademark SYMPATEX.
The outer layer is turned outwards in the sole area in such a way that the folded part 1 ′ of the outer layer 1 is arranged at least approximately parallel to the direction of extension of the sole 5. An insole 3 is arranged between the sole 5 and the folded-over part 1 'of the outer layer, which is sewn to the folded-over part 1' of the insole 3 via the seam 4. In the sense of the present invention, this footwear is referred to as a footwear in flexible construction. In FIG. 1, the insole 3 is cut out towards the center and has an edge 3 'which the folded-over part 2' of the lining 2 projects over the region 2 ''. In the area in which the insole 3 and the folded part of the lining overlap, the insole and lining are glued together. The use of a waterproof adhesive is recommended for bonding. A lining sole 6 is connected to the folded end region 2 ″ of the lining 2.
(5') dargestellt. In the embodiment shown, the sole 5 forms a continuous surface with the folded part 2 'of the lining 2 and the lining sole 6, as in an enlargement in Figure 2 is shown. The connection of the lining to the lining sole takes place here by means of a seam 7, which is partially embedded in the sole material. Constant surface in the sense of the present invention means that the sole material on the inside of the shoe forms a surface with the folded-over part 2 ″ of the lining 2 and at the transition point 2 ″ between the lining and the sole material there is no perceptible elevation or There is a deepening. The sole has broken off towards the middle. (5 ').
In Figure 3, the shoe shown in Figure 1 is shown in the bottom view, the sole material being omitted and the contour 8 being drawn in, on which the outer layer 1 is turned outwards and the lining 2 is turned inwards. The folded-over part of the lining 2 was cut in the tip area 10 and also in the heel area 9, shortened, sewn and glued in a watertight manner with an adhesive tape, as a result of which annoying folds can be avoided. The toe and heel are usually shortened in such a way that a triangular area is cut out in this area and the cut edges of the lining are then folded together and sewn (darts). In this way, folding of the folded-over area of the chuck 2 can be avoided.
Es versteht sich von selbst, daß vor dem Anspritzen der Sohle in den Schuh ein Leisten eingebracht wird, der mit einem Trennmittel beschichtet ist, welches Trennmittel ein Verkleben des Sohlenmaterials mit dem Leisten wirksam ver¬ meidet.FIG. 4 shows a further embodiment according to the invention, in which the insole 3 has a plurality of cutouts 3 ″, the cutouts 3 ″ being arranged in such a way that the inner edge 2 ″ ″ of the end area 2 ″ of the lining 2 is in their area becomes visible. In this way, the sole material can flow through the cutouts of the insole during injection and connect to the lining on the underside and on the edge side. It goes without saying that, before the sole is molded on, a last is introduced into the shoe, which is coated with a release agent, which release agent effectively prevents the sole material from sticking to the last.
Dieses Kunststoffmaterial kann in den von der Brandsohle und dem Futter gebildeten Hohlraum unter Verwendung eines Leistens aufgespritzt sein, wodurch auch die Verwendung einer aufgeklebten Sohle mög¬ lich wird, ohne daß zwischen Sohle und Innenraum des Schuhs ein unerwünschter Hohlraum entsteht.FIG. 5 shows the detail shown in FIG. 1 again, the sole material 5 now only reaching as far as the insole 3 and the area between the insole 3 and the lining 2 facing the inside of the shoe being filled with a plastic material 12. This plastic material can be an adhesive or other curable plastic, which should have at least approximately the flexibility of the sole material, but can also be more flexible. This plastic material can be sprayed into the cavity formed by the insole and the lining using a last, which also makes it possible to use a glued-on sole without creating an undesirable cavity between the sole and the interior of the shoe.
According to FIG. 6, a bottom view of a further shoe consisting of footwear according to the invention is shown. Here, the insole 3 provided with a cutout is sewn onto the lower edge of the outer layer with the seam 13 (strobed). To improve the shape of the outer layer, a grid 14 made of monofilaments is sewn onto the insole 3 (seam not shown), the grid 14 bridging the cutout of the insole 3. Figure 7 shows the embodiment of Figure 6 in partial section. Here too, the lining was first embedded using a plastic 12 before the sole 5 was injected. As can be clearly seen in this partial section, the second partial section 2 ″ of the lower folded-over end region of the Lining 2 and the end edge 2 '''of the lining of the plastic, so that the penetration of moisture from the outside between the sole material and the insole on the one hand and between the lower region of the lining and the insole (what has penetrated through the outer layer ¬ ser) is practically excluded.
