Eine Dosiereinrichtung 1 zum Zuführen von Druckfarbe zu einem Farbwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine weist beispielsweise eine Farbwalze, z. B. eine Rasterwalze 2 und einen mit einer Rakeleinrichtung 3 versehenen Farbkasten 4 auf.
Dieser Farbkasten 4 ist an seiner oben liegenden Seite offen ausgebildet oder zumindest mit einer Öffnung 6 zur Zufuhr von Druckfarbe versehen.
Dem Farbkasten 4 ist eine Zufuhrvorrichtung 7 zum Zuführen von Druckfarbe zugeordnet. Diese Zufuhrvorrichtung 7 besteht im wesentlichen aus einer Traverse 8, einem als Spindelhubmotor 9 ausgebildeten Schraubengetriebe und einer Aufnahme für eine Druckfarbenkartusche 11.
Diese Druckfarbenkartusche 11 weist als Körper eine kreiszylinderförmige Hülse 12 auf, die stirnseitig mit einem Deckel 13 verschlossen ist. Dieser Deckel 13 ist mit einer Austrlttsöffnung 14 versehen. Diese Austrittsöffnung 14 kann beispielsweise in einem zentralen Befestigungsgewinde 16 integriert sein, welches zentrisch in dem stirnseitigen Deckel 13 angeordnet ist. An ihrer zweiten Stirnseite ist die Druckfarbenkartusche mit einer als Kolben wirkenden Scheibe 17 abgedeckt. Diese Scheibe 17 ist innerhalb der Hülse 12 verschiebbar. Hülse 12, Deckel 13 und Scheibe 17 bilden einen Speicher für Druckfarbe.A

Die Traverse 8 ist achsparallel zur Rasterwalze 2 zwischen Seitengestellen 18, 19 der Rotationsdruckmaschine angeordnet. Mittels eines Drehgelenkes 21 ist die Traverse 8 zumindest in einer Ebene schwenkbar mit einem Seitengestell 18 verbunden. Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Traverse 8 horizontal aus den Seitengestellen 18, 19 herausschwenkbar angeordnet. Die Traverse 8 kann aber auch in Abhängigkeit von der Anordnung des Farbkastens 4 in verschiedene Richtungen, z. B. vertikal schwenkbar angeordnet sein.The
Die Traverse 8 ist im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet. An einem ersten Ende der Traverse 8 ist innenliegend der Spindelhubmotor 9 befestigt, so daß sich dessen Gewindespindel 22 parallel zur Traverse 8 erstreckt.The
An einem ersten Ende der Gewindespindel 22 ist ein Kolben 23 angeordnet. Dieser Kolben 23 ist mit seinem Durchmesser auf einen Innendurchmesser der Hülse 12 der Druckfarbenkartusche 11 angepaßt und arbeitet mit der Scheibe 17 der Druckfarbenkartusche 11 zusammen. Es ist aber auch möglich die Scheibe 17 entfallen zu lassen, so daß der Kolben 23 direkt oder unter Zwischenschaltung einer Folie auf die Druckfarbe in der Druckfarbenkartusche 11 drückt. Dazu wirkt der Kolben 23 dichtend mit einer Innenseite der Hülse 12 der Druckfarbenkartusche 11 zusammen. Die Gewindespindel 22 wird von einer nichtdargestellten Nuß in ihrer Längsrichtung bewegt. Dazu ist die mittels eines Elektromotors 24 drehbare Nuß ansonsten ortsfest bezüglich der Traverse 8 gelagert. Nuß, Gewindespindel 22 und Elektromotor 24 bilden im wesentlichen den Spindelhubmotor 9.A
Der Elektromotor 24 bzw. die Gewindespindel 22 des Spindelhubmotors 9 arbeitet mit einem Sensor zur Erkennung einer Position der Gewindespindel 22 direkt oder indirekt zusammen. Dazu ist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel der Elektromotor 24 beispielsweise mit einem Drehimpulsgeber versehen. Im vorliegenden Beispiel ist ein an der Traverse 8 befestigter Auslauf 26 vorgesehen. Dieser rohrartige Auslauf 26 erstreckt sich senkrecht zur Traverse 8 verlaufend in Richtung Farbkasten 4 und ist an seinem dem Farbkasten 4 zugewandten Ende mit einer öffnung 27 versehen. An seinem zweiten Ende ist der Auslauf 26 in axialer Richtung der Rasterwalze 2 mit einer Gewindebohrung 28 zur Aufnahme der Druckfarbenkartusche 11 versehen.The
