Abstract

Für thermisch hochbelastete Motorenteile wird eine Silicium und Molybdän enthaltende Gußeisen-Legierung mit Kugelgraphit vorgeschlagen. Um gegenüber dem Standard GGG-SiMo51 insbesondere eine wesentlich höhere Zunderbeständigkeit zu erreichen, die mit der einer GGG-NiSiCr 35.5.2 (Ni-Resist)-Legierung vergleichbar ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Legierung:
  • 2,7 - 3,4 % C
  • 4,4 - 5,4 % Si
  • 0,4 - 1,2 % Ni
  • maximal 0,5 % Cr
  • 0,7 - 1,4 % Mo
  • maximal 0,5 % Mn
  • 0,03 - 0,08 % Mg
  • enthält.
