- Maintien de la stabilité dimensionnelle des rouleaux, pratiquement sans altérations.
- Plus grande capacité calorifique des rouleaux, grâce à la plus faible épaisseur de l'anneau de condensat qui se forme lorsque les rouleaux tournent.
- Répartition uniforme de la température sur toute la dimension des rouleaux.
- Besoins d'entretien minimes, grâce à la simplicité de l'ensemble constitutif.
Claims (6)
- Perfectionnements à des rouleaux onduleurs chauffés à la vapeur, du type des rouleaux (2) qui comprennent une chambre intérieure (1) dans laquelle on introduit la vapeur de chauffage, et des conduits (8) et (6) situés à une extrémité de ladite chambre, pour la sortie des condensats, caractérisés en ce que les conduits (6) de sortie des condensats s'étendent jusqu'à un logement annulaire (7) dans lequel est incorporé un anneau 9 formé de différents secteurs indépendants ; ces secteurs indépendants qui constituent l'anneau (9) étant disposés à l'intérieur du logement annulaire (7) avec possibilité de se déplacer radialement entre des positions extrêmes, dont une dans laquelle ils reposent sur le fond du logement (7) en fermant des conduits (6) et une autre dans laquelle ils occupent la position la plus éloignée par rapport au fond, en laissant les conduits (6) ouverts, de sorte que, lorsque le rouleau (2) est arrêté, les secteurs qui constituent l'anneau (9) occupent une position stable, sous l'effet de leur propre poids, tandis que, lorsque le rouleau (2) tourne, ils viennent, sous l'effet de l'action centrifuge, occuper la position extrême la plus éloignée du fond du logement (7).
- Perfectionnements à des rouleaux onduleurs chauffés à la vapeur, entièrement en accord avec la revendication précédente, caractérisés en ce qu'on a prévu que chacun des secteurs qui compose l'anneau (9) est assemblé au fond du logement annulaire (7) par des moyens qui empêchent la rotation de ces secteurs autour de l'axe longitudinal théorique du rouleau (2), mais qui permettent le déplacement de ces secteurs dans la direction radiale.
- Perfectionnements à des rouleaux onduleurs chauffés à la vapeur, entièrement en accord avec la première revendication, caractérisés en ce que la chambre intérieure (1) du rouleau (2) est formée avec une certaine conicité en s'élargissant vers l'extrémité de sortie des condensats, en établissant de cette façon une pente qui facilite le déplacement des condensats vers la sortie, tandis qu'à l'extrémité où est définie la sortie pour les condensats, ladite chambre (1) est munie d'un élargissement qui détermine un puits de drainage (12) pour la collecte des condensats.
- Perfectionnements à des rouleaux onduleurs chauffés à la vapeur, entièrement en accord avec la première revendication, caractérisés en ce que le logement annulaire (7) prévu pour l'anneau (9) et les conduits (6) prévus pour l'évacuation des condensats peuvent être définis directement dans la pièce-arbre (4) proprement dite ou bien sur un disque rapporté (13) monté sur une tige tubulaire (14).
- Perfectionnements à des rouleaux onduleurs chauffés à la vapeur entièrement en accord avec la première revendication, caractérisés en ce que, selon une réalisation, une tuyère (15) est montée dans l'entrée de la vapeur dans la chambre (1) de l'intérieur du rouleau (2), tuyère à proximité du débouché de laquelle se trouvent des ouvertures (19) mises en communication avec des conduits (18) qui se prolongent jusqu'en arrière de la sortie (17) d'évacuation des condensats, pour former un «Venturi» qui, sous l'action propre de la vapeur acheminée, provoque une absorption récupératrice de la vapeur qui s'échappe de la chambre (1) conjointement avec les condensats ; cependant qu'à une certaine distance de la sortie (17) précitée, se trouve un déflecteur (20), lequel obture la conduite (5) d'épuisement du condensat, en laissant seulement une ouverture inférieure pour le passage d'évacuation du condensat liquide, tandis que la vapeur ascendante est retenue en vue de son absorption de récupération.
- Perfectionnements à des rouleaux onduleurs chauffés à la vapeur, entièrement en accord avec les première à cinquième revendications, caractérisés en ce que, selon une réalisation, l'entrée de la vapeur dans la chambre (1) de l'intérieur du rouleau (2) s'effectue à travers un tube (21) incorporé axialement le long de la chambre (1) précitée, dans lequel sont incorporées, d'une façon répartie, une série de tuyères (23) dirigées vers le bas et en pente vers l'arrière, lesdites tuyères (23) formant des sorties de projection de la vapeur qui donnent lieu à un balayage soufflant d'impulsion des condensats vers la sortie.
